I have only ordered oil with quarles twice. The second time is my last time. I ordered oil last week on Monday, I was told it would take 5 business days to have the oil delivered so it would be within the week. The next Monday came and nothing. I called and was told I would be delivered Thursday. Thursday came and still nothing, so I called again and was told the driver had an emergency and the oil would not be delivered today and there is no other ETA in my area so I asked for my refund so I could go else where. The problem I have is that no one contacted to let me know that my oil would not be delivered and they do not know when it would be. The first time I ever ordered through here mthe lady I talked to missed a nu.ber on my card but didnt bother to call me back and tell me instead she waited over the weekend and called me back on a Monday to let me know which pushed the delivery tout further. They have the worst customer service.

I would give the 5 if they didnt stop helping starting the pilot light for propaine customer service went downhill since their new policy

First off, Laurie the sweet lady I spoke with to set everything up with my Quarles visit was outstanding. Explained everything, answered my questions and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. They dont make them like her anymore. As far as the service Quarles provides, I cannot speak for yet( Im a new customer) other than my parents using there services for years without any issue and always being treated great. All I know is, if they run the business half as good as Laurie was when I spoke with her, I shouldnt have any issues with the services they provide. My message to Quarles, take notes at how Laurie does her thing. Much to be learned from her and she knocked it out of the park! Employees such as her are hard to come by, treat her right! Thanks Laurie!!!!!

Very knowledgeable and able to give details on the account history. Without being asked she gave me a senior discount. Very pleasant and personable. She gave more than she got.

Just set up a new account so I can’t speak to service once we move in, but I can say the lady on the phone who set up my account was excellent. I’ve never had propane before so I had a lot of questions and she answered every one. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Not open to the public; no signs indicating such. I was inquiring about having my RV tank filled. Pretty damn rude reception. If I had been a customer, I would have cancelled on the spot.

Auto deliveries are good. What is not good, is Quarles outrageous prices, compared to the competition. When I called to complain, I was told they price match. I sent detailed information about my last to deliveries, and how a competitor had lower prices, (documented,) for each of these periods. They stonewalled me for two weeks, and when I asked about the price match, they said my information was too old. Funny the info I gave them about their competitor was matched exactly within the months of my delivery. Im looking elsewhere. Typical large corporation behaviour. They dont care.

Was told someone coming on monday never showed Today is Thursday and still no one has came. Tank had ran out now :(
