Horrible service but next week I’m sure a new team will be there go to Verizon don’t waste your time

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere, for any product. Constant staff turn over, with inadequate training and poor people skills. Stay Away!

Love this store! Recently moved to the Culpeper area. Ive had T-Mobile for a long time. Switched to other providers. However Ive always come back to T-Mobile. Ive gotten the best customer service at this location! Than at any other T-Mobile store. Thank You!

Walked in & switched from sprint to tmobile today ! saved $40 on our monthly bill for 3 iphone 11s *&* got netflix as a plus ! Robert , the store manager , was very knowledgeable — Cindy , Jasmine , & Anthony , store associates , all helped to speed up the process by transferring data from the old phones to the new ones . they also gave information about the process of switching over , the savings , & the benefits . they really worked as a team to make our initial experience with tmobile pleasant ! customer service 5+ stars

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a ripoff. I was told that there was service in the area that needed service. I paid for the service only to find out that its not available. They took my debt card processed it only then did they tell me it was nonrefundable. Looks like fraud to me.

Horrible store stood in store for over 10 minutes had to knock on stock room door to get someone. After calling tmobile manager of store refused to give any benefit to come back to the store other than she would make sure she would be the one to help assist me in upgrading. Poor customer service and training of employees.

Love the fact that i dont have to drive to Manassas very time i have a problem with my cells also i been treaded with A plus customer so i high recommended they also have bilingual reps

Customer service was horrible. T-Mobile is a ripoff if you are getting new phones. Buyer beware

This is a great store, The people that work there are nice and very helpful and honest.
