Our radiator busted on the way from Florida to Michigan, they were amazing. Got us in and had our car done in 2 days.. anywhere else nearby said 2 weeks. I also have a foreign car (vw), I highly recommend this shop! If I lived in the area theyd be my mechanic!

When we moved to Cullman several years ago a friend recommended Import City to work on our cars. For the past several years Import City has taken care of all of our problems, small or large, on all of our vehicles. Every time our issues have been solved in a timely manner and at a fair cost. Latest example: one of my daughters has been out of state and no mechanic she tried in Oklahoma could fix her brakes (ABS light on). They all said to take it to the dealer. When she came back home recently we took the car (2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse) to Import City for a new starter. We didnt even ask them to look at the brakes but these guys have the high dollar scanner like the dealer and they were able to diagnose and fix the brakes while they had the car.Basically what I am trying to tell you is this: If you have an import car and it is out of factory warranty, look no further than Import City for your automotive needs.

Theyve done a lot of work for us on VWs and weve found them honest and trustworthy. We took our Jaguar to them and their diagnosis was spot on. Prices are fair if you realize they specialize in imports.

Our cars serpentine belt and tensioner had us broken down on the shoulder of I-65N on a late Sunday afternoon. AAA towed us to their shop, and although they were closed, the owner came in to assess the issue, kept us well-informed, had the part rushed from Atlanta, and quickly got us back on the road without breaking our wallet.
