AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just a note about a really good experience I just had with OVERHEAD DOOR OF METRO MILWAUKEE.Backed into garage door and bent the bottom panel. I got three quotes from the “bigger” door companies in the area. All three tried to sell me a new door ($1200-1800).Mitch, from the aforementioned Overhead Door Co, came out and said it was easily fixable.Two days later his tech came out and repaired my door in a couple of hours. Runs better than ever and has never been this quiet.Best part? 1/3 of the cost!These guys are truly “old school” customer service!

These guys are local experts on luxury and durable doors. I specifically worked with them on a residential door installation project and their service is unmatched in the Milwaukee area. Call and ask for Mitch.

Would not recommend! Poor communication and Very expensive. The tech came on a Monday and ordered the part (overnight delivery), and they were to come back on Wednesday to install. No one showed up or called to say part arrived late. After calling, the office said someone would be there first thing in the morning Thursday. No show again, had to call again. The technicians vehicle broke down. The tech arrived late on Thursday. Poor communication! And we received the bill, very high. Over $1000 in labor costs for less than 4 hours of work. Also our garage door was open for 4 days due to the delay in service, great for our security.
