This location used to be a pic-n-save. Always a fun shopping experience. Last visit I got some carpets for ma pets, a couple Garfield shirts and a hair cutting kit.

Awesome! Found the bed, frame and mattress I wanted. Jackie in furniture was incredible. Found it all in short order and, will be here and set up in 3 days. Cant wait!

Store has a lot to offer. Can find almost anything!

Really bad service no HELP at all on curved loading assisting. Employee on cellphone texting while I was loading my truck by myself.

This is a great big lots! I find so many things at a great price. I would say its less expensive than target and walmart. If you are a frugal shopper, like myself, you have to come here.

I have always enjoyed visiting Big Lots, but this one is not well taken care of. A bit messy and aisles are crammed. The cashier I had was very friendly and fast. I really like the well priced items. It just needs a tidy up. It felt as though it was going out of business. It is for that reason I gave it 3 stars

Love the items that they have. Like for the living room and kitchen. They are a bit low on supplies but what they have are lovely.

I have not came to this big lots in over 8 years and wow what a difference! Store looks brighter, friendlier and more alive! I was greeted by the cashier Dorothy and was friendly at checkout😀! I was helped out on the floor by Leslie and unfortunately let me know the pools were sold out but she did let me know what stores did have them available😁! I don’t know what happened to Management but what a great difference! Only thing that needs improvement is furniture since there is no one around to ask questions! Other than that, great!

Im big fan of Big Lots in general but this particular location was below expectationIt didnt have the variety that I normally see in every Big Lots nor it was as organized as the others

I will be brief in regards to my personal opinion about this Big Lots in particular... It sucks. I decided to stop by to get an item that I needed. I immediately found the item, so I thought great! Ill be outta here quickly. Right? Wrong! None of the items I was interested in, had prices. Then I tried to ask any BL staff member about prices. Couldnt find anyone that can help. When I finally did run into an employee, I asked him for help... He responded I do work here, but I already clocked out. Needless to say I left without buying anything. This is gonna sound bad, but the only redeeming thing this store has are the pretty ladies that work here. Thank you

Big Lots its always a great place to come before you would want to spend more at Target or a Supermarket. You find a lot of needs for you home, beauty, furniture, dry foods, can foods, pet supplies, car supplies, you name it they could have it!!

This is one of my favorite places to go shopping and you could buy everything and almost anything that you might need for your home

Look the reason Im giving this place a one-star is cuz I had the worst experience with Joe the assistance manager he is a feminist he ignore me to attend other couples and a man who both arrived after me . he saw me like i was just gone waste his time . judges you for what you are wearing looks at you like you can afford something just because your dress a certain way Im sorry but in my day off I like to wear relaxed pants because when I work I have to wear slacks so when Im at home I like to be comfortable doesnt mean that I cant afford to buy whatever i want. And even his crew are scare of him sad to see that . he needs to get training on financing and especially custumer service the cashier knows a lot more than he does he shouldnt be in that position but the rest of the crew are amazing

The ladies working were very nice! BUT...it was very frustrating continually not finding prices on sooooo many items!!! Not only that but especially finding out that prices were different because they were in the incorrect spot! Its not my responsibility to match the item with the skew of every single time I pull something off the shelf!!!

The worst customer I’ve received by A worker with name Jezenia in my entire life. The furniture department at back has No accountability, integrity or empathy for their customers especially when it was their mistake. The left hand lies then points the finger at the right hand. Instead of resolving the issue they argue back and forth. Irritate and agitate you more. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BIGS FURNITURE EVER AGAIN!!!! The only only person in that place with some since and customer service is Cashier DorothyGood for you Dorothy you’re too good for that sham of a business!!

I like big lots,but they advertise that they have antibacterial gel and wipes but they dont have any I asked and they just said sorry we dont have any

As soon as I walk into the store. I was greeted by Gabby such a friendly person. I found what I was looking for.

I needed to buy a dresser and I remembered that Big Lots now sells furniture department, so I paid them a visit.One of their representatives was very helpful and friendly, her name is Dorothy. I expressed my needs and she immediately walked me over to Miguel from warehousing.Although Miguels job title probably doesnt include customer service, he was much more helpful than many other places customer service reps.What I liked most about Miguel was that he let me know that there was only one dresser left and made sure he found it. He wasnt dismissive at all; he has a strong work ethic. After a few minutes, I completed the purchase and he even brought it out for me and helped me load it into the car.I dont know if the rest of the employees are trained this way, but if Miguel and Dorothy did a great job representing the company that they work for and they are the reason I will be making trips to this specific location when I need to go to Big Lots.Needless to say, customer service is the single oft important thing for me in a business.

This place is awesome! I find what I need at a cheaper price than the bigger stores. I can find faux fragrances like Unstoppable, their version of SeanJohns UNFORGIVABLE at a rediculously super low price and it smells just like it! The staff are also very warm and approachable. Its more bang for my money.
