Absolutely disgusting and unpleasant the second you walk in. There is trash all over the floors, stuff sitting out all over the place including cases of items sitting out waiting to be put out. Its completely unsanitary. I’d recommend not buying any refrigerated items from there because you don’t know when they’ve been put out. It’s horrifying and I honestly feel bad for anyone who works there or happens to stop in there.

I love Dollar Tree. I always find a bargain, plus they regularly stock certain items I seek out. The even have groceries, including cooler and freezer items. Love their frozen vegetarian patties. I love their seasonal/ holiday items. Also great party supplies! Yes, the stores tend to get messy, and service is hit and miss. But definitely a great value for the buck!

A nice place to find items cheaply

The blame is equally spread between customers and management. The shelves were in shambles, a fraction of the items were organized and various products had been opened and left in bins. If I was to assign a letter grade I would choose F-. Only redeeming feature was how pleasant the cashier was.

The store was dirty, busy and the cashier was not wearing a mask. When I asked he said he dropped it on the floor. Hmm they sell masks and carelessness is not an exception to the mask mandate. Unacceptable during a pandemic avoid this dollar tree go to the New Hope location.

Clean store, they had bleach. What more can you ask from dollar tree?

I honestly dont have anything bad to say about this location. It was clean, had plenty of stuff to choose from, the cashier was polite while chatting with the other cashier. Id say the best part was that there wasnt a long line like the other locations. This is Saturday at 2pm. Good work folks!

Its a dollar store like any other. Fairly clean. Good variety for party supplies. I picked up some gag gifts for a birthday party here. Nothing like spending $4 and making the person whos birthday it is laugh.

The dirtiest dollar store Ive ever been in. There is junk all over the floor, and you can barely get through the aisles. The employees are not friendly at all. I think they are just there to earn a paycheck and when their shift is over to go home as quickly as possible. absolutely no customer service. Not one employee said hi to me while I was in there. The checkout person was not friendly at all. I was so glad to get out of there. I will go out of my way to go to a different dollar store and avoid this one.

I tend to go to the Dollar Tree in Crystal since its close to home. I always find what I need here. My favorite gummy worms by costal bay are sold here, but its hit or miss when it comes to keeping them in stock. Good place to buy gift bags and all occasion cards. My only disappointment is the lack of organization, it seems like the store is always messy on the days I visit.

What a junky mess. Inventory not replenished. Huge boxes in the aisles. Dirty. Empty shelves everywhere.

Very nice lady named Caroline! She was a great help to me, and a sweetheart of a lady.

I normally don’t have an issue in this store at all. However, I was just in the store and while in the checkout line the cashier working as well as the manager were discussing a customer that called in to complain about poor customer service. Evidently the customer was calling because the cashier didn’t say thank you when she was checking out and leaving. Not only was the managers attitude about the customer extremely unprofessional, but it’s ridiculous that they were discussing the customer complaint with several other customers present. Not to mention, the cashier that was being complained about didn’t say a single word to me as I was checking out. No greeting, no thank you, no anything. I wouldn’t even care, but they were literally discussing this customer with attitudes and didn’t care and then turned around and did EXACTLY what the previous customer complained about. Not cool at all.

Once again at another Dollar Tree this week show up at 9:55 yes I realize they are supposed to close in 5 minutes but I needed one item that was right at the front of the store and again I show up and the doors are locked and theyre closed when Google says that they are open until 10 p.m. are all the Dollar Trees supposed to be open till 10 p.m. with extended holiday hours but are not whats going on
