Buyers beware!!! Purchased a GENTEK product from this distributor - a product made where our business operates (here in Ontario, Canada) Had to cancel the order immediately after they advised the shipping charges would be over $300 for they don’t offer free shipping to Canada??? They were quick to send the credit memo but we had to chase them to get the funds back into our account. When they did finally reimburse us - they shorted us by over $100. They have failed to respond to any email communications and when calling, disconnect the call after saying “let me put you on hold while I look into this matter” - clearly showing this as their regular behavior. We do NOT recommend this company - they have proven to have no integrity or morals.

Had an interesting customer service encounter with the owner. he is incredibly rude and clearly doesnt want any business. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was looking to place an order today but due to TERRIBLE customer service from the owner himself I will never be purchasing from them and recommend you do not either.
