We stopped by here for a quick bite. The prices were pretty good, the store clerk was very nice and helpful. This place was kept clean, much more so than the other ones we came across in our road trip. We were told they recently changed owner so there are still a lot to work on, but a pretty good start though! Its a small store so dont expect it to be the supermarket, but it will have the essentials such as snacks and drinks should you need to make a quick stop.

So I always go to this one place for soda because the sell royal Cola for $0.99. The name of the place is The Hen (formerly The White Hen). The place itself is nasty as hell and everything else is a massive rip-off but I can ignore that because I never buy anything else. Today though they raised the price of a RC 2-liter bottle to $2.19! thats insane, plus they had the balls to tell me to my face that they never sold them for $0.99 and I must have imagined it. They insulted me for the last time today though, so here are my 3 worst experience with them. Warning: they are pretty nasty.#1: They were selling the same brand nachos as speedways proprietary brand, and when I asked the local speedway about it they checked their cameras, they found out that the owner of The Hen was ROOTING THROUGH THEIR DUMPSTER AT NIGHT AND TAKING THEIR EXPIRED NACHOS, RUBBING OFF THE EXP DATE WITH ALCOHOL AND RE-SELLING THEM.#2: I dont like slushies, not that they taste bad, but because I had one bad experience with them at The Hen. I had never tried one before, so I purchased one and started filling my cup with blue raspberry slush... but this weird black stuff kept coming out as well. I asked the owner to come look at it, and when he pulled off the cover THE ENTIRE NOZZLE WAS CAKED WITH THIS THICK BLACK MOLD.#3:This one is very short and sweet. I bought bottle of Deans Chocolate Milk from them when I was a kid, and when I opened it and took a drink I got a mouthful of chunks.I’m never going back
