Its easy to get drive around the building in a big truck and their loading dock is easy to back into. But be careful to center into it so you dont damage the building.

I bought a TYM T-25 from this business and so far its a great compact tractor. Its exactly the same as the RK-25 from Rural King but Tri-County has a service facility and RK does not.The salesman was honest and upfront and genuinely seemed to care about service after the sale. They delivered it and explained all the functions and made sure I was happy with it.Very satisfied.

I brought my business to these guys because of all the good Ive heard but my experience was less than satisfactory I went to them because my mower was really difficult to start then a bracket broke ok shouldnt be a huge problem but three weeks later I get my mower back saying it starts and runs as it should NOT!!! And the charged me 350 for a $30 bracket and then say I need a govenor well the main reason I brought it to them is to have my mower running right this wont happen again .watch out for shady people

I have never used these folks before. Lets just say that was my mistake. They are awesome. Did a great job repairing my mower and at a reasonable price. Everyone i came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. They helped me unload and load my mower and it runs like a brand new one. I would highly recommend them.

Best service for Oxbo and John Deere parts as well as the rental department

Rented a ditch digger over a weekend. It worked great and got the job done. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Upon return the other customers are rude and inconsiderate and skip in line so plan for that extra time. The staff was great then too.

I rent forklifts here. The people are so nice. Prices are a little high though.Update 4 May 20I rented a tiller expecting the nice industrial one that was online. They gave me some other unit nothing like the one pictured. It was the worst tiller I ever used. It almost caught my leg because it lurches forward. My wife tried it and there was no way she could control it. I had to give up and as my neighbor to till it with his tractor. When I went to return it I noticed they charged me for their top of the line unit and on top of that i was late so they charged me for 2 days. I thought i as going to pay about 65$ instead it was 180$. I could buy a used one for that.I have purchased a side by side here, rented multiple forklifts etc. Im never coming here again. I really feel like i got the shaft from this place. This wasnt the only bad experience ive had its just the last straw... im done here.

Well it would be a great place for a parts department!! They never have any parts for the Oxbo pickers it always has to come out of Wisconsin. They just don’t seem to care. It’s a joke of a dealership. I will find another dealer to order parts from for our Oxbo equipment.

Very bad customer service

I rented their large tractor ditch digger for the day over the phone which was then delivered to me so I didnt get to see it beforehand. When it arrived I commented to the driver that the teeth on the digging chain looked like they were worn down to little nubs and he agreed it probably needed replacing but said if I had problems just give them a call. Sure enough, the lack of teeth would knock the digging chain off the rail every time it hit a root. Most the day was spent with them coming to put the digging chain back on and then eventually delivering a wheeled skid steer with ditch digger attachment, but it wouldnt climb the hill like the tractor would. While their efforts to get me a different machine were commendable, it wasnt the machine I wanted and it didnt get the job done, but they still made me pay for the tractor the whole day without getting any work done. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Rented a 5 HP tiller from them. Got home and the tiller would die every time I engaged the tines. Brought it back and said I wanted my money back. They argued and one of their other redneck customers began to berate me for complaining since I did get a little excited when they refused to refund my money. The rental manager kept claiming I was releasing a red lever that caused the engine to stop, which I was not. He was able to get the tiller to run for several minutes and talked me into taking it back and trying again. Got home and it ran OK for the 15 minutes that it took to do the first rough tilling of my 16 by 24 foot elevated garden. Shut it off and spread cow manure and wanted to re-till the plot to mix that cow manure into the soil. The tiller refused to start. After about ten minutes I finally got it to start after pulling the cord several dozen times . The engine, once I engaged the tines, kept stalling again time after time. Tried moving the choke and the throttle to various positions and it had zero effect as it kept stalling out. Took it back. I noticed that some of the parts on the tiller was slightly rusty and the throttle cable lever or cable did not appear to open the throttle all the way and therefore would not permit very much engine speed. I am not a mechanic, but it seems clear something is wrong with the tiller as engaging the tines are causing the engine to repeatedly stall and moving those tines through dirt is what the tiller is designed to do. Now I will have to do the mixing by of the cow manure and soil by hand and since I am 75 years old and a cardiac patient with a history of heart attacks I am not a happy camper looking forward to that task. You can bet that I will not be back renting anything from this business again.

In the market to buy a tractor. Nobody came out to answer questions. Went inside and had three people look at me nobody greeted me and nobody asked me if I needed anything. Not recommended.

Ive rented their 6ft tiller several times and always had great service from Tri-County Rental Crossville. Other items Ive rented include a walk-behind trencher, pressure washer, Pas-load nailer, and a lawn aerator.These folks have nearly everything youd ever need and are very professional!

Ok so let me start by saying this place has very friendly staff upon renting the equipment. I had rented a skidsteer on a Friday because i was told that it was a one day rental as long as i had it back by Monday morning upon returning said equipment on Monday morning i told the guy checking the equipment back in that i had went over about half an hour at which point he told me i wasnt over it was a two day rental when i looked at him puzzled he got a attitude and said you picked this equipment up at 9:40 on Friday in order for it to be a one day rental it had to be picked up after 1:00 which was not explained to me nor was it in the paperwork that i signed so if you rent equipment from here ask lots of questions i still have work that needs to be done i believe I will rent from a different place or hire someone to do it. Im not saying this is a bad place they just have poor communication skills. And i probably wouldnt be writing this if it wasnt a $215,00 communication error.

After charging in advance for a rental on the wrong debit card which is my personal account was supposed to be on a company card they have on file Ive been waiting over a week for the credit to my checking account. My company nor I am inpressed. We will not be using there services in the future!
