Really pleased. Having had our own small business for 34 years prior to retiring, I know how to do business. I say to my wife all the time ..A lot of people are in business but dont know how to do business. Well James the owner definitely knows how to do business. I had a small job....two landings for my outdoor deck stairways. He called twice matter of fact ..just to make sure I got his message. He didnt penalize me with an outlandish price just because the job was small. When I went to pick up the pieces were stacked on a pallet wrapped with pallet wrap and secured together with metal strapping. How cool is that. Just because it was really a waste of time job, I was treated like everyone else. I wish I was a rich man who needed stone to build my mansion...so I could deal with them again. Looks you straight in the eye with a firm handshake. Well off to setting this stone in the ground. UGH.
