Everyone is always in such a hurry I just don’t get it. I wish their photo prices were better. The ladies at the pharmacy are what keeps this place on the map, they always remember us and go above and beyond.

A big shout out to the Stephens Pharmacy crew for doing a great job when they were short on stock for my nerve medicine and transferred it to Walgreens..... I then found out that Walgreens wanted $550 more for the same prescription. Never wanted to transfer from my local pharmacy and now I have an even better reason why I trade with and support them. Home town folks that actually care.

If I could leave no stars I would....I know people are shorthanded not in denial about that. But when you call 3 times (just so you dont go and be in that insane line for no reason) and are told twice the medication is ready, then show up and the girl has no prescription ready, then walks away from the drive thru for 10 mins to come back and say oh its not our fault its not ready we are just pawns ( her words). Well thats not what the phone person said. They need to all get on the same page. 🤬Their customer service is awful, people are sick I get that. Just be honest with your customers so they do not have to stay in insane lines. I am done with this place. They seriously need to take this sign down, its false advertising for people that go there in the day time. Maybe at 2am its 30 mins.If you are sick and want your medication...go somewhere else if at all possible. This place will make your blood pressure go up.

This place is the only 24hr pharmacy in Crossville. They need to get it together and take care of their customers instead of putting them off over and over again. Took me 4 days and still couldnt get them to get through to my insurance. I finally had to pay out of pocket. Ridiculous

Please do not use this location. I have been in the drive thru line for 50 mins and still have 2 cars in front of me. They are not only slow but unprofessional. They are going to make me late for work and even does not care.

Such a worthless location when it comes to customer service! Impossible to talk to a person. I wait on the line to talk to a pharmacist for a half an hour, and then they hang up on me. I call back, and apparently 6-7 hours wasnt enough time to get a simple perception together. Will never go back to them again!

I have never been to a worse Walgreens. I have had the displeasure of wasting too many hours of my life in long lines, sometimes 30+ minutes, just to be told they somehow dont have my prescription ready. I have never been more frustrated by a pharmacy than the Crossville Walgreens since I moved here last year. Every now and then youll get someone nice, but mostly the customer service isnt good or friendly in addition to long wait times and unnecessary prescription delays. Very frustrating.

Pharmacy is terrible. They told my wife that her prescription should be ready in 15 mins. An hour later I went to pick it up and they told me it had been filled somewhere else. I told them they messed up and my wife had 2 profiles so maybe it was under the other one. The guy told me that my comment was irrelevant, only to tell me a few mins later that the prescription would be ready in 20 mins. My wife had been on the phone with them all day trying to get her meds that she hasnt taken in days due to this pharmacy being completely incompetent.

Wow! Wow! and Wow!! I am truly speechless here and dont really know what to say to convey the experience. For the first time ever, we used Walgreen for a prescription. The doctors office said they were sent there hours ago. Walgreen said they havent received anything. So when asked to please check again, they threatened to call the police. In the end they did have them but offered no apologies for screwing up and for threatening us. Im 66 years old and never experienced anything like this in my life.

Most staff are courteous and helpful. Will help find items. Manager was helping people during heavy rain by walking them to their car with his umbrella.Their photo and card prices, specials online, are the best in Crossville.

My only complaint is that the access is terrible. When elmore rd is busy its hard to get in. The other entrance is 127. Wish they would move to a better place. Wonder what architect designed this location. Rite aid is for sale. Love the pharmacy and the good service.

If I could give this location is zero stars I would!!! My daughters G.I. doctor called in a special diaper rash cream for her on Friday morning. We are now going into Monday and they still say that they don’t have the ingredients to make the special cream that my daughter so desperately needs this is very upsetting I usually like this Walgreens location & their staff and I don’t complain about many things! But my child is in pain and nothing else I’m trying seems to be helping this diaper rash so Therefore this is very irritating I would not recommend you go to this location if you need something ASAP

Very slow pharmacy .They have both rude and some great customer service members .I think one by the name Evette or Evelyn is very rude and disrespectful .We are Seriously thinking of changing our families pharmacy because of our experience.I like going to places I feel welcomed and respected and have friendly service .walGreens does not have this and they don’t seem to care .

This is our local store and I have made many complaints to management of the store as well as 888 customer service number! And nothing changes! Their associates in this store have some poor customer service & have no sales knowledge with coupons. Even had one associate try to tell me I was committing coupon fraud. Which is not true. They are not consistent with sale policies. Terrible ...

Absolutely horrible pharmacy service!!! Can set in drive thru for over 30 minutes ....this is a drive thru people.....if you cant give the RX to the customer and let them pay or take a drop off RX in a quick time period then ask the customer to come in. Worst Walgreens Ive ever used. Learn how to organize time management and give better service. My husband even went in and spoke to a manager and basically got no response.

Poor pharmacy customer service. Will avoid this place at all costs again. Nothing is every right. They don’t check the script before and wait untl almost home to tell us it is not the correct date. Not to mention they will fill a supply that doesn’t make sense and then never call the doctor to question. Done using Walgreens.

I wish i could give less than one star. They are SLOW, and unorganized. Just plan on spending 45 min at the drive through and hope your prescriptions are ready when you finally get there. Dont forget to check and make sure they give them all to you before you leave or you might get home and realize you have to go back because they FORGOT one. Im moving to another pharmacy asap

Finally went back to Riddle pharmacy. I used to get all of my mother-in-laws meds at WALGREENS. She is on about six different meds. I was getting an average of 2 texts a day from them and having to drive there about twice a week. Then when I arrived at the drive-thru, there was always 5 to 8 cars in front of me. Same thing inside the store, maybe even worse. I thought when they put her on a 90 day supply, that would stop. I was wrong. They started texting that her prescriptions were coming up for refill... after only 30 days. Now I go to Riddle once every 90 days. Much happier with a pharmacist that knows us.

This place sucks! I used to get my prescriptions here...because I dont have medical insurance this so called pharmacy wouldnt even fill my prescription for me...they would only give me 60 pills of my pain medication even though I had cash to pay for the whole prescription. Store policy was their explanation. Dont go 2 this store....thats MY policy.

I tried to pick up my prescriptions at the drive thru 4 times. After waiting 10 or more minutes each time, I left. Finally on the 5th time I was able to get my drugs in a timely manner. This is not the first this has happened. I asked the lady behind the glass if they allow people in line to wait and hold everyone else up while the pharmacy fills their prescription. She said yes. They should post a sign telling those people to go inside. BTW - I had a toe amputated, so I cant walk inside. Im switching to Rite Aid across the street.

Up until the 1st of April 2014 i received points for my transactions, even tho i picked my spouse prescriptions up with mine. since i have always had then rung up together i would earn my points for my transactions until now. the entire month of april i lost the points for my prescriptions because his and mine were rang up together even tho we are in separate insurances. he is government but mine is not. so now i am told that if i pick his up they have to be rang up separately to earn my points. i believe this is scam to cheat people out of their points when it did not matter before April. so check with other pharmacies before you blow your money at Walgreen and get cheated like i did.

After trying for more than a week to get a prescription filled they finally send a text saying they didn’t have it in stock.Also I tried calling numerous times only to be put on hold then hung up on.Once confronted in person they all acted like they had ZERO clue as to what I was talking about.Worst. Pharmacy employees hang up on you multiple times after being on hold. Prescription refills aren’t followed up on and when they finally take care of it your medication is out of stock. Rude customer service. The only reason we use this pharmacy is because it’s 24 hours, but that isn’t even worth it anymore.

We walked in to get Midol. The only ones in the store, they called a security scan of all isles over the com, had a person from pharmacy asked if we needed any help, I said no thanks, she then stood at the end of the isle staring at us. Then we turned to go to the counter and the cashier was behind her staring at us.

My grandpa got his meds there forever he recently had a stroke an a year ago he had a heart attack so a few of his meds have changed. But have been the same for about two month and or a li you longer a couple weeks ago my grandma called in his meds and one was a itch pill the pharmacy gave one that had a somewhat similar name that was a blood pressure pill which he already takes one of his own that is prescribed to him made him feel really bed for about a week my grandma caught it and told Walgreens about it and they just simply said thats what you ordered. Even if it was what she ordered over the automated system he didnt have a prescription for it they should have never gave it to him period that is a part of their job if a druggie called and ordered narcotics instead of their antibiotics would they give them to them just cause thats what they ordered!!!!
