Two of my windows needed the locks repaired. Chuck, the representative, arrived promptly, very professional and friendly. The repair work took just a few minutes. They replaced all of our windows. Our salesman, Todd Francis, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. When one of the wrong sashes was ordered he made sure that the correct one was ordered and installed. The installation crew was very quick and they didn’t leave too many nails all over the job site.

Excellent experience working with Ralph. He was very understanding of our needs and showed he cared about us being comfortable with our price point. Sergei Shutov and his crew arrived on time and were respectful of my request to wear masks inside my home. They were careful to keep floors protected including my newly painted deck and porch outside. They accommodated my request to do the two windows with air conditioners on the second day. I spoke with a representative at a home show and made arrangements to get an estimate to have windows installed in my house. I was contacted by a person to schedule an appointment on a Wednesday and was told they would be able to come by on Thursday at 6:00pm. I had to miss 2 hours of work to be home for this appointment that they arranged. At 6:45pm I received a phone call and they said the person that was scheduled to do the estimate was not going to be at my house for another hour and a half (8:15pm). the time I was told to have available for this was going to be 1 to 1-1/2 hours.All I can say is FIRST IMPRESSIONS. I will be looking elsewhere for my window projectPlease do not contact me anymore I will not do business with a company that cannot even keep an appointment that they set up.

We recently contracted with Renewal by Andersen for replacement windows. Our meetings and discussions with all people involved so far have been pleasant, professional and educational. Marek just took the dimensions and measurements of our windows and sliding door and he was very efficient and friendly. Based on our interactions so far, we would definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen for replacement windows.

First off, let me say that the replacement windows are beautiful! I am very happy with the quality of the product. However after months, mine are still not installed correctly. Working with the company to resolve my concerns has not been an enjoyable experience...The salesman convinced me to order four windows as a trial run to replace the original double hung windows in my 100+ year old house. Ive replaced a few windows in my house myself, so I know its definitely not an easy job, which is why I wanted to go with an ostensibly premium brand, like Anderson Renewal.The salesman was a nice guy, but after that everything went downhill. First, my installation ended up getting rescheduled once or twice (frankly, Ive lost count of how many times Ive gotten a message from the office to reschedule an appointment). When the crew did finally come, they seemed to be not be informed about the task at hand. For example, when they arrived they immediately started trying to take off the front stops, which was something the salesman assured me wouldnt be required because the windows would be installed from the outside. Eventually they agreed to install it how I wanted.In addition, the crew seems to be a rush to complete the job as fast as possible. When I pointed out concerns about the quality of the install, ( such as the fact that the windows had been installed out of level and out of plumb) they argued with me and insisted it was my house and they had installed everything correctly. When I asked follow up questions, the crew forman was unable to provide additional information beyond that he has completed his work as trained.It took multiple phone calls and eventually took a second trip from a second company rep to inspect my windows to confirm that the installation team did in fact install all four windows unlevel, out of square, or both. Additionally the rep pointed out that two out of four windows were damaged in some way. (Dented screen and broker grill)Today I had an appointment to repair the damaged components of the windows as well as rectify the installation issues. The appointment to fix the installation issues was cancelled, again. Well try again next month though....That all being said, Codi and Chris, the guys who installed the screen and grill today were great! I really appreciated that they showed up on time and were able to provide answers to my questions and also made sure everything was installed correctly. Unfortunately the rest of my Andersen renewal experience hasnt been this good. When you consider the price point for these windows, I expected much, much more. Im

Great experience with Todd from start to finish. Mike and his crew did an amazing job transforming our 3 entry doors and giving our house a much needed facelift.

The installation team was great! They were all respectful of our property and courteous during the entire process. They all showed on time everyday and made sure to keep us updated through the entire install. They cleaned up after each days end to the point we didn’t even know they had been there. They let us paint the trim and shutters for the house as we had asked. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Andersen may be pricier but their products and service are superior. I have had a number of windows and doors replaced over the last 5 months and I am very pleased with all of them. There were issues with some of the installations, not to do with Andersen, but unforeseen conditions. All the installers were very professional. Today Josh, one their technicians, came to remedy a grille error in one of the doors and was very courteous, did a great job, and pointed out a loose handle that he fixed as well. I would recommend Andersen to anyone.Update: Tony came out today to replace a damaged screen - I was late getting back to the house and he waited patiently for me and proceeded to replace the screen. It was a quick job and he was efficient and very courteous.

Renewal by Andersen was the BEST choice! They were professional from the very first contact to the very last! We had every window in our house done. It took 4 days and each and every day they were on time, respectful of those working from home, kept the spaces clean, and cleaned up after themselves. UPDATE: Andersen Windows paid for the electrical damage they did during our install. It took close to a month for them to do the right thing and threats of a lawsuit. They tried to skirt responsibility and rarely responded to emails and calls.PREVIOUS REVIEW:Andersen windows called to cancel the day of the scheduled install and rescheduled for the next week.However, the next week, Sergey Shutov and his team did fantastic work and saved the day. I was really impressed by his teams professionalism and craftsmanship on a difficult installation. He even had donuts for our young kids. However, the team accidentally did close to $600 dollars worth of damage when a screw they installed accidentally went through a beam and punctured a wire. We had to hire an electrician to rewire the area to restore power and prevent a fire hazardI sent Andersens customer care supervisor the invoice for reimbursement on March 29th, 2021 at their request, and I have yet to hear back after repeated follow ups. Today is April 8th.I went with an expensive corporation to avoid this kind of worse case scenario you may expect from a fly-by-night contractor.I will update this review if Andersen windows does the right thing. However, its looking like we may need to litigate to resolve the situation.

A very professional sales process to start with. A prompt and convenient measurement of essentially all our old windows on our historic Greek Revival house built around 1840. Very flexible as to the installation date which ultimately we asked to be postponed until snow melt. Two very professional and polite window installers arrived on schedule. Their work was craftsmen quality and they were careful to avoid damage to other parts of our property. The worksite was always well organized and cleaned every day before departure. Our old storm windows and screens were taken away at no extra charge to us. The new windows fit in well with the historic nature of our house. We will miss the old glass but not having to maintain and change screens and storm windows every season.

I have been very pleased with everyone we have interacted with during our window replacement with Anderson. Our salesman, Mike was professional and accommodating to our needs. Marek was friendly and patient while measuring our windows. He answered all our questions and did a thorough job.

A visit by Renewal by Andersen took place today 5/19/21 as a follow up to the first visit to discuss the possible installation of several windows to replace the existing ones that need to be replaced. The Renewal by Andersen people who visited my home were very professional and knowledgeable about their product. I signed an agreement to have several of my windows replaced.

The young man Serge did a fabulous job all around! Very exact measured, royal red carpet treatment,(😆)cleaned up very thoroughlyand the windows are and look great! Felt very well taken care of! Have recommended Anderson windows to others!

Today the company sent Rafal to do the repair. He did an amazing job to my satisfaction, was quite professional, and cleaned up when finished. I was very pleased with the casement window installation done by Sergey S and his co-worker. Their workmanship was excellent. I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping the sawdust off the driveway. They also provided some tips for how to remove window hardware when it was time to stain the trim they had installed

I had an Anderson French door installed a few years ago. Since that time I have has difficulty securing the door. When I voiced my concerns to the installer, they were ignored.Thankfully, I called recently and Chuck was sent. Chuck listened to me and started on the door. He found some things a miss and fixed them. He also ordered some parts to completely fix the issue.Chuck quickly assessed the job, addressed it and is taking care of it. There were a couple of instances where a part of the window needed to be recaulked at some point after the installation. The company was very good about sending someone out to do the quick repair. Chuck was knowledgeable and courteous. He adjusted the door and showed us in detail his work. He did an excellent job. Very pleased with his work and help.

Screen for casement window was not a tight fit. Chuck put insect border in and it fits well now.

So far the windows and doors ordered have not been made yet. All the measurements have been taken and the process is underway. The products will be delivered and installed in approximately 22 weeks.

Todays service call from Tony of Anderson was all that I could have expected. He arrived on time. He was polite and his calm manner instilled complete confidence - he explained what he did and showed me the part that he replaced. He was clean and well-spoken and left the area perfectly clean.

Screen was delivered by Chuck today at the time specified. Very pleasant man, wore his mask and required during this pandemic. He removed the packaging from the screen to make sure they screen was the correct one for the door , which it was. He then removed all the packaging material and put it on his truck and left.
