Do not go here if you’d like to actually receive COVID 19 PCR test results. My results were supposed to be available to me in 1-2 days, today is day 4. Zero customer service when I call, constantly directed to an automated phone number which gets you nowhere. Knowing how inefficient CVS is with testing, would you really allow someone from this retailer to stick a needle in your arm with the COVID vaccine? I would NOT!

I am concerned about the validity of temperature checks in this store. I went for flu shot on 11-3-2020, was told my temp was 99.9, then she said oh, wait its 100. I did not believe the temperature reading. I rushed home, which took no more than 10 minutes, pulled out all three of my oral thermometers and immediately took my temperature, they all registered 97.8. Is it really possible for a temp to go from 99.9 to 97.8 in 10 or even 15 minutes? Seems a bit strange to me. I immediately called CVS and told the lady who took my temperature and was even more concerned about her nonchalant demeanor. I encourage folks to carry their own thermometers as a back up.

The pharmacy staff is terrific. Ready for every question, no matter how intricate or how tedious, they are friendly, professional and genuinely caring. They are, for the most part, on time with prescriptions--though it helps to wait in store for fastest service. Given how busy this small pharmacy is throughout the day, its a good idea to temper time expectations. That said, in general, they fulfill orders with accuracy and promptness nearly all of the time. These are good, hard-working folks doing good work.The retail side is courteous, helpful, and professional. None of this Im not sure where that is stuff here! Most employees can identify the aisle and shelf of a particular item for you. The staff is efficient and always happy to refer any question they cant answer to the pharmacist. This is top notch service from a top notch CVS--one of the very best in the state!

Some of the worst customer service at this store. They don’t check your coupons, you have to tell them what coupons you have. Most of the cashiers are very rude, often complaining about their day. Only go here because it’s right down the street. The pharmacy is very helpful, great service from most of the techs.

The staff is so helpful and caring! They have helped me so many times when I was not feeling well, having insurance problems, medical questions, etc. If you are looking for a great pharmacy with patient friendly staff I highly recommend..can’t thank them enough :)

Prescriptions are never ready when promised. You can call and request them at 7:00 AM to be ready for 11:00 AM and at 6:00 PM they were still not ready! This has happened multiple times. I am researching switching pharmacies. They need to get more help and update the refill software. Currently this location doesn’t work on your refill until you show up. I purposely refuse to spend money in this store while I wait. This is ridiculous!!

Staff are generally helpful and friendly. Store is neat and stocked and has an easy layout. Drive thru pharmacy, however ordering either through the app or over the phone is usually an issue. The pharmacy staff never seem to call the doctors to get prescriptions refilled when the doctors need to be contacted by the pharmacy.

Prescriptions are never ready several hours after recieved. Whatever you do dont sign up for the nagging prescription reminder service.

This is the worst cvs for prescriptions. Thankfully I rarely need them. Last year 2 hours after they received my scripts from hospital- still not ready. Today walk-in faxed scripts. I called from the highway and was told yes they were received and would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there and get told not ready not expedited 15 minutes or less. I said ok should I go home? She says 15 minutes or less. Gee thanks. NEVER again!!!

Good selection of products and is a newer store so it is clean and well organized.

As soon as I walk in, I’m greeted. It’s extremely friendly and when there was a time they were out of a product, the staff member there gave some suggestions of another store. Yesterday I went to pick up meds I was hoping they also sold car oil just to keep me from going to two stores. After picking up my meds, the staff at the door remembered I asked about car oil and suggested some places near by.In addition, Pharmacy is very nice and personal. There was one time I was irritated with pharmacy and now I’m a bit embarrassed as they work their tush off running around to help customers.MAKE SURE YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES CVS! They deserve to be treated very, very well.
