Firstly, the drive thru window is broken. Today we needed to use the 24 pharmacy after seeing the after hours urgent care. This facility is the most poorly ran, mismanaged operation. The pharmacist does not manage the technicians; the technicians are relatively clueless about medicine and customer service. I will never frequent this 24 hour pharmacy, rather I’d drive 30 minutes in the opposite direction. CVS regional management needs to get involved immediately. Avoid this pharmacy.

I’d love to leave zero stars, but one will have to do. I came earlier in the day and my daughter’s prescription wasn’t ready after it was sent over hours before. The woman at the drive-thru was curt and condescending when I inquired about what was taking so long. She told me it would be ready in about a half hour or so (it wasn’t).I came back later only to sit in line for almost 40 minutes in my car (with a colicky and sick baby in tow, relentlessly screaming). I don’t understand why this location seems to have so many issues with timely service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend picking up you prescriptions elsewhere. Save your time and your money.

I have always had fantastic experiences at this CVS. This place is incredibly busy because its centrally located and 24 hours a day. I think there are people that dont understand how busy they are and complain, but that staff works incredibly hard and deserve a lot of credit. The pharmacists are really responsive, in particular Kyle H. who has gone out of his way to handle complex issues I have had. If I knew everyone elses name I would also thank them, because they are all great. Thank you.

This CVS is such a mixed bag. Sometimes it’s fine, but other times it’s really annoying. Today I needed passport photos. I stood in line for a few minutes (the place was packed) and then saw a sales clerk come around the corner. So I asked him how to get passport photos. He gruffly said, “you get in line.” I said I’d been in line but didn’t know what to do because the sign for passport photos was “over there,” meaning away from the registers. He said to to come with him and he did the photos. He never asked me if I wanted to look at them or anything. He was pretty grumpy. Then when I went to the counter after waiting in line again, which was fine because that was appropriate, he was fine and he rang me up. I told him that the coupon machine was broken and he just shrugged. And then when I got to the car I looked at the photos and they really weren’t very good. I think anyone else would’ve said “hey I need to do this again. They don’t look good.” Not this guy. He wasn’t gonna give me any breaks. At least the CVS carries Laroche Posay products, but not all the cleansers.

Prescription was called in 3 hours ago. They said dont worry, well expedite it since you are waiting. Ive been here for an hour and its still not ready. Its been like this for years. I should have learned my lesson by now.Another 20 minutes and they dont even have it in stock.

I came in to pick up photos that I had printed from my phone. I wasn’t sure the quality, but I was so surprised! Not only did the pics turn out great, Tyler helped me get out of there super fast and was very friendly. Will definitely use the photo service again.

Slow doesnt begin to describe this place. Someone else posted that they dont even start filling it until you arrive is absolutely true. I waited TWO DAYS to pickup my prescription after it was sent digitally. I show up and they still need 10 more minutes, then I watch them fill it and call me over. This isnt the first time this has happened. They dont seem to care they are wasting your time.

Zero stars is more like it. The pharmacy staff is always rude. My 72 yr old father went for his first vaccine appt today. They couldnt find his appointment in the system so instead of taking his insurance info and giving him the vaccine, they were rude and he ended up going to Riva Rd CVS where they were helpful. The employees need major customer service training.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Staff in the pharmacy are worthless. Pharmacist is afraid of the staff below him so they run all over him and treat customers horribly. I called this store all day for hours and no one every picked up. Drove over an hour as the doctor sent the prescription for my daughter to the wrong location since we used to live in Crofton to only find out it wasn’t in stock. If someone would have picked up the phone it would have saved me a pointless trip and to avoid being treated terribly by their staff. Those girls should be fired as they have no respect and definitely don’t deserve a job working in customer service.

This place is horrible. Customer service is non existent. They will not even start filling a perscription until you come to pick it up. Do not call they will not answer. I called, left them on the line and drove 40 minutes to the store. The whole time on hold. Stood in line for another 10 minutes still on hold so 50 minute on hold. While I stood in line the phone kept ringing and saying one person holding.Five people working and none can answer the phone. There was a gentleman waiting for his sons vaccine the pharmacist forgot to take it out of the refrigerator. The pharmacist is sitting in the, office waiting for ten minutes so he can give an injection Just close the store,horrible management has been for along time now. Also there drug bin is overflowing. I imagine this is a safety hazard.

Absolutely pathetic! My husband waited for a refill on his medications for 4 days and STILL didn’t get his refill. Refills that his doctor called in! They never answer the phone in a timely manner. They have no kind of customer service AT ALL. Just rude! If I could give this location zero stars I would.

If you could give 0 stars, I would have asked if you could go negative.Obviously, having a 24hr pharmacy is great, except for when you need a prescription. I think, without a doubt, the pharmacy is the worst provider I have ever experienced. This is probably linked to how understaffed they are and ultimately, management. Top that with lackluster customer service and you have more than enough reason to get your prescriptions filled somewhere else.

They really should allow for 0 stars. We have been using this pharmacy since August of last year and it gets worse every time. Beyond slow one of my prescriptions they didnt have for 2+ weeks unacceptable. People NEED their medications this is not a want. Management and hire needs to handle this and hire veveyter staffing I think that is beyond obvious fr these reviews. Will be switching pharmacies and it will not be another CVS.

This CVS used to be great. Over the last year, it has become a nightmare. The pharmacy looks like a storage unit that exploded.. The line is always half way through the store. They gave me someone elses medication. The list goes on and on. Were transferring our prescriptions elsewhere.

The Worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever visited. I have transferred all my prescriptions to another place, could not take it any longer - longest wait lines, zero customer service skills, no communication in regards to availability of certain medication, and overall we dont care about your business attitude. Management above needs to retrain everyone there if they want to keep their business.

I had a prescription sent here from urgent care around 5 pm on a holiday because they’re the nearest 24 hour location. I called and no one answered for 10 minutes so I drove there and waited in line 20 minutes to be told that it would be ready in an hour or two. But I never got a ready text. Next day, still no text and I couldn’t get them to pick up the phone. I drove there again and find out they still haven’t even filled it and it will be another “2 hours”. So, it’ll take them 24 hours to count 5 pills and put them in a bottle?!?!?! I had my RX transferred to another location. I will not use this pharmacy location again.

DON’T EVER USE THIS STORE OR PHARMACY!!!!! They never pick up the phone, rude pharmacy crew and it take 3 days to fill a prescription. I am not sure why they are open for 24hrs. I blame myself because I I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt and have been disappointed multiple times. To make matters worse they were going to charge me $1200 dollars instead of $30. Incompetence + Horrible customer service = STAY AWAY from this store.

Need an RX for my 3 yo, pretty urgent. I’ve been on the phone for almost 2 hours. Sent my husband there in person, he waited in line for 30 mins to be told they don’t have it on file. The doctor confirmed it was sent 3x. She also tried to call it in - she waited for 30 mins on hold.

If I could give zero stars - I would. I waited in the drive thru line for almost an hour but when it was my turn a worker slammed a drive thru closed sign on the window, while there were two cars that had clearly been waiting. I tried ringing the call button but no answer for five minutes, then decided to call the pharmacy with no answer. I finally bit the bullet and decided to run inside and see what the issue was and much to my surprise there was not one person in line at the pharmacy, but somehow there were five workers just standing around. The manager was able to jump on the register for me, without the pharmacy saying anything to me or even noticing my existence, but my prescription wasnt even ready. It had been called in over 24 hours earlier by my doctor. Ive been using cvs my entire life and have never received this sort of customer service. Do yourself a favor and just make the switch to a different pharmacy!

Agree, with the place being understaffed. I had an appointment for my COVID booster and as we speak I’m still standing in line an hour later. Picking up prescriptions can be a lengthy process as well.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have been to. You wait a minimum of 45 minutes to get an RX filled. As a doctor, customer, patron its disgusting. If I ran my practice like this I would have no patients. Unfortunately stuck with them because of my insurance. I have to go back 3 and 4 times to pick up medicine. Who has the time. Sorry they dont care about their professionalism. They should!

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. This is the worst CVS on the planet. I have put in a refill 5 times now for a medication that I take daily. Why are my requests being ignored? So I call again and they say it will be ready by a certain time, and guess what? Its not. Im not sure how this is acceptable. Many other reviews are saying the same thing. Why is this issue not being addressed properly, CVS? Ive been off my medicine now for a week and a half because you couldnt fill 1 out of 5 requests. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went in for a tetanus shot. The pharmacy told me they were out of stock and had to order. Waited 4 days with nocall to come in. Went back and waited in one slow line to find out that i needed to go to another line only to be told that they have plenty of tetanus shots but I need to make an appointment. Bottom line; it will take 7 data from the day my doctor wrote the order to when I can get the shot. This is not the first time I had this type of experience at this location.

This is the worst business in town. Id happily have a root canal or spend the day at MVA if it kept me from doing business with these inept and rude folks. They are incapable of filling a prescription on time. By on time I mean within several days of your doc calling it in. I will never use them again and urge anyone to use any of the zillion other pharmacies that are basically within walking distance of this one.

The worst Pharmacy I have been to in 50 long years of my life!!!! The pharmacist, Chris Dabik was rude, condescending, and abusive to me when I was simply coming here to pick up a prescription for my Father who is 76 years old and is sick right now. I have never had this happen ever at a pharmacy!!! I do not go to this pharmacy and will never step foot in this store again in my life!! I still cant believe this happened to me. I will be contacting the National Assoc. of Pharmacists. I hope this does not happen to anyone else, ever!!!!

We have never had an acceptable experience with this pharmacy. After 3 1/2 days waiting on prescription was told would be ready today and upon pick up was told would ready late afternoon. This afternoon at pick up not ready but would expedite and would be 4+ hours more. The customer before us was told the same thing. Last time at pick up i was told they did not start the process because they wait for the customer to come in or call first before starting the order. Even then he sttes it could the 5 or more days. This store has terrible service.

Another person who would leave zero stars if it were an option. I received a text from CVS asking to update my insurance. I replied by sending pics of the front and back. Today, I received another text asking for the same information. I called to confirm my insurance and was on hold for 30 minutes before my call dropped and another 15 before I could speak with the pharmacy. I explained that my insurance had not changed and was told not to worry about it. I waited in line at the drive through for 10 minutes. When we finally got to the window, I was told my prescription was way more than I ever paid. I told the girl at the window that she hadnt used my insurance, gave her my insurance card that I had texted the day before. She then told me to pull back around while they processed my card. She ended up keeping my debit card. We had to go back into the store, wait in line again to get our card back and they still didnt make any attempt to hand me my prescription that was ready. This is not the first time weve had issues with the pharmacy. Im going to follow the advice of the other reviewer and switch to Giant.

It takes days and several phone calls to have a prescription filled. If you dont need to use CVS you should go to Walgreens. You will get better and faster service. This is not a one time issue. Its everytime I need to refill a prescription. If I was not mandated by my insurance company to use cvs I would never go back there. Get it together CVS!

I have never written a review before, but this CVS situation is insane. I never have read reviews on pharmacies because I’ve never had an issue in the past. I wish I had, I would have never used them. I’m so confused how they are able to get away with simply not filling prescriptions. I was in the ER until 3 am. My doctor told me they were sending over my medications and I should pick them up immediately since it was 24 hours and they should be able to be filled quickly. I head over there and the guy is blasting a show on his phone so loud that he can’t hear me when I am calling for his attention. Finally, he notices me and says the prescriptions won’t be ready for 30 minutes. Not an ideal situation since it’s 330 am and I’m in pain, but whatever. They are finally ready and I head off. The next day I realize that I only have three medications instead of five. The most important antibiotic and my pain medication are missing. I call and it’s the same guy from the previous night and he tells me it’s impossible that I didn’t get all of my medications. Finally, he realizes I am right and says they will be ready in an hour and I’ll receive a text. Two hours go by and no text. I tried calling and no one would answer. I go there and there is a huge line. Everyone seems disgruntled. Nobody’s prescriptions are being handed out. I get up there and she tells that they aren’t ready and won’t be ready until 3:30. I’ve been in severe pain for days, so I just want to cry at this point. I leave and 5:30 rolls around and still no text that they are ready. I try calling and no answer. So I drive back, wait in another long line, only to be told that it isn’t ready. She goes, “I’m not sure why it’s not ready.” So I was like I’m really confused about what’s happening. She explains that they are about two weeks behind and some people are waiting for medications that are a week late and they have no idea when they will be filled. Um, what? How is this possible? So I asked her if I can transfer it to another pharmacy. She said yes, she just has to cancel it there and then another pharmacy can fill it. So I’m like perfect please do that. She writes down some information and says “all set” and I was like um can you do it now? She said, “I’m good on my end, you just have to call another pharmacy” I guess I’m gullible since I watched her not do anything and I suppose I thought magic happened, but I walked out. Tried calling and naturally they hadn’t released the prescriptions and I can’t even transfer the narcotics anyway. The lady also told me that normally she would call them, but that location never answers there phone. Yep. So I storm back in. Wait in line, again, and I’m like you didn’t release the prescriptions. She insists they did and I ask to talk to someone else. Another lady puts in my information and goes “I can transfer it, but they are right here” um what??? So I get back in line and get the bag and it’s only one. The pain medication is missing. And the pharmacist tells me he’s not approved to fill that one because he’s a “fill in pharmacist” so I asked when I’d be able to fill that one in. The tech goes, “ I don’t know, maybe 10, but probably not” practically comical! She’s like you should probably just call before cause it probably won’t be ready. And I’m like how can I call when no one ever answers. She goes “I know, right” So, after all of that, I’m truly confused. How are they able to get away with this?? But long story short, DON’T GO HERE. It may seem tempting since it’s open all night, but trust me it’s not worth it. This place needs to be shut down.

I encourage anyone who values their time not to use the CVS Pharmacy in Crofton. The wait lines are horrendous and the accuracy of information given is terrible. Most recently was informed that my prescription was ready only to be told it was still in process after I had waited in line 20 minutes. Seems to be very poorly managed. My daughter had a 9:00 am appointment. We were on time. We went to the HealthHub area to ask where to get the COVID vaccine, the employee said to go to the front of the store. Went to the front of the store. They told me to go to the Pharmacy. Get to the Pharmacy and it was in complete chaos. The line for people to pick up prescriptions was really long and there was only 1 employee working at first.I tell the employee that my daughter is here for a 9 am appt. to get her vaccine. He tells me to wait because hes the only one there. Its his first day and he was very flustered, but nice. I do not blame him for the poor management. Apparently he is the only employee there to administer vaccines, however, he is also working the front pharmacy cash register, the drive-thru pharmacy pickup and in the midst of all of that, going back and forth to mix vaccines without gloves between all of these jobs. He was visually flustered because he was left to do all this alone. At 9:45, he runs out from the pharmacy area with a basket full of vaccine needles. I tell him never mind because I do not feel safe with giving my daughter the vaccine while he was mixing them in the midst of all this chaos. It was so easy for him to possibly make a mistake with mixing the vaccines. I saw with my own eyes him mixing the vaccines, then stopping and going to help a customer at the drive thru and then going back to mixing vaccine needles. All without washing his hands or wearing gloves. I could not chance it especially with my minor child. I did not feel safe with getting the vaccine at this CVS location!In the midst of all of the chaos at the pharmacy, about 7 employees were in the HealthHub area having a 45 minute meeting about how to improve customer service (how ironic!). They are having a customer service improvement meeting while about 10 pharmacy customers had to wait in a long line for at least 30-45 minutes only to be told that there prescriptions were not ready when they were supposed to be. Everyone left the store disappointed by the service. One lady said she couldnt breathe and needed her medication ASAP. Her prescription was supposed to ready the night before but it still wasnt ready. It was really unnerving. Also, the 7 employees are having a meeting while there are several people with scheduled COVID vaccine appts., including my daughter, that are now 45 minutes late because there is only 1 employee at the pharmacy. The manager needs to be fired. I will be complaining to the district manager as well. The store needs a total management revamp ASAP!

This cvs doesn’t even deserve one star. On multiple occasions, they take hours on end to fill a prescription and the time is never correct for when they say it will be ready. And don’t even try to attempt calling them because they do not answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy!

My mom went to the emergency room last night so we had the doctor send her prescription to this supposed 24 hour pharmacy. They sent the prescription in before 8pm and it is now 7:30am and her prescription still says in process. Also, noone picks up when you call the pharmacy. Just shut this one off and open a real 24 hour pharmacy. Wish we had read all the reviews beforehand!

I was literally just there yesterday, they have the worst customer service ,they are very rude, and unprofessional, and extremely unorganized it took them 20 minutes just to find my medication . One girl that was filling bottles with literally picking her nose. I dont know why theyre still open I only come here what I have doctors send my meds here which is rare. If I could give this place no stars I would.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been a Crofton resident over a year now and have routine monthly meds that I constantly have to remember to refill a week before I actually want it because they are slow. They are usually 6-12 hours behind schedule on everything at minimum. The phone wait is just as bad as the reviews say.

One of the worst pharmacies. I have never been to a pharmacy that was 5 days behind on filling prescriptions. Always out of 1 or more medications. Errors in filling prescriptions either over the quantity or under drastically. Sometimes different medication.

If i could have given no stars i would have.this pharmacy wanted to charge me 1500.00 dollars for my medicine...i have been their customer for 10 years and on this medication for 2 years. i questioned this saying it has always been 30.00....girl helping me was rude and quite honestly could care less.....i told her i wanted this transferred to the Giant pharmacy.....went over to Giant....my prescription was filled right away....it was 30.00.....wouldnt sent my worst enemy to CVS....these people could care less about you or any of your issues

I have never left a negative review. It is really nice that this pharmacy is open 24 hours. However, they are the worst at filling your prescription on time. I have used them 3xs recently & each time they say “it will be ready by this time” & it never is. On top of that I have to call two more times to ensure I will get my prescription by the time I am suppose to take it. I gave them my prescription at 7:30am...at 5:30pm, I went in to pick up & they said “it is not ready.”They told me “30 minutes.” I called after the 40 minute mark and it was still not ready. Just be prepared to call them 2-3xs to get your prescription.

They literally cannot fill a prescription. The pharmacy line was almost out the door. I needed to get the meds so i waited in line for 20 minutes. When i got to :pick up, I was told it wasnt ready and would take 30 minutes, so I waited. After 30 minutes, I decided to get a flu shot while i waited. The girl at drop off said it would be quick so i filled out the forms. She then said i needed to go pay for it at the pick up counter. I waited in line again and when i got to the guy working the counter, he said the flu shot would be another hour wait...so i said, please give me the 1st prescription and ill go. He said it still wasnt ready and that i should wait at that register. He then proceeded to go home! The guy at the next register finally stepped over to help, but he said it would be another 20 minutes. I left. They could not care less about peoples health.

This used to be an efficient pharmacy department. No longer! I waited over 24 hours for a prescription to be filled and only got it filled when I went to the pharmacy and demanded it to be done. They also do not answer the phone. I called 4 times for an update on status. These were prescriptions that my husband should have started right after a dental procedure. Every single time I am to get a prescription filled there I put it in at eight or 9 o’clock in the morning and they still don’t have it filled no matter what time I go to pick it up it could be 45,5,6 o’clock in the evening and they still don’t have it done and when questioned about it they say that they’re short staffed they have had my daughter wait for asthma pumps etc. I would never ever go here again unfortunately they don’t care as to why you need any type of prescription they have a lack of empathy and could care less asked you the reason that you need the prescription even if it means someone is in a state of emergency and or severe pain and this post a star was given because in order to share my experience a Star must be given!

I’ve been using this CVS for my family of 6 for years. It has gone completely down hill the past 2-3 years. I can never get anyone on the phone. I wait days for prescriptions and can’t contact anyone to speed up the process. My doctor calls a script in and then they don’t fill it until I call and ask them to...which takes an hour on the phone to get through. Sometimes I can’t get through and ha e to drive over in order to wait in line to talk to someone.I’ve been told a script will be ready at a time, drove over to pick up and it’s not ready. They give me a new time, I come back over...still not ready. I guess for them 3 times is a charm. I don’t have time to drive over for a script three times. Ridiculous!

Cashier was inadequately trained to retrieve and ring-up preordered photographs. It took 30 minutes for him to figure it out. When I delivered the photographs to the intended recipient I was informed they had paid for them previously. Yes I should have been informed, the cashier should have been aware...And, I noticed the system didnt give me a clearly marked discount on a sale I bought into.Ive noticed CVS often steals discounts. One game is the discount only applies to items not already discounted, but often the existing discount is not shown.I wont dismiss the chain cause at least they are open 24 hrs and no one else local is......flash, I posted this while I was trying to find some remedy in the same CVS when a worker asked me if I needed any help. I explained my 2 issues with the photographs and the truffles she immediately took me to a vacant register and corrected everything and less than 2 minutes! She admit it that the truffles were poorly marked because the sale sticker on the shelf for the truffles applied to a discount on items at an earlier time.So all is resolved for today, they really need to have a better accounting and store marking system.

I called in for 2 prescription refills on Fri. Told by automatic service they would be ready for pickup Saturday at 1pm. It is now 6pm on Sunday and the rx are not filled. 48 hours and not able to fill 2 prescriptions. I have one pill left in one prescription. Way out of comfort zone. Same thing happened last month.It is now Monday morning (9/14/2020) and my rx refills I requested on Fri are still not ready. Was able to get somepne to answer the phone at the pharmacy and was told they were one week behind. Incredible.

Seriously, read the other reviews!! This place is worthless, over an hour wait for eye drops. They couldnt figure out my insurance, told me it wasnt covered. Just to find out the next day it should have been covered and I had to get a refund at another CVS. I think a blind person throwing prescriptions out of a hole in the ground would be more efficient and better at filling prescriptions.

For the covid testing you have to go into a tiny trailer where everyone else who has covid has been it, you have to take off your mask to test with everyone else who has taken off their masks and breathed. It’s not disinfected between any patients. There is no air circulation. Everyone touches the same handle and sits in the same chair. I was negative and probably contracted COVID just from being in that room. Disgusting.

I use to be pretty baffled by the reviews on this pharmacy cause I never experienced severe issues with this place besides them always being super busy and 20+ minute wait times when calling..they always seemed very understaffed.My last visit wasIncredibly unnecessarily rough..I have to have my nausea medication on hand ,just a few hours without it and I can end up in the hospital from nonstop vomiting, so I always try to time my refills to avoid this. I called my refill in and was told it would take awhile but they said it would be done at so and so time..cutting it real close to when I needed it but it was fine.I sat in there drive through for over 30 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me when I got there..why it took so long to help each person I have no idea.I get to the window finally and was told “your prescription was auto filled a few days early so we have to void it out and fill you a new one” which they decided to not do until I got there expecting to pick it up..they didn’t mention this on the phone call and said everything was fine..and if it was already filled when I had called why did it take so long before I could pick it up to begin with before being told they had to redo it? This could’ve been done when I spoke to them on the phone hours prior but instead waited until I spent over 30 minutes waiting in their drive through just to tell me they had to do this and it couldn’t be picked up for another few hours. I stayed sick for half the day at work before my husband was able to go get it for me.The whole thing could’ve been avoided by simply being honest during that phone call that I sat on hold for forever to be told it would be ready.Im due to get another one filled so here’s hoping it doesn’t go as sloppy,we will see.I only go there for the convenience of the 24hrs and at this rate that alone isn’t worth it.

I was told CORPORATE drives the schedules and the amount of hours available. What a BS answer.... if you increase sales, you get more hours. Wow, where to begin...we have had trouble with CVS Crofton for years, but my experience today really sums it all up. A prescription was initially prescribed for 30 days, I received a text asking if I wanted a 90 day supply, I said yes, my doctor approved and I was notified for pickup. So, I expecting 60 pills.I asked for delivery and received only 30 pills. Confirmed with my doctor there should have 60: yes, that’s correct.This morning I call CVS Crofton to resolve the issue and after 30 minutes on hold, someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up.I think they must be swamped!! So even though I am high risk and should avoid going out, I go in person. There were NO customers at the pharmacy and 3 employees. Admittedly, my blood immediately starts to boil.I explain my situation twice, am told I only have a 30 day supply because that’s what “it” says and said employee walks away. No resolution, no help.Worst pharmacy!! Incessant mistakes, horrible staff. DO NOT USE.

I use for the occasional prescription but a recent order has yet to be filled after 5 days as the drug is back ordered. Never received a call to inform me of the delay. I cant fault the pharmacists at this location as they always seem to be working at a feverish pace.I avoid going into the store as it has a history of armed robberies. Google it.

I would give zero stars if I could. The pharmacist did not want to give me a prescription.for a urinary tract infection because fhere was a minor error in the dose and did not want to talk to my provider. Being later on a Friday she told me to go back to my doctor on Monday. No common sense at all. I needed to go to an emergency center to get and start my treatment.

If I could give just the pharmacy 0 stars I would. The pharmacy staff here is the worst. No matter what time you come to pick up a prescription they always say “It’ll be about 3 hours”. The staff never picks up the phone no matter what time of day you call. I know they’re not too busy to answer because every time I go in to pick up a prescription they just let the phone ring. This place is extremely unprofessional. Huge waste of time.

The doctor called in the prescription three days ago. I went to pick it up and was told that the prescription was not yet filled and it wouldn’t be ready for two hours....this after an earlier time when the prescription was first ordered, over a week ago, and the CVS person INFORMED THEY would call the doctor and failed to do so! Consequently: another delay that I had to take care of only to encounter further frustration at the ineptitude of this pharmacy!!!!!!!I gave it one star but it should be a minus grade!!!!

The staff is nice, this place is just HORRIFICALLY understaffed. Before Covid they had issues, I’ve waited 2+ hours for post-surgery pain medication after I’d already received a text that the order was ready for pickup, now I’ve been watching my prescription sit at “pending” for literally a week and I’ve been on hold on the phone for 30 mins (in addition to the 3 lunch breaks I’ve wasted trying to go up there and wait in line to speak with someone). Woof. Transferring my prescriptions if anyone ever picks up this call...*I’ve also had issues with this CVS not accepting my insurance while other CVS locations do so please keep that in mind

Followed around store and asked if I was ready to check out while still shopping. Same ethnicity. I was in the store less than 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the blond guy set off the alarm and had to wait for the cashier to respond to the front of the store to make sure everything was ok. It seems to me that way too many people are complaining about their pharmacy, continuously.Personally, if I was that unsatisfied by the service they receive from the pharmacy department....this is not the only 24 hour CVS in the area. So, maybe trying an alternative location would be your simple resolution. Just an obvious recommendation...Regarding their customer service, I have been to this CVS so many times that I cannot even give you a general idea of exactly how many times! I’ve been here in the early morning, afternoon, evening, and even in the middle of the night. Never have I experienced customer service that made me so unsatisfied to the point that I resorted to a negative review as a result. In fact, I look forward to returning to this precise location rather than the one located closer to my home because of the excellent service I receive. Doesn’t matter what shift it is, the service I receive has never left me disappointed.The people that say otherwise, simply need to take into consideration that this is NOT the one and only CVS pharmacy on the planet. Its amazing how when you hand your prescription over to them and ask them to their faces, You take Blue Cross Blue Shield correct? and they respond with Yeah we do, Ive seen it before and somehow magically when you call up to see if its filled or not they dont take your insurance anymore. Id highly recommend NOT using the pharmacy here. They obviously dont know what theyre doing.

I have never experienced worse service in a pharmacy than with this location. On average, it takes 24-48 for prescriptions to be filled when they are sent in by the doctor, and that is only after we have called to follow up. Standard medications are frequently on back order and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to come in. We have followed up on even monthly prescription refills and still cant seem to get the necessary medications in a timely manner. The pharmacy manager has been very rude, disrespectful, and dismissive on multiple occasions, showing an unwillingness to help keep monthly drug in stock. Although CVS as a whole is struggling with customer service, this particular location seems to be one of the worst.

UPDATE (7/20/19)- I am cautiously and optimistically updating my review. Ever since the renovations the pharmacy has been running so much more smoothly (possible more staff as well?) Line placement makes way more sense, but I rarely have to wait in line anymore. I used to never dare running in on a lunch break in fear of not making it in and out in time, but have now managed to pick up prescriptions twice during a lunch break with over 45 minutes to spare.Keep up the great work!

This is the only CVS Pharmacy I will go to anymore. I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service and how they actually treat you like a person and not just a customer. They always go out of their way to make sure that I have what I need, when I need it. I would give this pharmacy 5 stars! They are truly one-of-a-kind when it comes to CVS Pharmacies (I have dealt with many and seem to always walk away extremely frustrated and without the prescriptions I need for my chronic conditions). Thank you for always working so hard and being such a great pharmacy!The minute clinic is a different story. The NP I saw rushed my visit and would not listen to anything I said. Because I had a surgery over the summer, one-time prescriptions were showing up as part of my medical history. She seemed to think I was having excruciating back pain just to refill those prescriptions, when that was the opposite of what I was asking her about. When I asked the pharmacy about her reasoning for not treating me, they told me that there was no policy about what she said and people had problems with her in the past. Very disappointing.

It October a new pharmacist was hired and thats where the problem begins. I never had any problem with accurate information being faxed by the doctors office to the previous pharmacist. An existing prescription was being renewed and this new pharmacist changed a 30-day supply to 90 day resulting in a 300% increase in cost. She never acknowledged there was a misunderstanding so I filed a complaint with my insurance carrier against the pharmacy and will get a paper prescription from my doctor to take to another pharmacy. Please dont take your business to this pharmacy.

The Pharmacist was rude when I called to check on my daughters prescription. She mentioned she was working by herself. The first call to check prescription status I was placed on hold then hung up on. I called back and had the front store employee help. My child had a fever and I just needed help with my prescription. This CVS in Crofton does not have the proper number of staff working to deal with the customer volume and hours open. Not a fan!!

Ive been to this clinic & pharmacy a few times and the employees seem apathetic and generally unhelpful. I waited for over an hour for a prescription that was written by their minute clinic nurse who did not bother to tell me they do not take TriCare, and I would have to pay $900 for it or take it to another pharmacy. They only told me this after I walked up to see what was taking so long. I had a much better experience at Walgreens.

I’ve never once left a bad review anywhere on google...This is the 1st one.Hands down this has to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.I would give 0 stars if I could.I’ve been here at least 8 times and kept giving them a chance, but honestly I feel a middle schooler would have more of a clue and better communication skills then these people. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Deserves 0 stars. Everytime I go they have terrible service,95% do not have my prescription in stock, or claim that the prescription was never sent over by my doctor even though I have a paper copy showing their address the date and prescription that was sent over. The workers don’t have any clue what they are talking about and will sometimes say my insurance does not cover medications then when I ask to speak to someone else all the sudden the insurance works! Don’t ever go here! Your medicine will never be in stock and if it is you can be sure it won’t be filled timely or accurately!

Customer service is outstanding especially from the man, the myth, the legend named Titus. He goes above and beyond to answer any questions plus knows how to apply extra care coupons properly. If you catch him outside of CVS he rolls hard on his 10 speed and spotify but still is a nice guy! By the way Titus is so bad ass he does not need the flu shot he is the vaccine!
