Quick, professional service at great competitive prices. . Went in on Friday to look, signed a contract on Monday, counter installed on Wednesday. Expect a slight language barrier, and you will get exactly what youre looking for.

My sisters in law had both worked with HL Granite on their kitchens and recommended them to us. We met with Sandy and she made the whole process really easy. We picked our cabinets and counter and picked our day for install. It snowed on install day but the guys were there at our house and installed the kitchen despite the snow. The kitchen looks great and we love our new granite counter tops. Great job HL Granite!!! I recommend them for your kitchen remodel.

I will never use them again, and I will not recommend them. I ordered black galaxy granite countertops for my kitchen. First they delivered and installed 2 1/2in backsplash after I had ordered 3 1/2in. Secondly the countertops had a horrible haze on themAfter going back and forth with them, they came back three weeks later.. the countertops still arent shining the way they should NEVER AGAIN

They did a horrible job! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Three rude men installed granite counter tops in my kitchen and master bathroom. After the work was completed, I noticed a water stain in our kitchen ceiling. I found that the water was coming from the pipes in my master bedroom where HL Granite had installed the faucets with the new counter tops. We immediately called Grace, our sales agent, to come fix the problem. A person from HL Granite came to our house about an hour later and stated that he could not find the problem. He instructed us to wait four (4) days and they would come back out to touch up the ceiling. He also instructed us to call them back if the water stain got bigger. BUT IT WAS STILL A WATER STAIN!We woke up to puddles of water in our kitchen from the leak in our ceiling. In order to control the damage my husband had to shut off the water to the house. We called HL Granite back and they stated that they would send someone to our house after they completed their installations for the day. We then agreed upon a time of 7:00Pm for their arrive to fix the leak. Once their technician arrived, about an hour late, he found the leak but stated he had to come back the next day because Home Depot was closed. We insisted that our leak be fixed that nigh because Home Depot was still open. The technician reluctantly left to get the parts necessary to fix our leak and returned to completed the job.The next day, we contacted HL Granite and sent pictures showing the damage to our house. They then denied any wrongdoing, stating that the leak did not come from the work they did. In addition later we found out that when HL were working in our garage they unplugged our deep freezer to use their power tools and never plugged the freezer back in. We found this out several days later when we noticed a smell coming from our garage. Needless to say, we lost everything in our freezer right before the Thanksgiving holiday.Grace became very irritated with me and began to yell at me. Due to her attitude and unprofessional behavior I hung up the phone and waited a while before calling back to negotiate a fair and reasonable settlement.When I later called back, I noticed that they had blocked my number. I then called from another number and was able to reach them. When I asked to speak to Grace I overheard her ask who it was and when she learned that I was calling to discuss the settlement I was told she was busy. I called back several more times with no resolution. Grace answered the phone on a few occasions and even pretended not to understand English and HUNG UP on me SEVERAL times!Since then I have done research to find that this has happened several times before with other customers. They have even operated under another business name and re-opened under the current name. I also asked fro their business license and insurance information which was not provided and after searching for it I could not find any record of a business license for them.They are very unprofessional. They have NO customer customer service skills. They left my door open while they smoked in my house and they denied ALL wrong doing. The lied and said the GRACE, nolonger works at the establishment. However, after I got someone else to call SEVERAL times, she answered the phone.The Granite (just the stone) is very nice, the work is BAD at best. The seems and the stone are not cut and placed evenly!BUYER BEWARE!!! Whatever you do, inspect the work as they go and remeber to look up at your ceiling...not down at the countertops.
