Get customer service !! The salesman came out and filled up my oil for me. Im a single lady yall and wasnt my car. I couldnt figure where it was. Not where it should of been as on my Cadillac SRX. ( the oil stick ) that is ! Then I had to be told how to put in Coolant and When. I had a man for over 26 years that took care of all the car needs. Being a Widow for the past 3 years now...this Mama is learning to do for herself. With Advance Auto Parts Salesmen...Ill have it down in no time👍👍😊 thanks to all the guys who take time out to help us ladies out. Much Appreciated and believe me we pass the word out !!

The Crofton Advanced gives next level customer service. Both attendants were very attentive and knowledgeable. I brought my daughters car in and they got me all the way straight. Hooked me up with Oil change pack on sale that gave me more freebies on a promotion. Got 3 items for the price of the one I came looking for. This is my official store now!!

I went in for advice regarding my air conditioning system. They were clueless and told me to go to a mechanic. I went to AutoZone and both gentlemen knew so much more and helped me a great deal. So I wont be going to this Advance Auto for advice, only for parts and items I already know how to find and request myself.

Service was terrible! As usual, and wasnt well stocked, they are definitely behind Auto Zone! In Service, cleanliness, and available stock!

The staff is well trained and I wouldnt think of going to any other auto parts store after spending just 30 minutes at advance Auto parts

Wow! Its all I can say. Poor customer service at your Edgewater MD store. Nobody knows what they are talking about serious confusion with online orders. I walked out. I use AutoZone now. I get a much better customer experience.

The Advanced Auto Parts right on 301 S is pretty convienent. They always have what I need. I even bought a portable battery that was on sale for about $85 and it was worth every penny. The store does have a rust-like smell though.

Ask for Mike Hammer at this store. Best salesman and mechanic that I know. He is very knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what you need for any car or truck. He knows how to put things in laymans terms for the weekend mechanic. Great guy, and will go the extra mile for you.

Only went to this location out of convenience about 3 years ago to order a air filter which was not in stock on the floor. The filter was to be shipped to the store, then with a call I would be notified via my cell.It never happened within a week so I rolled up there. Bottom line never received my air filter for my Patriot or money back on my credit card. First time in my life where Ive never been able to get my money refunded or at least the intended purchased item.

This store has been going down hill for over a month now. I was told this store is not under new management and it shows. No one in the store makes any effort to help you find the parts you need. I had come into the store looking for brake pads and they gave me the wrong ones!!!! Note to corporate hire employees that have knowledge in the auto repair field.

Great Customer Service! I needed winshield wipers for my car and never bought them before. Guys at Advanced helped me find the correct replacement on their charts and explained the difference between the different brands. I bought a set and then they installed them for me! What a great buying experience!

Just stay away from their Batteries - First battery I got them for my big SUV lasted a year, then they replaced it -- after putting it under charge for 24 hours and finding out it wouldnt hold charge.The second battery? Lasted.......yup...... a year and it too died.Im done with this place. Two batteries in two years? Really? They should dump the outfit thats making these batteries for them.

That manager is a disgusting treats badly the clients should do it because they treated us badly when we were changing the lights of the work van we ran from the store
