We had two glass tops placed, one over a stone kitchen table and the other over a painted, wooden desk! Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful and the installation was very efficient both times. So wonderful being able to work with a local small business! Highly recommend and will use them again in the future!

Had a great experience with Economy Glass. They staff were professional and thorough ensuring that the correct windshield was ordered. The had one in stock locally and were able to install next day. The best part is that they did it for half the cost of the big company and one third the cost of the Honda dealership. Highly recommend using Economy Glass.

I spoke with Teresa on Friday and the customer service on her end was amazing however, when it came to the actual installation of my new window, the installer was late, brought the wrong glass and had to reschedule for this morning and then he has never showed back up. I had already paid for this service Friday when I spoke with the office, the installer has not returned any calls, the company has not returned any of my call and now I have no window, money spent for a service not performed and I am completely dissatisfied and will not recommend this company for any further service to anyone.

I had a pretty large crack in my windshield, they were able to schedule me the next day after I called. Such a nice company, and very fast. I was done in an hour, and for half the price that the major company would charge. Thank you Economy Glass!

I had a small broken glass tabletop that I needed to replace. It had 3 straight edges with a semi-circular arch on one side. I gave them the pieces of the old one. They made a perfectly-matched new one for me in a couple days, for a reasonable price.

During some remodeling we broke our kitchen window. Unfortunately, we had a trip planned and were going to be out of town for several day . Everyone told us at least two weeks to replace the glass. We did not want to be out of town without a window. Thanks to economy glass we did not have to worry. They got us our window back in time to take our trip. If you need glass services I would encourage you to stop by economy glass.

So after driving by this business over the years I decided to stop in ask inquire about getting my window screens repaired. I walk in and both receptionists were on calls. After a few minutes, one motions me to take a seat. No one else waiting but me and one other person. About 10 minutes later 2 men walk in and both receptionists immediately help them. I stood up and reminded that that I was waiting but got a bland apology. No effort to help me.First impressions are everything. I left.

Great experience with this company. Staff friendly and helpful. I called the day before. The appointment was on time. I walked out with a handful of business cards to give to friends and family. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The owner came out a few weeks ago and gave me a price, ordered the glass and today the installer came out. I had a question and the owner showed up in 15 minutes. 4 hours later all is complete and the work is very nice. I would use these nice people again in a New York minute. Very fair.

Economy Glass did a GREAT job for me. I listed an older home and the FHA appraiser required that at least one window in each bedroom had to open and stay open. I was told by several contractors that the windows (single-pane wood) could not be repaired. I called Economy Glass and they sent out a technician to check the windows. He wasnt sure they could be fixed but went back to the office and brainstormed. They figured out a way to fix the windows at a reasonable cost and came out quickly.

We needed some glass shelves for a cabinet and got the measurements from the manufacturer. They were very helpful in helping me find the right thickness of glass to use. When I picked up the shelves they did not quite fit. The shop was very accommodating as the issue was due to no fault of theirs. I brought them back in and they made the necessary adjustments so that the shelves would fit properly at no extra charge. Theresa really went out of her way to help me. Great customer service!

Im a frequent customer for plexiglass window replacement for my garage doors. (My boys play hockey in the driveway). The staff is friendly and helpful and keeps all the information on file for repeat orders.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! NO MATTER HOW CHEAP YOUR QUOTE IS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This is the worst experience Ive ever had with any business in my entire life. It has been 9 months since I paid Economy Glass to replace my window and they still havent done it. 7.5 months after I paid them they finally attempted to complete the service. However, they replaced my broken window with the wrong window! Over the past 6 weeks Ive tried reaching them repeatedly and eventually asked for my deposit back to which they havent responded at all. Now Im suing them in small claims court. I cant tell you how much time and money Ive wasted trying to get this company to render the service they agreed to. This is a prime example of you get what you pay for. Economy Glass might give you a competitive quote, but theyre absolutely worthless.

This was the first company I contacted to replace my broken window. They took my deposit and quoted 2 weeks. I called after 2 weeks of not hearing anything and got the run around. Was told different stories about why my window wasnt ready. 2 weeks later still getting no direct answers, told this time it had to be sent to another manufacturer and they would not know when it was ready! I was done with the run around and got my deposit back. Just be honest that you are backed up or cant produce the window!!!

Unbelievable.. I call them at 9:00 am to ask a question regarding double pane glass repair. They tell me I just need to bring the glass over there to have it measured and I say great I’ll bring my windows over shortly. I remove the windows from my house and drive over there at 10:00 am. I get there and then they tell me that they don’t have anyone to measure my windows until 5 PM. Like really? I literally just called you and you’re gonna tell me to bring them over and now I get there and no one can measure till 5 PM? What kind a customer service is this? They literally sit behind a desk answering phone calls and they can’t even give the proper information to potential customer? Maybe if you’re advertising that you were open maybe you should have enough people there to actually run your business.

They did my windows and parked in my neighbors assigned spot. When I asked the man to move over 1 spot to an unassigned spot he looked at me like I asked him for a kidney. Now my windows are not installed welland slide down when opened and Im wondering if it was because I upset him.

Poorly managed business that is not customer service friendly. Dont patronize.

Economy glass went above and beyond for me. The women in the front desk were very polite and helpful and the installers were very detailed when it came to getting the job done properly.

Horrible experience. Missed appointments, bad measurements, scheduling nightmare, and always an excuse. Someone else cut it wrong, factory didnt ship...on and on. Lesson learned. Go anywhere else.
