Took my knives in for free sharpening and forgot my block. Called them and they will hold it until knives are done, so I dont have to drive back just to pick it up. Nice of them. I always miss my knives when they are in for sharpening and really appreciate them when I get them back. Looked at the pruning shears as next purchase. They feel comfortable in my hand, light weight and they will sharpen them when necessary. Cutco is so great!

Brought in my much used and loved Cutco knives for sharpening after 20 years of service. Man at service center wanted to send to factory for sharpening, felt lost for the 2 weeks without them, then. Low and behold they (Cutco olean,NY) replaced all 8 in the set and my hunting knife. My mouth dropped when I opened the box and packages. Replaced for NEW, what company in the age of disposable does that?! Thank you, Im impressed and very appreciative. CUTCO WORTH THE MONEY, NEVER HESITATE...for life, Really.

The best and easiest way to get Cutco knives sharpen and add another Cutco knife or tool, or a great gift. Loved the spices and other products too. Going to visit again soon.

I am going on probably 20 years with my cutco knives and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve only sent them back for the FREE AND INCREDIBLY FAST sharpening a couple of times. They come back like they are brand new. I own 10 of them plus the pizza cutter and can’t wait to get more. Love their cutting boards too. Best knives ever!!!

Absolutely loved the knife skills class! The instructor gave so many helpful tips to properly cut food that will make prepping dinner a lot easier! I bought my first knife and I cant wait to add more CUTCO utensils to my kitchen!

The best knife Ive ever had, and I have many very expensive knives! I use it every day! Ive had it for 25 years and never had to have it sharpened! It has the serrated edge, so it also cuts bread beautifully!

Recently went to the Cutco Store in St. Louis in which they partnered with BJC for a Heart Healthy fund raiser. They had a chef there from Michaels in St. Louis. The Chef shared food tasting and recipes that were Heart Healthy; along with a cook book.I really had a great experience buying more Cutco products for my home, not to mention Christmas gifts for friends and family. This group of people are great helping you with any buying needs you need in your budget.
