Madeline was super friendly, patient, compassionate, and thorough. If she wasnt 100% sure about something she asked the manager, Andrew, which I super appreciated instead of getting incorrect information. They wanted to know about my lifestyle, so they could provide me with the most appropriate options, which I also super appreciated because all the options can get somewhat overwhelming when going at it solo (i.e., online which is what I had been doing before throwing my hands up and just going in). I walked into the store not being sure if I would stay an AT&T customer for much longer, and the exceptional service I received has completely changed my mind. Im thrilled to be an AT&T customer and will be telling my friends and family to visit that location for all their needs in the future! 10/10 stars!!!

I’ve always come to this store when upgrading my phone but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. They didn’t have the phone I wanted but the store manager Andrew and Savannah went above and beyond to make my experience great. I’ll be back to see them once I receive my new iPhone 13. This AT&T store is top notch! This store is an hour from house and there stores much closer but it is where I will be purchasing my phones from now on! They arent just interested in pushing a bunch of products on you but in making sure you get what you actually want and understand exactly how the contract and phone trade in plan works.

An elderly gentleman with a cane fell to the floor after entering the store and every store associate just stood there and stared. Another customer asked if he was ok, but I was the only one to approach him or help him get back up. Im probably 10-20 years older than these reps, and one couldnt even be bothered to get out of his chair. The store was NOT busy, as there were at least 3 reps and this gentleman was the 3rd customer (counting myself). I think the store manager finally approached him, but that was probably a minute after he fell and after I had already helped him up. What a disgrace.(Oh, and tack on the fact that they wouldnt help me with my problem, because they made assumptions about my phone that werent true and didnt listen to me. After waiting on the phone with technical support, my phone was properly reset and I was offered a free phone - which the reps had apparently previously declined on my behalf without asking me.)

Terrible customer service. We worked with Savannah (at least that is the name on the receipt) to put in the order for my boyfriends new iPhone 13. She was not the nicest and very unhelpful, very much acted like she just wanted our money. She didn’t even ask my boyfriend what color he wanted for his $1000 new phone. We called the store to change the color (about 2 mins after we left) and unfortunately she answered and told us that we could go online and cancel and reorder or call customer service and do the same. After hours of trying to find where to cancel it online and the customer service number. Once we discovered we couldn’t do it online we called customer service where we were told we would have to wait to receive the phone and then send it back and exchange it. Now we called the store where apparently they can fix it. All of this because Savannah did not pay attention or take the time to help us correctly. Savannah, I’m sorry we took up 5 mins of your time, we hope you enjoy the money you made off of us be and we will not be returning.

Andrew Guddermuth was amazing. Helped my entire family swap plans and saved us a lot money. I was able to upgrade to the iPhone 12 with a trade in. Got way more than my phone was worth. Also, the WiFi is so fast. Highly suggest Andrew at AT&T if you want to do a phone change!

The customer service at the location on Olive Blvd. in Creve Coeur was awful. First, they told me it was easier to go online and buy the phone. If I had wanted an online experience I wouldn’t be there. They rushed through my phone set-up and sent me home for it to download. I had to return within the hour because it synced another family members information instead of mine. The woman who helped me was rude and did not want to wait on me. Tablet #66. I will not he back-which seems to be what the lazy people working there wanted anyway.

Byron was teaching a new sales associate, Cameron, some of the things she needs to do when interacting with clients. He was very patient and thorough and made sure she was able to complete the sale. In the midst of all of that, they made sure that I got what I needed and they went through my service plan to make sure everything had the maximum value for my dollar. Cameron was a great salesperson and Byron was a great trainer. The level of customer service was excellent!!

Went in on Saturday to get information about our phone plan and possibly upgrading. I was told that if I upgrade I would be eligible for a $700 credit towards a new phone. I was very upfront and showed my current phone as it has a small crack in the screen but still functions fine. I was informed even with the crack I would qualify for $700 towards the new phone and we also had to change to the unlimited phone plan. Before making any changes I had to get a watch we werent using data on removed, wait 24 hours and come back. Went back to the store yesterday to purchase new phone and was told I had 30 days to return the old one for trade in. Went back today, for the 3rd trip in, to turn in the trade in phone and was told I could only get $350 for my phone unless I took it and had the screen fixed, out of my pocket, and then brought it back. The ONLY reason I upgraded, changed phone plans, and did any of that is because I was told I would get $700! Now I either turn in the old one for ONLY the $350, PAY out of MY pocket to get it fixed, then return it, or return the new one I have already set up to use with my work and school accounts and lose the money I already paid to get it. To some this may be no big deal, but this is such an inconvenience and makes it seem like they will spew any information to make the sale. Ive been with AT&T for 16+ years for personal and business and continue to have issues...I dont normally do bad reviews like this...but this situation just doesnt seem right to me.

I say Byron got a 10 out of 5 !!! He was such an amazing and personable guy. Genuine by heart! I even spilt a cup of water on myself lol that he offered me. Just a really down to earth family man. If we grew up together we would be close friends! Please send this to the head of Saint Louis AT&T locations. My grandpa worker for South Wester Bell and AT&T for 35+ years through the buy out. My grandpa loves AT&T and they have done well by my family. Its guys like Byron that should be running the show. Also the whole team was fantastic and very respectable young black men. Who are family oriented and upright!

Buyer beware - came to get advice on a phone issue. Got a recommendation about the possibility to upgrade to a newer phone with minimal costs for my parents who are seniors. Asked the salesperson multiple times to ensure that the monthly price would not increase dramatically. Was reassured multiple times that the monthly would remain as is. Guess what - monthly fee doubled. Spent over 2 hours with customer service today who fortunately did the right thing. Do not trust what is said here - a true bait and switch operation.

Ive been a long-time AT&T customer (over 10 years) and coming to this location provided one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Like most folks these days, I was looking to save a little money on my budget. I went in with a goal in mind, to save $X on my bill. I met with Byron, told him my plan and some of my suggestions.Honestly, I was expecting the same old sorry, theres nothing we can do. Youre stuck with what you got reply.Instead, Byron walked me through my bill, line by line, suggested removing a couple of things. I told him I was interested in bundling my phone bill with my internet (I was with Spectrum at the time). Byron not only let me bundle, he got me the fastest internet possible (fiber!), and tossed in a few extras (waived the installation fee and offered HBO for a year). I got more than I asked for, and I promptly cancelled my service with Spectrum just last week.This store is great!!

I had to wait 20+ minutes for a curbside pick up order for a phone case, even though I went several hours after the email was sent to me stating my order was ready. I had already paid for the item online as well. The online ordering process was pointless because when I was finally helped by an employee, he ended up having to cancel the order and I had to go through the entire checkout process all over again. It would have been faster for me to walk in and ask for the case than it was to pre-order online.

Savannah and Mike were absolutely perfect. I have had an issue that I have tried resolving for several months via phone support...to no avail. I knew Mike from previous purchases. Mike was busy at first so Savannah helped me immediately and Mike soon followed. They got on the phone with support right away and after about 30 minutes they resolved my issue to 100% satisfaction.

I recently had a great experience at this location! I had an issue and spent numerous time on the phone with customer service. I had to repeat myself over and over to multiple agents and nobody seemed willing to do any research or help get the issue resolved. When I went into this location after trying others Kane was extremely empathetic to the situation and was determined to get the issue resolved. He directed me to Brian who spent in considerable amount of time researching and was able to help me when nobody else seemed willing are able.Great Job!!

If I could give this store a -1000, I would. I have been lied to over and over again. I asked if there would be extra charges for the phone. I was told no but that was a lie. There are a whole host of surcharges and fees. I was told by the manager that he would waive the installation fee. All I had to do was bring my bill to him at the store. I have done that twice and still no credit. So he has lied 3 months in a row. I even got a late fee charged to my account because the credit he entered did not show up. I was told that the prices would NOT GO UP. My account is not even 3 months old and already the phone price has gone up. It is never ending. The last time I was up there, he (the manager) couldnt even look at me. Kept pecking on his computer and instructed one of the sales guys to put in the credit for me. I never thought Id say this ... but I cant wait to go back to Spectrum. They have a lot of faults but have never lied to me like AT&T has. I dont know if other AT&T stores are so unethical. I dont know if AT&T approves or encourages this behavior. All I do know is that this particular AT&T store is not to be trusted. Last, but certainly not least, I have not seen hide nor hair of the $100 gift card he mentioned. Why does that not surprise me? The store at 11600 Olive Blvd, Creve Coeur, MO.

Horrible company period..The customer service employees over the phone told me to take the phone that i ordered but didnt want, to any AT&T store to return so that i can get my money back but when i got there the employee told me that i couldnt return them because there werent any return labes in the boxes.I stayed on the phone with customer service again in the store for 2 hours just to get some return labels, still didnt get them they only sent me one to my email.The employee couldve just helped me by taking the phones.HORRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES

I guess I dont know what to expect from an AT&T store these days. Usually a long wait at this one, so its best to set an appointment. Not the best customer service here. They tend to make you feel like youre an inconvenience to them. I have 12 phone lines with them personally/business and just have to deal with it, I guess. A trip to the DMV is more enjoyable.

Zoraimi was amazing. She is the manager and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly assessed our needs and we were finished. She also sold us on upgrading which is worth it.On another note, there was an irate customer who was cursing and very offensive to everyone in the store. She was calm and professional. Im NOT a fan of AT&T. Long story short, if you need something fixed or done right - ask for Z. After a 2 month runaround from online and phone support, Z was able to clean up a giant AT&T mess in a couple of visits. If all AT&T staff treated customers the way Z does, theyd own the market.

After showing up to start my own plan, the associate we got didnt talk to my wife and I. He barely looked at us the entire time. He didnt even ask us what plan we wanted. When we left, I had to call support to correct all of the mistakes on the account. We also tried to sign up for a discount my wife gets through her work, and the information we got from the store either was incorrect, or the site has actually been broken for two months. Weve gotten so tired of the service already, and we just signed up in September. I would recommend a different location, even if its a drive...

Never have had a bad time in this store regardless of the situation I have been dealing with. The sales people are very low pressure and seem to want whats best for you. Theres a longue area for waiting but we never wait as long as the estimate is. Dan is really great he helped us get one of our old phones switched to another number and was very nice. Christian is also great he helped us decide on the phone my girlfriend wanted by helping us consider the options at hand and also helped us get a deal that AT&T was offering. Have been in numerous times and always in and out in a hurry.

Should have made an appointment. The wait time of 45 min the greeter gave me was accurate. Added a line to an account and ported number from previous service provider, took about 30 minutes. Staff were commenting on a customer who just left, how bad they smelled. My floor rep was friendly and knowledgeable, but literally told me it was $10/m to add a line, then 5 minutes later said $20.

I will never visit this store again.. I have bought an online prepaid att account and as the sim network is ported to at&t and the mailing for the same is taking time, I requested the store if they can help. Nathan, a employee was courteous to say that once u receive an email about its activation, please stop by and we will provide u one and I went to them today, one store person tried to help and reached out to his supervisor of the store, who abruptly said him cannot help and the guy even felt sorry and said me cannot help. I left the store and once I stepped out , I saw the employee was hearing words from the supervisor for even trying to assist me as I see and felt really bad for that. Really that supervisor should understand not only sales but also some service.

First, I need to tell you that we are brand new customers, literally our account is DAYS old, and we are already thinking about going back to Verizon. The employees we encountered at this particular store were absolutely rude.To the manager, Michael, you sir, were less than helpful. You walked around with your iPad looking very official, but couldnt be bothered to help a customer. You stood around with your iPad while customers waited 35 minutes to be seen. When you *did* come over to set up our name in the queue to be seen, you asked for the name of the account holder, and due to the fact my mother is having vocal issues, I spoke and told you how to spell her name, and you immediately came back with yeah I know how to spell. Right. Got it. Cool.Now lets go to the man who helped us, who never gave us his name or introduced himself. You sir, were even less helpful. Between your eye rolling, scoffing, and blatant disregard for customer emotion, were lucky I didnt shout at you in public. What great customer service skills you have, being blatantly rude. I should alert every salesman to be rude so they can get more sales.To the BOTH of you garbage employees, who had the nerve to bad mouth our field rep (who came to our house the day before and set up our account and helped fix an internet cable issue and was amazingly professional and kind) for meeting us at the closest store, which unfortunately, was this poor excuse for a store. How dare you? What does that say about your level of professionalism or *lack thereof * that you would bad mouth another employee (though not a store employee) to your CUSTOMER.Sirs, get it together. You would think being a long-time customer of AT&T they wouldnt stick it up your butt to get cell service, for two phones, plus you have your dish with them along with a landline needed for medical use, and your internet, but they want to stick it up your ass even though youve been with 50 years I highly recommend another cell service. We have been lied to for the last several weeks about with the position were in that being a loyal customer our bill would be x amount of dollars and we could get new phones while they like to tell lies on the phone but then to your face of course its the truth. Let me just say without getting into too much detail we were willing to buy two brand new phones pay cash so say around 15 hundred for two phones and our bill was going to be $75 more than we currently pay now please explain that to me. Can you say we dont really care about our loyal customers because we have new ones coming in every second because everybody needs a cell phone, and everybody needs a satellite dish to watch TV. So personally I guess Im done with my soapbox if you dont need to use AT&T for any Services I suggest you look around and see what else you can do.

At&t has really just been completely awful to my roommate and I. A few months ago we moved and wanted to have our service at our new place. Right out of the gate it took them roughly two weeks from our scheduled move date, until they could have a tech at our new place to hook us back up. So finally I waste about 250$ and stay home all day for a technician that never came. At that point my roommate and I called up the at&t support hotline which was outsourced to some foreign country. Over the phone we were promised that we wouldnt get another bill through the end of the year. Three full months free. Except they really just meant that come January wed receive a bill for the last 3 months. Im sick of this terrible customer support, and Ive been an at&t customer for years with my cell phone. I wont miss them at all when i move to my new provider. Goodbye.

I have been on the fence about opening my own AT&T account for quite some time and, lo and behold, they screwed me from day one. The salesman that worked with me was a snake and the manager that I dealt with after the fact was incompetent.I set up a new plan for two phones, buy-one get-one free, and two free tablets. I verified three times with my snake of a salesman that these tablets were actually free and there were no costs associated with them to which he verified were free and I would only incur the ~$150/mo charge that I was expecting. I checked that night and that was a complete lie... it is, in fact, $10/mo per tablet for 24-months AND a $45 activation fee for each AND service/tax fees. I guess this is why he intentionally neglected to present me a breakdown of my account and what my bill should be as he was supposed to according to another employee.Of course, I went back in to the manager (Allen?) with this discovery whom explained what the deal ACTUALLY was and gave me a breakdown of the bill. He went on to offer to refund the devices and not charge a stocking fee as if he was cutting some great deal for my inconvenience of sales trickery. He did offer to credit my account for he full amount when my paper bill came in as he apparently could not do so without it. However, when I requested this in writing he froze up and absolutely refused to give me any kind of proof that he would honor such a thing. I pleaded with him for 10+ minutes just to write it down and he would do no such thing but assured me that his promise was a better guarantee of his integrity. He then assured me that everyone would be aware of the credit I was to get when I returned.Guess who wasnt there when I returned with my paper bill the next week... Yep, the manager that promised me up and down that this would be taken care of. I had to spend yet another hour at AT&T stating my case and the BS promises that this manager had made and, surprise, nobody was aware of it. In fact, the new salesman (who refused to get a manager for me, btw) acted as if there was no way someone promised me these credits. Unfortunately, I had to raise my voice to get what I was promised which is extremely disappointing but seemed to be a necessity at this point considering I had made 4 trips and spent over 6 hours trying to correct my bill from my snake of a salesmans unprofessional and immoral sale.I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a service provider before.

Doesnt even answer the phone, uses storms (That unfortunate individuals have to deal with) in order to justify their lack of answering the phone like a true business is obligated to (I might be wrong in their reasoning), be that as it may, theres no excuse for rude people who are meant to assist AT&Ts customers.I was transferred multiple times, each time I was sent to a phone that instantly tells me to hang up and dial again.Theres no excuse, Id rather be told upfront that they dont want to talk to me (a long time customer) than have to waste my time jumping through hoops of fire as if I was in a circus.

Went in to pay my bill at kiosk snd learned it wasnt working. The person who greeted me at the door pretended they tried to tell me but I walked away. Totally did not try to tell me. Tried to process my payment on Ipad but wasnt working another employee came over to help and said try the computer. But that was being slow so he tried another way to process my payment by taking a picture of my check but it wasnt able to do it that way either. I have and will again expressed how it is inconvenient to find the specific stores that accept payments and not all stores. I go out of MY way to do this.
