I am the kind of shopper who also needs a few minutes alone to process the information on my own before making decisions and he knew how to be patient and allow me the time to think without me feeling pressured to buy something.There were times he had multiple customers at once and he was equally attentive, informative, and kind to all of us.The process to review and confirm the purchase I made with him was great as well. He explained and confirmed details and made recommendations on the setup of my mattress once it arrives.Another plus is the speedy turnaround for delivery; just a matter of a few day was available. I would recommend this store and Daniel for his great customer care.

Experiencing neck issues since I’ve purchased my new mattress. Called and made an appointment to come in and lay again down on all the mattresses and reconsider again. Still like my mattress best and was led to try a new pillow instead. Hoping this helps. Was assured that if it doesn’t help that we can still return the mattress. Happy that my comfort is their. Umber one priority.

I had gone into the Creve Coeur location several weeks ago to look for a new mattress as my old Mattress I bought at the Bridgeton location (Which is now closed) was sagging badly. I thought it was out of warranty but Daniel pointed out it was only 6 years old. He told me how to file a warranty claim which was approved for full replacement cost. I went back yesterday and selected a Pressuresmart mattress to be delivered tomorrow. Daniel is friendly and knowledgeable and I can’t recommend him more highly!

We were very happy with our experience. We were just starting to price around not intending to buy tonight. We were very pleased that the sales lady was not trying to upsell us at all, actually advising us to go with the cheaper mattresses for our boys bunk bed. This saved us about $80/ mattress!

Just bought a mattress here with the help of Brian, who was fantastic. My husband and I came in with our daughter looking to replace an awful foam mattress that we bought off Amazon. We described what we didnt like about that and Brian helped point us to mattresses that would resolve those issues without being pushy at all -- in particular, we were comparing two very similar mattresses $500 apart and Brian said, if you cant immediately tell the difference, you should go with the less expensive one. I really appreciated that honesty and the lack of trying to up-sell us. I had dreaded mattress shopping but it ended up being super easy, and Im very excited about our new mattress.

Normally, I cant stand salesmen, but we worked with Kenny and he was really great. My boyfriend and I went in to look at mattresses. Rather than not giving us a straight answer for price, he said he would do the best he could to get us the perfect mattress for our price range. He worked really hard to get us a great deal. He was straight to the point and did not talk in circles. He told us he was still in training so he was a little slower, but it did not bother me. Would definitely return to him again for another mattress.

We walked in to the store barely an hour before close, and we werent sure what we wanted. Rather than dismiss us or rush us along, both Dino and Faris gave us helpful information without applying any pressure. I brought my mom in to buy a mattress and the process couldnt have been smoother. Brian helped us out right away without any of the high pressure sales that I hate. He directed my Mom to a mattress that was perfect for her and on sale. I think we would have spent twice as much somewhere else for the same mattress. It is tiny store as you compare to other store. The business is run poorly with one staff trying to run the show. They have good stuffs but very overpriced. You have to wait in line for a while just to talk to thier staff. They literally force to sell their expensive mattress even though you knew what you need. I just want them to have enough staffs and check the market price for mattress. I am sure there are few coustumer do not mind paying more thier mattress but most of us want to have reasonable price for mattress.I will only come back if all the other mattress stores closed in St. Louis.Sorry truth is bitter!! I am very disappointed by service I got it last time.

My antennas went up at that point.... thinking thats more like it and reasonable... and besides it was the type of mattress I was looking for... He also gave me the option of the another set next to it... I told him I would have the cash first thing in the AM...Me needing one set and one pillow top... I came back with cash for both sets.... It was a deal I couldnt beat the customer services was great... Brian expedited my sale due to other obligations, making it very easy, convenient, delightful for my purchase... This was my first time at a Mattress Firm Store, and becauae of the quality of mattresses I purchase probably will not have to come back soon... but from my experience today I will spread the word specifically for this location.....
