Good Covid guidelines. Employee did not approach to help soon enough considering there were only 2 customers in the store. I do love this store, the products and location though.

Well I had not been there in quite some time, and it was a bit confusing. I wasnt completely sure about what I should put my items in while I was shopping And almost all of their scents were different. Finally, an employee offered to assist me and I was able to get what I needed.

They had plenty of the newest products. I was looking for the strawberry pound cake and gingham. Very attentive staff here.

Not very friendly or helpful.... I was asking questions because I went in for a specific fragrance. I was told they never heard of it. I asked if they had any scents that was fresh smelling. I was told to go look. I will not go to this location again!

An awesome place to go shop..

Bath and Body Works is by far one of my favorite shops. Their products smell wonderful and they are always coming up with more great smelling merchandise. They have a mens line also. Everything from beauty items to good smelling candles and hand soaps they have it and ALWAYS run amazing sales on them. I definitely recommend visited them. If not for yourself then for a lovely gift for someone else.

Ive been to NUMEROUS Bath and Body Works stores post Coronavirus reopening and this one is the ONLY one who tells you you cant lower your mask to smell the items. Smell through your mask. Um... ridiculous and impossible. Employees were actually walking through the store and scolding people who tried it. Not to mention the cashiers were soooooooo slow. The line just didnt move.

For the first time in longer than I can remember I had a problem with a product that I bought 2 months ago. They exchanged it no problem & were pleased to do it. Very pleased!

My favorite Bath and Body Works location! The best employees and Ive always left very happy. I love the fact they also let me use more than one coupon at a a time. Makes me want to grab a few more items. A great place to stop and grab a gift for someone. With four goddaughters and a family full of ladies, its my go to store.

Great social distancing practices and they disinfect the counter and key pad between customers.

So yesterday I looked on the website for this store (made sure I had the right location) and it said they were open till 10pm, so I get there and they were closed. I go on today and it now says they close at 5pm, Sue didn’t even know who is in control of the google page. Nicole told me to have my fiancé and I go on the red arrow on the other side of checkout and didn’t tell anyone else to do the same even though others were not following the rules. They tell you to keep your mask on but you can’t smell anything through these masks either. Will not be going to this location again.

Got kicked out of the store that was COMPLETELY empty at 930 because they were only open to at risk and elderly before 10am. The door was open so I didn’t see a sign. And there were 5 workers standing there watching this girl turn me away. I could have pulled my pulmonary issues card, but if you don’t want my money now, you don’t want it after 10am. BYE!

Very good experience when I visited. This stand alone store is not located in the mall. So if you ever want a quicker transaction visit this place without the mall experience and crowds during the holidays.

The people were friendly and helpful while I was purchasing items , and then my 84 year old mother asked to use their restroom and they said no,and told her their was one at Dierbergs clear at the other end of the parking lot. If you have a older parent then you know that was to far to get to quickly. I love Bath and Body but I will no longer give them my business and will let everyone know how they treat senior citizens.

Huge difference comparing before and after closing ! Now has low inventory , no opened samples for the new advertised room fragrance or wall plugged refills ( the kind that only tested by smelling not licking!). Very inconvenient hrs (10:00-5:00)- as after 3 month being closed store doesn’t care to get business rolling back?!

The young lady that helped me was awesome! She took her time and spoke with me on the newest scents and helped me to pick out just what I was looking for. Nice clean store as well.
