At Crestwood store recently met with associate John Meier. Item I neededwas presently unavailable. He took my name and number. Called in two days said he had it. Met again and got what I needed. He was courteousfriendly and helpful. Not the first time someone there has extended themself.

Get place to shop! Has everything for your housing needs and food, pet food and supplies. Washers, dryers, fridge, paint, gardening etc

Refused to price match competitor with current ad. Same product, same manufacturer. Store manager Matt verbally assaulted me and my wife. Told her “If you can’t afford our prices get a better job” she was in shock as was I. Then he told us to go to Lowes they like “you kind of people” As a couple of color we will never do business there again and hope to run into Matt Morynski on the outside one day.

The wait time and triple booking of clients equates to extensive (e.g., 2.5+ hours, or more). They do great hair, HOWEVER, their inability to properly schedule appointments has forced me to find another shop. PLEASE LEARN HOW TO EFFECTIVELY RUN A BUSINESS so that you dont continue to lose clients. It would be in your best interest to be HONEST with clients AND BOOK APPOINTMENTS ACCORDINGLY. ZERO stars for professionalism and appointment scheduling. (HIRE AN ANSWERING SERVICE TO BOOK AND CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS!!!)

Staff was very helpful in answering questions regarding delivery of items needed for my remodeling project.

On a dog food run. I love the value of the dog food at Menard. This was my first time at this location. I had an appointment near this store. Friendly and polite staff.

It wasnt to crowded. Went in to get a few items, came out with more than I went for.

Menards is always my first choice but it let me down today. We needed a new toilet and both stores we went to had so few choices..brands that Id never heard of. Asked if they were doing a reset to the young lady at the service desk..she had no idea what a reset was. She called someone and was told they werent getting shipments in. So ok...even though Im not a fan of Home Depot we go to a HD in Alsip, IL...lo and behold they had toilets. Bought a Koehler toilet and the gentleman I spoke to was knowledgeable about the brands. We paid for it and even had a young man help us get it into the car. May have to rethink Home Depot.

Crestwood Menards is monster huge and convenient. I looked at what I needed online so they had them in stock, made the trip over there picked out what I needed got home all within a half hour.

They didnt carry a specific screw I was looking for but the employee who helped me was absolutely outstanding. He did not give up looking until we found a suitable substitute.

I usually shop the Tinley Park Menards, but because their stock was short I made a trip to the Crestwood store. I was so impressed with the layout of departments, neatness, availability of product, brightly lit aisles, etc. It was worth the extra time to get there. I had a great experience.

They had NO Christmas lights! Just a bunch of junk.. really no lights and it just badly the first week of December. Rode right pass Home Depot... Wont make that mistake again!!HOME DEPOT HERE I COME

Is the worst store in the planet, the employees are always in groups of 3 or 4 persons talking and if you the bad miners to interrupt them they will sand you white same Brady else, because of course they are there only for two reasons. To have fun and collect the check, they don’t care about the costumer and the manager is never around to do anything about that.So if you like to have a bad experience go there you will not be disappoint.

Its one huge store and I swear the people who work there are sending us off in the wrong direction half of the time. But, there were checkout people at the registers and they had everything we needed for the most part.

Does not sanitize certain things after being used. I rented a truck from them and it was very dirty and dusty

Im sure I didnt save big money but I sure did spend big money. Adding to the reasons I hate the place nothing is grouped together. Example I found one of the products Im a small end cap near the entrance , figuring this is a common enough product they would have some over by the rest of the product and maybe versions more desirable. Getting over to the area or the product family I expected there to be more, they had just about every variation except that variant on endcap shelf so I ended up having to walk back to get variation. Wonder why they dont keep everything together. At another location set may have to chains and chain accessories like clevis has a hooks totally different parts of the store. Its like everything is just randomly arranged around the store she was going to walk the whole store and maybe youll find what youre looking for inside.

They staff I dealt with was great very friendly and healthy

The associates there are generally helpful and viral concerns considered, I was very disappointed. Many of the advertised items were gone and were long gone. During so-called Black Friday sales, a map should be at the door, as well as an associate to ask directly, socially distant of course, to save exposure time.

Awesome, had my eyes on a christmas decoration that was sold out. But the clerk sold me the display with no problems!!!!

The worst experience ever I went to get two composite slots none of them had a price although I had a picture withe price on it, EVELYN, asked me to go out to bring the right price. Seriously instead of her send someone to check the price o herself . All what she said was I cant go outside they had me waiting for over 15 minutes while I was looking the menards website finding for the price because Evelyn and the cashier were just looking each other without did anything.Finally I found the price I gave it to them and they were able to charged me.Unbelievable I dont know the position Evelyn had in the store but none of them referring to the cashier as well dont have the Customer Sence. Didnt deserve to work for such a well named company.Fired them. I did all their Job.

This location has employees looking at me like I did something wrong. These employees dont make me feel very welcomed here.

As always and everywhere, this Menards store is clean, well organized and generally well stocked. We easily found what we came for, and then some, and quickly checked out.

I still had a few important items left on my short list, so I decided to drive over to Menards.Upon entering I was not diappointed at all! I got all that was on my list...And discovered amazing clearance items.

The store is very fine - normal quality. Very nice and helpful employees. On this date - June 30 2020 - the parking lot is being repaved at WalMart next door and it makes it TERRIBLE getting in and out of Menards.

Well stocked Menards. They had driveway sealant even though its near the end of the season. Lots of pool chemicals also.

Great store for home improvements, and surprisingly we seem to be buying more and more groceries and clothing.

I know this store quite well. Cant seem to find my way around other competitors. Smart layout, decent selection, good prices on many items.

Clean and organize and plenty of associates to assist you.

I called in for questions about extra charges in my account and the agent was wonderful. He explained where the extra charges were coming from and other options I could take in order to avoid being charged. Alberto was very polite and explained at the best of his ability, very good experience with customer service.

Normally I love this Menards!! My gripes are the construction thats taking place currently, and the rearranging of some of the departments. Some of the girls that work as cashiers and some that are near the exit, def need an attitude adjustment. They have poor attitudes!
