I been here before probably like years ago. However the experience wasn’t great as it was today. I went in with my boyfriend to get two mattresses. Timothy - I believe that’s his name. He was super friendly, outgoing, relaxed & professional at the same time. He helped us look what we needed within our price range & was super honest with all of the products. He listened to our needs & what we were looking for. He helped us find the right mattress & a pillow ! Including a mattress protector. I’m honestly happy with the service he provided. Me& boyfriend would love to thank him. He made our experience really easy & enjoyable. Five stars for him mainly! 😇

This is my first time. Came here with my girlfriend to purchase a new set of mattress. We were looking into a twin & a full size. Let me just say. Timothy you were great! Helped us find what we needed without being pushy & trying to sell us products that we werent interested in it. He was very honest with the products he had. As well sold me on this $200 pillow. Its the best I ever had.... huge difference with every other pillow I have ever owned in my life .

Actually I didn’t come there to buy a mattress, I came to see how much money I was going to save when I went to the big box store to purchase one but my sales person Timothy gave me a tutorial and I learned plenty never a big box again so I purchased a mattress and a adjustable frame. Plus you can take a nap in there

The buying of the mattress was painless and easy. Everything after was horrible. If everything fit and worked I’m sure this would be a 5 star review. Though if you’re not 100% sure you will like everything/it fits... please just go somewhere else. When shopping around they are not cheaper in mattresses or delivery than anyone else. In 2 days the deals/promises/stories on their end has changed about 4-5 times. The manger you can’t speak to, you can’t talk to anyone in corporate... all you have is the poor sales associate that is stuck in the middle and emailing their managers back and fourth. Just overall bad customer service and bad experience. We had much better luck with another company who took our issues/concerns seriously and did everything they could to get us what we needed. Guess what, they were even cheaper than mattress firm. They actually cared I had seizures and needed a bed to sleep in.

Good day world on 7/29/21 I just left Orland Park Mall at Macy’s matters department looking for that 70% off mattresses note I was sitting in that department for over 30mins before someone showed up without matters knowledge I say that to say I gave the young lady my information to give it to the correct person whenever that person show’s up so like most ppl if I don’t accomplish my mission for that day it won’t get done so I ended up in Crestwood Illinois and came across Matters Firm and did I mention Mr. Graylin Smith let me tell you why you should experience great customer service when shopping for your matters let me tell you from the time I walked into the door this fella was very knowledgeable on all the products this fella made it so easy for me not to pay attention to the price and focus on the great quality of the product note too me quality is very important as well as great sleep again that’s why I was there 😂. Bought a mattress here. The black lady who I presume is the Manager was really very cold with an attitude and botherline rude.. she need to go take a course in customer relations. From the minute I walked in , she made me feel like I was in the wrong place . My matress isnt delivered yet but I am 100% not coming back here .

The sales person was friendly and practiced the safety distance and mask usage policy. She was knowledgeable about the mattresses and I did not feel pressured about a purchase. The only back fall was that it had to be paid in full. And even tho she kept mentioning free delivery, I still got charged for delivery. Other than that I probably would go back again

Great service with no pressure. Mike and Jim listened to our needs and made suggestions based on those needs. They noticed my hat and gave us a military discount without me asking for it. My wife asked about delivery and they said 2 days, but changed it to one day when we started to pay. The delivery guys were excellent and very efficient in removing the old mattress and setting up the new one. All in all, I would recommend buying from this store based on the easy purchase and excellent service.

Stopped in today not really knowing what I wanted. Kimberly was fantastic and really helped me figure out which type of mattress was best for me. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I only gave it 4 out of 5 because the mattress hasnt been delivered yet. If that goes well it should be 5/5.

Horrible delivery service! Mattress was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday between 8pm and 10pm. We were immediately skeptical. 7:40pm we get a call the truck broke down and they would have to reschedule. Same story, Sunday , between 8pm and 10pm. 9:40 we still have no bed. I called every number I could find. Of course no one is working at 10pm on Sunday and the 408 number they text you and say to call if you are having problems is not in service. Mike from the store knew we were moving in after a fire..we had nothing. We bought 3 mattresses from him and this is the service we get. Cant wait for the store to open!

The staff is very nice. This is my third bed. My first one was in 2016 back when Sleepys was still around. My second was last year and another this year. One was for me, my sister and then my parents. Were usually go with beauty rest which last long and very comfortable. This time we went with eurotop. We had a last minute change and needed to update the order and James was able to fix things right away with five days notice. Mike and James are both helpful and personable.

Went into buy a bed during the President sale they had a special running for a FREE power frame with any purchase. We pick out the mattress and was delivered the next day wich was a Sunday that was great. When we received our first bill I looked at it I was charged $300 for the frame charged for delivery and the bed came from the warehouse. We called they said the bed was from the warehouse thats why the frame cost me. So no brand new bed played for the frame. Very very unhappy.

This place is the best all the employees have grate manners and give great service I went from having no sleep to sleeping soundlessly ever night when I got a new mattress from here

To top it off, the district manager called to say that since I got an adjustable base special they would revert the cost to full price if I returned the mattress. To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement.
