Ace makes it easy to get almost anything you need for home hardware and projects. Its perfect sized so if you just need to grab something it wont take you forever just to park, spend 10 minutes walking across the store then wait in line for 20 to finally battle traffic back home. Even if they dont have what youre looking for it is still worth the trip. Friendly employees, Perry is always knowledgeable and offers lots of solutions to help you succeed in whatever it is youre trying to accomplish. Thanks again, Perry and thank you for your service.

Such a great hardware store. Also great for feed and supply. These folks are friendly and will help you. You can find most everything you can find in a big box store as far as hardware and supply. And often its easier to find what you need here. They always seem to have something on sale and make sure you get there app for added bonuses.

As opposed to other Big Box stores; the people at Crestview Ace actually care about their customers needs and will walk up to you and ask if you need help with anything. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Outstanding management!!!

My grandfather had to go in real quick and get something, I didnt go in with him.

Went in for keys, and the key guy worked his hardest to make one that worked well. They are good people here.

Clean, stocked, and extremely helpful staff. I came in for a paint matches for a few little cans, I was helped out and actually shown which paint was better for the particular application I was using them for... I was also searching for something extremely specific, something come to find out, they do not carry, however, the staff member took time to find where I could go and get what I needed to finish off my project!! He didnt have to do that, but it shows they he actually cared about my needs, even if it wasnt buying said item from them!!THAT is customer service!!I purchased my few paints and supplies and headed out, glad I stopped in there and not a bigger more impersonal store.

The staff is very polite & helpful without being pushy. They have generally anything I am looking for when it comes to hardware, home repair, gardening & the like. The prices are a little on the high side, but I live on the north end of town & it is worth the little extra NOT to have to fight the traffic or spend the time it would take to go across town to Lowes or Wal-Mart, not to mention the crowd in the stores as well.

This place has gone downhill in the last few years, but its still a good hardware store and thats all that really matters.

Stopped in so the wife could pick up some paint. Wife didnt need help but people working still checked on us, very helpful. Grabbed a couple bottles of the Frosty Top Root Beer and now I am hooked. I have been planning to go and get some more.

These people are so helpful and friendly! I love going in this store, and they usually have exactly the supply that I need. If they dont have it, that are willing to special order it. Also, a helpful hint if you buy wood and need a cut, the first cut is free. If you need to buy chlorine for pressure washing preparation or a pool, they sell refillable yellow containers. Refills are at a discount. They have many sizes of tarps as well to protect items. ACE is the place with helpful people! :)

Delightfully quick and friendly service.

I always walk in happy and leave mad. I shop there a couple times a week. The last few times I have gone in, when checking out I have had to repeat my phone number (loudly for everyone to hear). Today the cashier specifically told me she couldn’t hear me because I was wearing a mask. I told her that the mask is for the the protection of those around me and I notice how everyone at this Ace Hardware wears one for my protection (They don’t. This cashier was standing at the front isle this morning welcoming customers, without a mask on). I shopped there for convenience, but that ends today. If a business isn’t concerned for there customers health, then they do not deserve our business.

I love shopping at Ace usually but today I had to find someone to help me and the sales lady was polite and professional but the last item I requested she very nicely went and got it for me which was a box of staples, I never asked the price nor if there was a choice as my ride was in a hurry by this time. When I got home and realized I had paid $23.99 for staples I couldnt believe it; I by no means look like I have that kind of money and why would a salesperson not give a customer a choice in price: needless to say this was a big disappointment when it comes to customer service with Ace.

It’s a little warm in here during the summertime. As soon as I walked in, I asked a woman where I can get the help & she directed me straight to where I needed to go & radioed in someone to help me when I go there. The staff and manager were all very friendly & helpful while ordering me a new key fob. Definitely way cheaper than an auto dealership. Thanks!

The people here are very helpful and knowledgeable. An amazing hardware section that surpasses Lowes and tractor supply! For quick trips and friendly people this is the place. Great prices on pool chlorine but the other pool supplies is a little steep. They do have Polaris parts and some pool parts which is great!For lumber needs, Id head somewhere else though.

I love this store! As an DIYer and now an amateur remodeler or renovater of a home. These guys have totally helped me out and helped me save a lot of money and time. Perry and Doug are absolutely awesome. Those guys will help you find everything you need and give you a laugh or two or three in the process. Every one even the awesome cashiers make you feel like family. To them there is no such thing as to many questions and there is no dumb questions. Im pretty sure I asked a few but they didnt make me feel dumb...lol. GO THERE!

A set of faucet seats were 5.99. I paid LESS THAN THAT at Lowes for the seats and a pack of the black washers that go on the end of the faucet stem.

A little pricier but, had what I needed.

A wonderful place that has almost anything you would want...we buy all our livestock feed there. I would suggest more plants for the nursery side though.

To be perfectly honest , I was nervous at first . I could see a lot of activity. Around here that usually means trouble . after an uncomfortable silence I moved so that other people could go in. That way I could calculate my chances of survival. I had to cut that short I had to run inside because the police showed up my chances of survival was obviously better inside. The rest of my experience was great.

The staff could be more helpful. It all depends upon who working. They should be wearing masks since they are older and not in the best shape.

Its not that I hate this place its just that their prices are way too high. If you can get the same thing at Fishers cheaper than get it over there or wait and get it in Panama city but I guess if you just have to have something in a emergency your stuck paying the price. I just wish they would price their stuff at a reasonable price. We would like to shop local and leave the money in Wewa but this is not the case and we are still forced to Panama city to save money, just being honest

Great place to shop ! Great hardware store. Has pool supplies and RV gas. Has animal feed, wood, fencing and plumbing supplies. Also has seasonal items. Helpful employees. They can help you with your project and ideas.

The floor employees are helpful but the cashiers always act too bothered to do their jobs and they always act like theyre in such a tizzy all the time. Calm down folks. Its just a cashier job.

Been a store in the Crestview area for many years. I like that it is closer to me than the big box, and I can find a bit easier what I need here for loose hardware. I also am going to say it is hard for me to find canning supplies, so when I run a little short in my needs, I check here and a couple other places.
