If I could give negative stars I would. I sent in a shirt to be monogrammed and it came back horrible. The lettering was not centered at all (and it was more than obvious) they drew a chalk like down the pocket of the shirt where the monogram was to be and there was so much space on the left side and it almost ran off the right side. When the order was placed it was specifically requested to be done in a cursive font and it was not (they apologized that it was a mistake) due to even the work order even saying cursive. My father in law that dropped it off stated if there were ANY questions to please call before doing anything. Once calling back to talk with someone that claimed to be the manager to me, but said to my mother in law she was not the manager, she offered to give a refund for the monogram, $5 when the shirt that was ruined was a piece in a $30 set. I’ve worked in customer service for 8+ years and even in embroidery and this just baffles me that a business would rather be “too good” and not do the correct thing for their customers, than to fix something they ruined. I was told I would be recieving a call back from either the owner or the store “manager”, but due to being in a different call zone I tried to give a call back 30 mins before they close and was sent to voicemail because this same “manager” has the store phone line sent to her cell phone. In a small town you should want every customer you can get because they are the ones that keep you in business. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
