Bought Scotts brand toilet paper from the crestview store and it had been re rolled did not look brand new at all. Have never seen toilet paper from anywhere come out of the package like this

Visited this store while at my daughters. Well stocked with sooooo many great finds. We have a new store in our area and this one tops my new store big time. The decor, the staff, the variety was great! We will def be back!

I love this place. Always well stocked and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is still a dollar here. The only negative is the homeless shop lifting and Pan Handling. Good God, its Dollar Tree. If you cant find a dollar, theres something wrong

Im SO tired of this store. The store manager doesnt like customers and constantly leaves one register open with a line to the back of the store. Shes said to me before that customers bother her. Completely rude and unacceptable to make someone stand in line for 30 minutes to buy one thing. Rude!!??

This is a nice dollar tree with a nice selection of items. I would say the best thing to buy is candy in the boxes and the bags for gifts. It is so nice when compared to buying gift bags at Walmart and only getting a plain bag for the same price as a nicer bag at the dollar tree. The dollar tree is also an amazing place to take a child and let them pick out one toy. My son always adores it and he looks forward to being able to choose on his own. It is always a great little reward for him. So why minus one star? The lines can be insane. I debated even taking one star off because of this since maybe the store can’t handle the amount of customers they get, but sometimes it can be such a pain how long the lines are.

Finally getting more items and a staff that seems to care about it. So happy to have stopped today! Keep up the hard work. It is noticeable! Thank you!!

Its a nice super sized Dollar Tree. Found items I couldnt find anywhere else.

Lots of stuff out of place that needed attention. Crowded aisles from displays. Gave it 3 stars because I love finding cheap unique things in there.

Crestview Dollar Tree is amazing and I am grateful we have one! The employees are wondeful. The customers are friendly. Occasionally people will be outside asking for handouts and people toss their trash out in the parking lot, but besides those two things our Dollar Tree is GREAT! Great stuff, all for $1, its true!

It was ok there not to busy in the Am.

Hadnt been in Dollar Tree for quite awhile... I found a large selection of things and it was organized. Remember going into the old Family Dollar on Hwy 90 and stuff was all over the place...kind made me feel like dumpster diving. The staff was very nice and prices were good. My cashier, Sarrathra (how Im spelling your name right), was very nice!

I like shopping at DT. This store has a good variety of items. They have the best deal on a packaged thin/crispy pizza crust. However, this particular store almost always seems dirty and disorganized. There is usually garbage in the parking lot & trip hazards on the floor. The one time I saw this DT spotless clean was when District Managers were inside! Ending on a positive note though, cashier Sabrina is always nice!

Its a nice store, tho usually not well stocked, I think they just need to hire a couple more people for that. But for the most part Im able to get what I need, and the employees are always friendly

They will add extra Cashier for check out if more than 4 customers in line. Store is smaller than some other Dollar Tree Stores so aisles are narrow and always boxes to dodge. Inventory is limited. Staff helpful and courteous.

Worst customer service ever. Cashier has a whole conversation with her friend before us but couldnt be bother to say one word to me and my family.

I was very disappointed, this trip, because there were numerous boxes stacked throughout this store, not only seeing them stacked next to empty shelves but some made it difficult to get to products I was shopping, the floor was dirty n sticky in spots, items that were to be hung or shelved were pilled up on the lowest shelves. I saw a lot of packages had been opened with one or more items missing. Also saw 3 empty containers of beverages tucked between non related products.While shopping, what appeared to me, a homeless man entered store n ask for key to restroom, only having one shoe on, socks dirty n filled with holes, as he passed by me, he had a very unpleasant body odor. As s I was checking out, he passed by looking refreshed, he returned the bathroom key. I inquired as to allowing just any one to enter store to use bathroom, I was informed that the owner has never posted a sign as to who is allowed to use bathroom and who cannot. This has not been the only time Ive shopped this location that new shipment of products has been stacked in isles. I truly believe there are not enough employees at this Dollar Tree.

Just saying ..The reason to really check the place out is if you are a hobbyist and enjoy modeling (I picked up simple art supplies, misc craft items, some craft paper, markers and they sometimes have closeout scale model vehicles and figures.This is easy on your budget for what could be expensive hobby

They are leaving great piles of merchandise in the back room,i have been looking week after week for a staple item we need and it has been there for years. They keep saying it must not have come but how could they know if they dont get all of the products unpacked and on the shelves?!someone from corporate needs to fix this!

Store was in chaos and the bathrooms looked like a drug deal gone wrong.

Its a good little dollar store. Wish it had a bit more space. Sometimes it gets busy but they try to open another register when they get lines.

They have some cool stuff and my sister and I were able to get for our room, but the people that work there are very rude. When I went to a check out, the cashier threw an attitude with me for pressing the wrong button and kept huffing as I was finishing the transaction.

Its a one- stop shop for all sorts of knick- knacks and school supplies or arts and crafts. Their seasonal things are very cute. Great place to buy stocking stuffers or goodie bag fillers. They have teacher/ classroom supplies that are actually useful. They have nice sorting containers for little things. They have many things!

Things are well organized for the most part and the ladies who run the cashier are always very nice and helpful!

Today the cashier had an attitude and asked if we wanted the soap dishes wrapped and her tone was as if it would make her go out of her way to do her job..plus we were the only ones at check out..lately the management staff has attitudes..heaven forbid you ask for help balloons or anything else

The A/C never got taken care of back in June n now we are in middle of a Heatwave 😰They keep saying its in the works. This has been going on for at least a couple of years. They need to replace because bandaids dont work.I feel sorry for those employees.The regional manager Raymond Davis told me someones coming to fix them Wednesday... I guess they dont know we are in a heatwave!!!I told him out of respect for their employees and being a big portion of inventory has got to be damaged and deemed no good. OTC meds, Cleaning Supplies, Make-up, Hair n skin products, laundry soaps, chocolate and soft candies have to be kept in COOL dry places! The heat can alter chemicals that can make them useless and or dangerous. He said he was going to evaluate the situation. Just because Florida is a right to work state, doesnt mean Employers have the right to work employees in Unhealthy and potentially Dangerous environments!!!All you Dollar Tree employees should make reports to OSHA, yall deserve better conditions n YES Hazardous Pay!!!********************************Original post below:Being I cannot find where to leave a post... I was in the store n I was soisetsble by the 4th row, I stopped shopping n headed for check out. Many customers were leaving as it was too hot! I felt so bad for the employees that are being Forced to work in those conditions!!! SHAME on DOLLAR TREE!!Not to mention the chocolate I bought was Gross, it had melted n then harder again n had to throw it OUT!!So until DOLLAR 🌳 Scan show more respect for Customers n Employees, Im going to encourage other customers n family members to join with me in NOT SHOPPING the restview, FL.
