Had an issue not once but twice with a laptop I purchased. Protection plan and manufacturer were unhelpful, but Staples made it right. Their management team is the best. They made customer satisfaction their priority and went beyond their obligation to make it right. I have since purchased two more laptops and will continue to make staples my go to store.

Clean store, nice staff, well stocked i like this store, the staff is attentive and quick to help. Very clean i like that. Lots of sales. Everything you need for office or small business supplies. Good furniture selection i buy my computer chairs here. They also have copy and photo machines here.

Shop staples usually for general office supplies (like ink cartridges for my printer).Watch the weekly advertisements to plan your needs. I use the ads for things like the school supplies and small accessories.Quick checkout, friendly service, and easy access to ups drop off point as well

They didnt have what I was looking for when I went in for a presentation at work but the employees were so helpful they dropped what they were doing and came up with an idea that turned out to be even better then what I was looking for! They made their idea right then and there and I received amazing reviews from this at work. So helpful and so out of their way to make sure I left a happy customer

Good and friendly customer service reps (cashiers are a credit to the store as they are ALWAYS polite and friendly, service with a smile). I shop Staples on a regular bases as the items I use are stocked and the prices are great. The products are of high wuality.

Akeem in the print center has the most pleasant customer service skills I have encountered in any business setting. His knowledge of Staples products, imaging, resolution, etc is amazing. Best business experience I have encountered in my 47 young years. Im a Staples lover for certain.

Melissa in the marketing department goes above and beyond for her customers. I mainly order postcards for my business and if it is not 100% perfect, Melissa stops what shes doing to correct it. I have found better online prices than staples however, the customer service at the Crestview Staples is worth the extra money. The manager Miranda is also very sweet and kind and has helped with any questions Ive had and is always going the extra mile to satisfy the customers. I highly recommend Crestview Staples.

Very nice staff, most of the time though the items I need are not in stock, a bit pricey for some of the smart devices. Great selection of office and school supplies, and cheap when you need them.

Dropped off laptop I purchased at store. Was told it would be ready on Thursday morning. Came to store at noon and was told it would be ready at 5 PM. Didnt return till Friday at 11:30. Computer still wasnt ready. Went to lunch and returned 1 hour later. Computer still wasnt ready. Had to leave again and returned 1 hour later. Still had to walk around the store for another 30 minutes till the computer was finished. Computer technician was very competent but swamped. Think Staples needs to hire more people.

This is NOT towards the Staples of Crestview, my grievances are with whatever Copy & Print department the 1-800 # gets you to. I ordered holiday cards through them December 4TH, and they arent arriving until December 23RD! They didnt tell me how long it was going to take or even offer me different shipping options. They are a bunch of knit wits if they think that it is acceptable to advertise Holiday cards and not get them to you in time to send out for the HOLIDAYS. I paid $11 for shipping and by the time I get them, they will be USELESS. Dont deal with their corporate people, and I will be going through Office Depot/Max in general from now on.

Had business cards done here twice and never had an issue until now. The young ladies that did them the first few times were amazing. Then I go to have more printed and the MANAGER has no knowledge of her job! We ended up having to go online to to them ourselves, paid for them only to get a call today saying that our template was not even. Weve never had to go online to do it, the first couple of times we sent our image and the young ladies adjusted it to fit. So we asked for a refund. Just very unprofessional amd not willing to go above and beyond to help returning customers.

They are very helpful and customer oriented. I just hope they arent one of the 70 stores that Staples corporate have marked for closure. I will miss the staff there.

Staff is always helpful. Barbara and Josiah were extremely friendly and went beyond the norm to assist us in finding that for which we went looking to buy.

Went in for printing service however they opened at 9 none of the printers were on and ready to go to work so I had to wait 10-15 minutes... Second time this takes place I got a feeling they dont bother putting them on until somebody requests printing..

Not one time that I have been to this store have I been helped. Most of the time the people at the registers dont even greet or say good bye. One day my husband and I went in.... looked around and even walked out... walked back in to confirm the tablets we were interested in were there and not once helped. We ended up taking our business elsewhere for a multiple purchase of tablets.Sad that it had to be the store closest to us.

Came here to get some labels printed because i thought it would be faster than doing it at home it wasnt and so far while i am waiting they have ruined 2 pages of my labels.

I came to the Crestview Staples looking for a DVI/DVI cord and a chair mat. Tara, the employee that assisted me did not leave my side till I found what I needed. Also helped me find an alternate piece for the DVI cord I was looking for that saved me $20. Great friendly customer service!

Bought a laptop. Sales guy very helpful and knowledgeable.

This was my first trip to the Crestview store and I was very plesently surprised at the selection available and the competitive prices. The service could be improved but it was all in all a plesent experience.
