I had my kitchen remodeled recently with BT Kitchen. From the start process to the finish , ran smoothly as planned. John was reliable, honest and helpful . Then the professional ones, Joe, Dalton, his son; and Chris who uninstall and install the cabinet and granite, are excellent and experienced people. They are hardworking, , reliable and their work are excellent. They came on time and worked till late afternoon to finish it. They did it as written in their contract. No hidden lies. I am very happy and satisfied with their work on my kitchen. even my friends praise it. I cannot ask any better people than those guys above. They are local and all cabinets are made in Crestview too. All cabinets are made from solid wood and metal brackets, sturdy, stylist , better quality than the ones in few big stores ( I shopped around for sometime before I chose BT Kitchen ).. The price is also reasonable.. The work was on time, no delay.. I definitely recommend BT kitchen to anybody who are thinking about remodel their kitchen or bath. Every part of the experience was great for us. We went into the show room and John was very professional and patient with us while trying to pick out counter tops for the first time in our lives. He did not at any point make us feel any pressure to buy anything or any particular thing. The pricing was very straight forward. The installers came a few weeks later and were very professional, clean, and did an absolutely wonderful job!

Mark and John Cassady and their entire BTK countertop fabrication, installation and quality assurance team were excellent. Prices for materials, sinks, existing counter removal and new granite installation was about $900 lower than the local box stores with 3cm stone in all rooms - not 3cm in kitchen and 2 cm in bathroom. Installers found a small calculation error on the height of backsplashes but instead of installing anyway they recut all of them again (at no cost to me) to ensure job was perfect. Even made me a very nice cutting board (again no cost to me) for the slight inconvenience. Cant recommend Buy This Kitchen high enough. Great job and great folks.

We had purchased and installed granite countertops for our kitchen and master bath. John had made the process so easy and ensured we were completely satisfied throughout the entire process. John made sure we got the best price on granite. We got a higher quality granite at a discounted price, one that competitors couldnt beat! Once the work was complete, we received a follow up phone call to see how it went. We noticed a couple edges that the polish missed, but they came out the next day and fixed it. I would highly recommend them!

Recently had new kitchen countertops installed. Great selections to choose from. Very professional and personable during selection, scheduling and installation. Installers were prompt, efficient, and courteous. Took great care and pride in their work. Entire experience was excellent.

Awesome quality products and installation! They were able to cut a huge corner section in one piece. I installed a farm sink. So the only seams you can try to find are the thin strip in the back of the sink. Even the 9’ backsplash was one piece. Very happy!

Great company. I chose a new line from one of the cabinet companies that have been around for a long time. There was a learning curve, but anything that needed to be reordered was done in a timely fashion and we all learned a lot in the process. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

We highly recommend BT Kitchen for a kitchen remodel. We used them and we are glad we did. John, our designer, was very thorough. Burt, the project manager, was incredible to work with. He went the extra mile to answer all of our concerns. The cabinets are beautiful and the price was very fair for all the service we got. The entire process was extremely easy. We picked our cabinet from their showroom and picked our granite from their granite yard. John completed the kitchen design within a few hours and we signed the contract to get started. All this took less than 2 hours. Thank you all and we will be using you again for our bathrooms.

A truly wonderful company I have had the pleasure of working with. John, the primary designer is truly gifted with a great eye for aesthetics and design. Joel- former owner of Hughes Woodworks- knows cabinets better than the back of his hand. Their service rep, Burt, is the most down to earth and creative installer I know (especially when it comes to solving complex installations). Sam and his fabrication team are wonderful installers and you will be happy to have met them. I definitely did not expect to find professionals of such high caliber so far away from Charlotte!

I can’t say enough about BT kitchen and Bath. We priced cabinets for our kitchen all over the area including Pensacola and the big name cabinet stores. The cabinets and countertops came out to be less at BT Kitchen and Bath. We went with soft close drawers and cabinets and beautiful granite countertops. The quality is amazing and the installation teams (both cabinets and countertops) were insanely good at what they do and so professional and polite. I hope we don’t have a need to do cabinets again but I would not hesitate to go back to them.

The whole experience was great! John helped us pick out the granite. He was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. He checked put pictures of the kitchen cabinets and floors and was able to suggest the best stone slabs to match our taste.The measuring and template appointment also went very well. Joel called us on his way to let us know he would be to our house at his scheduled time. He measured and constructed the templates in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.The installers (I wish I could remeber their names) also called on their way to let us know they would be to the house at the scheduled time. Onsite they were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The team was very detail oriented and was happy to answer all our questions. They were very meticulous and cleaned all areas that they worked in including the driveway! I was very impressed with the entire experience. Ill definitely go back to BT Kitchen and Bath!

I worked for BT Kitchen, it was a great experience for me. My favorite thing about working there, besides John Cassady (which is the main man there), is the fact that they sell American made products. Its so hard to find American made products and these were very well made cabinets with a variety of finishes & styles.I also thought it was great that they have a granite yard, instead of just looking at a small 3x3 sample at a chain store. You can actually walk around and pick out the piece of granite that suits your style.They come out and measure your space, draw a 3D model of it showing the new cabinets and then make sure that youre satisfied before they leave you with your new kitchen or bath.All around its a great local shop that has Made in the USA products, so youre supporting the local economy and our country.

They were super easy to work with and did an excellent job! Great quality work! I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family that are looking to get a remodel done.

We are very satisfied with our new cabinets and granite counter-tops by BT Kitchen. It was very easy to set up a consultation in their showroom, they have a wide selection of stones and materials, and John and Mark were very professional and helpful.

My wife and I bought a Curava counter top made of recycled glass. It is beautiful however, some edges were not properly sanded and are sharp enough to cut skin and there was some chips on the surface. John came over to follow up and we voiced our concerns. He made an appointment for someone to come over and fix the issues. They never showed up. We called him and he said hed look into it and some people say, months later he is still looking into it.... but I wouldnt know hes never called back.

Buy This Kitchen installed granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms of my Crestview home. Their workers were very professional and skilled and the finished product was beautiful! I had a very long span of granite to be installed in my kitchen and the seams were invisible. I am sure that the upgrade to granite really helped sell my Crestview home. I have also referred them to many friends and all have been very happy with the results. Now they are completely re-doing my kitchen in my Ft Walton Beach home and John has been very helpful with ideas. I cant wait for my new kitchen....so more reviews to come!!!!

Went in to inquire about estimate for kitchen cabinets for a new home. We talked about twenty minutes. The layout was very simple and she was going to get back with an estimate. She never got back to me with an estimate.

Team was outstanding from picking countertops thru installation! They went above and beyond just doing countertops !

The guys at BT kitchen and bath are fantastic! From the sales staff all the way to the installers, they are very professional and knowledgeable! They were also very patient and accommodating. I did two full Granite splashes and they matched the veining perfectly in the granite to make it look like it wrapped right up from the countertop up the wall. My project was about $8,500. I had such a fantastic worry-free experience that Im using them again on another project right now! When it comes to Granite countertops and installation, you really do get what you pay for and just because somebodys Dirt Cheap does not mean theyre going to do a great job and have a quality product. BT kitchen and bath charges a fair price its about middle of the road but they do a fantastic job on installation and thats where it counts!

I had Buythiskitchen remodel my condo kitchen in Destin and the experience was wonderful. I worked closely with John on the design to get the most out of the small space that I had to work with. The installation went very smoothly which was very importannt to me because I was remodeling between renters. We did the contract remotely because I am from out of town.
