Best Supermarket in the country, and customer service is outstanding. Friendliest and most helpful staff of any retail business of any kind.

The staff is great. They ask if you found all you was looking for. If the answer is no. They look for you or suggest you go to service desk.

Store always clean, there is nothing in isles to block passage. Each employee I came in contact with was friendly and never hesitated to help; if he/she did not know the location of the produce I was looking for, a dept rep was called to help, coming to me in a very short time. Not only telling me the location of product but led me to it. The pharmacy employees, also good reps of Publix employees.

Employees are super friendly, pharmacy is quick, the carts are very well maintained. The prices are a little more expensive than Walmart in some cases, but the environment is much more pleasant to shop in. Id rather drive a little more to get to Publix for grocery runs than Walmart. Definitely recommend!

Fun place to shop. Organized store with friendly associates. Parking is difficult and not enough handicapped parking spaces. Getting out of the parking lot to the highway is challenging, at best, so make sure life and car insurance is current.

This publix makes me feel so welcome I really struggle to grocery shop anywhere else. Meat. Seafood. Vegetables. ALWAYS FRESH. What more can you really ask for??

Nice grocery store with a great selection of quality products. Produce is outstanding with a good selection of fruits and vegetables. Some grown by local farmers. The bakery makes the best Birthday cakes and several desserts. The deli has several meals to go as well as quality meats and cheeses. Price is a little higher on some products than other grocers but lower on others. Best to catch the sales on the higher items Bathrooms are always clean and scented well. Never a long wait at the register as they always quickly open more registers if needed. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Purchased an amazing and tasty Chantilly Cake from the Publix bakery and some Driscolls raspberries and blackberries. You should definitely purchase your own. So so so good!

This store continually has items missing from the shelves, every time I go here, something is out, i have called to the manager to ask why shelves are empty and i have seen no improvement , Ive called the north store and they have the items. I sure hope store workers can learn inventory and stock items that sell alot.

Went the other morning to get breakfast stuff for my son and other essentials. While there the produce department informed me that they give kids free bananas and oranges (his staple breakfast foods) and even cut them up for my son.Amazing service from everyone in that department and everyone in that store. They absolutely made our morning, thank you.

I absolutely love Publix it is such a wonderful experience Everytime I go. The food always looks so good and fresh! The people is always friendly always trying to help u find everything you need! The prices are a little high but well worth it 🙂. I am mother of a 5 yr old and I am on a tight budget but I always try to get most of my items from here! I just love Publix! I am elderly and use the riding carts to shop. I have yet to go and not have one available, broken down or with no power. They are ALWAYS ready to just unplug and shop! EVERYONE in ALL the Publix I shop, are friendly and polite. I ALWAYS get help to my car with pleasant conversations. Publix almost always has what Im looking for and prices are reasonable. I like to use coupons too, very easy to do. I just LOVE Publix!! I dont ever shop Walmart anymore!! Publix is the BEST!!

I went in to get a Tres Leches cake as a birthday cake for my daughter. They even wrote happy birthday (name) on it. Took about 5 minutes, cost about $8.. and everyone was polite and helpful. So it was a good experience. Now this store is not nearly as nice as the new Publix (on the other side of town, past where the high school is and across from Winn Dixie), and they do overprice most of their products, but the store has its charms and has an excellent selection on diverse products and produce. Love the produce part of the store, and the bakery...their meat, however, is priced through the roof. But everyone should have a place where they get their meat from.

Went to get vaccinated for Covid. But everyone in Publix is very nice and helpful. Best store to me

I like the Publix stores as they are always clean and have a good selection though I still cant find the brands I am used to from Massachusetts like Progresso Kidney Beans and Kayem hot dogs. I also dont find Prime cuts of meat just USDA which is ok but not as tender especially for steaks, beef. I also never find at any of the stores Knorrs Beef Rice but I guess it is just a local thing? Overall, I will shop here again.

It was good and had what we needed. The prices were expensive for what we are used to paying. The regular lunchables are 2.99 and I pay 1.99 tops where I live. Maybe its just the area. Very clean though! And had a nice wine I liked on sale.

I love Publix because of the friendly, helpful employees, the clean store and restroom. I have always loved the variety of choices, up until today. Today the shelves were not stocked as they usually are. A lot of empty spaces!

The Publix stores Ive visited in the Pensacola/Destin area have been clean, fully stocked and store staff friendly and helpful. Definitely the reasons why we visit these grocery stores when we come to this area on vacation.

Be sure to pick up a King of the West Honeydew Melon, only available this time of year for about six weeks and only at Publix. This store has a welcoming atmosphere, I always stop in while visiting Crestview.

Its Publix.... they have a great selection, I usually sift through the World Market Isle for some alternative foods, this store really layed out well with signage as to what countries you were shopping in.

I honestly don’t know how any grocery store can stay open when they have to compete with Publix. The store at Bent Creek Shopping Center is arguably the best Publix I’ve ever shopped in. Always clean, always stocked, and every single employee there is beyond polite and helpful. Shopping is most certainly a pleasure here! Keep doing what you’re doing!!

I this this store is really good... it had all the groceries I was looking for...

I ordered a 20 piece of chicken wings and my three year old are a raw piece of chicken as well as some of the chicken still had its feathers on it. Do not eat from the deli here !!

What is there not to love about Publix? They have items you cant find at other retailers, their bakery/deli is outstanding, their stores are always look clean & most importantly their employees are friendly and hard working.

I am honestly non-stop impressed with this store. Prices are decent but kore importantly, the customer service is the best around. From the workers cleaning the carts, produce, bakery, cashiers and Baggers! I have had interactions with them all and not one time was i disappointed. Great great place.
