I called T & K Soundwerks on the phone to ask a question about an automotive radio. The gentleman that answered the phone was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and was not annoyed that I was asking about an OEM radio and not a product sold by him. After I checked out the radio that I had problems with and found that it was fried I will definitely be going to T & K Soundwerks for my replacement radio because of the help that the gentleman there gave me.

Went there to have them troubleshoot a speaker not working. Took me in same day, got me out a couple hours later and corrected everything I neededUpdate. Changing from 5 stars to 3. Went in to get an estimate was told to go there on saturday just to find out they closed early. Should keep your business open per your hours if looking for clients

Owner told me to buy a 200$ Bluetooth modulator to implement into my BMW stock radio and it would work, since I was having issues with aftermarket radio. We’ll long story short it never worked brought it back into the shop told the owner it doesn’t work. he said it should but obviously never did and couldn’t get a refund! Lmao absolutely terrible.

Needed a backup camera fixed on my RV and they were able to fit me in and get it fixed in 30 minutes! Great service! 100% will go there again for any car stereo needs.

I made an appointment letting them know that I wanted an amplifier in my car hooked up. I came into the shop expecting to get my amplifier wired up and ready to go. Instead of doing the work that we agreed upon the installer came back to me telling me that my vehicle (2003 BMW 325I) needed a special piece of equipment in order to have the amp work. He told me that car sent out data to turn on the audio system (I later found out this was not true). He then sold me a useless piece of hardware that did not help me in any way. He never offered installing it he just sold it to me telling me that it would be easy to install. I take it home and when I get confused I called the shop back asking him what Im supposed to do and he gets mad at me and starts yelling at me through the phone. I came right back to the shop and demanded a refund which they did give me, but I never got an apology for getting yelled at over the phone for not understanding how to install something I asked them to install. Why this shop has a salesman that will start immediately yelling at you and gives you attitude when you have a question I dont know. What I do know is to stay far away from the shop and find literally anything else because they dont know what theyre doing and its a waste of time to even try and do business with them.

I had a previous place do my wiring and it was all messed up and they fixed everything on it. Was very efficient and very friendly. Highly recommend!!

This was a good experience definitely loved how he showed me the bass upclose and had me take a listen. Great hospitality!

Called for an estimate about a remote start and they told me they didnt want to do the job, it was too much work for them.

They dont have a very broad selection of different name brands but can get u what u want

Ive never had an issue coming to this guy. Basically anything to do with electronics that you need in your vehicle or RV or truck Tim is the man to see. Definitely do not waste your time going anywhere else. I dont care if you know somebody whos cheaper youll regret it

Had them try to install a rear view window dash camera in my car. Waited 3 hours for them to get it done. Told me they couldnt figure out how to set it up and still ended up paying $200 for lost time. This was incredibly frustrating. Absolute waste of time and money. I am NEVER coming back here again.

The previous person was right, they overcharge. I had a stereo installed on my sons car. They cracked the air vent and the face plate cracked about 2 months later because they didnt put it in right. Went back to see if they would right it. They wanted to recharge me for the plate and the labor. They said they didnt crack it. A $100 dollar stereo cost over $200 to install. I did it because they came highly recommended and I wanted it done right. I was the DA. Make sure you take a picture before and after.

I paid more than what I actually got. Too much blah blah....well do this that and the other and they didnt deliver. The sound quality on the system they installed sounds worst than what I had. When I called to complain about the poor job they did, they wanted to charge me more for fixing it. I dont think these people know what they are doing!

Had them install a stereo system, everytime you asked about something he said it going to take 2 to 3 hours and they charge $80 an hour. The hook was good I will give that one. But over price and they put a dent in the car. I only owned the car for two weeks and it only had one dent in the door, when I got home I noticed a dent in the rear quarter panel. When I called them, they denied it. The money I paid for the 71 olds convertible I know were ever blemish is at. In my experience shop around.

They were very professional and helpful. They had the wiring harness I needed and helped wire it up as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Just walked in hoping to get some information on installation of a new navagation/radio system and the bell at the door rang. Guy looked at us and then started shuffling around screws and completely ignored us. We stood patiently and he never acknowledged us. We walked out.

Recently had work done here. The service and installation was great. They are very over priced on there parts. Try to find your parts, Amps, Subs, Etc somewhere else. Was over charged about $200 on 2 amps. I compared the prices he has to Crutchfield, EBay and Amazon and he was way higher.

Stopped in and want to get an idea of what it might cost for an upgrade on my Ultra. Had some young dude workin the desk and I told him what I had in mind. Went in the office to get the owner because he has no knowledge. Kid comes back out and says boss says to bring the bike in. The dude wouldnt even come outta his office to discuss any options. Too busy to talk to your customers?? Sorry goin somewhere else
