Walked in and got parts for a mower, didnt have everything but didnt expect them to. Also gave me a price on a new mower. Very helpful and will probably buy a mower from here even though Im 2 hours away

Hes a good guy, hes giving me a deal with 2 broken mowers and there will be a cash difference, he said something happened to my mower, it all of a sudden had a bar dragging the ground, I told him my yard is so small, I didnt hit anything! He said that he didnt think it was my fault! Andvwere working on it!

I purchased an echo cs-2511t chainsaw here. I was impressed by their line up of lawn equipment and parts they stocked. The fact that they are a servicing dealer is a main reason I drove 45 minutes vs shopping online.

Reading these ugly reviews remind me of the people who crucified the Lord. Randy Busenbark helped me get a part under warranty for my lawnmower and I didnt even buy the mower from him! It is getting to the point where I dont go there unless it is out of desperation. My wife and son have both experienced the same attitude. If you bought something somewhere else and ask them to service it, they make you out to be a criminal for not buying it there. I was there today and I was returning a tube that would not hold air. It had a tiny pin hole in it. I had bought it over the weekend. They were closed after I tried airing it up. I found new tires at big R just to get my yard mowed after that, on Sunday. I went to return it today and it was insinuated that I had done it because he has never had one brought back for having a hole in it. Pretty bad risking your reputation over a nine dollar tube. There is a first time for everything. I am tired of them complaining and making other local businesses look bad just because you dont shop with them regularly.

Not the most flattering of people to deal with. Either shady business practices or inept techs. They diagnosed a pressure washer for me after sitting on it two weeks then said it was fine and took my money. Got home, problem was still present, took to an authorized repair shop and they immediately diagnosed it just by the description of symptoms. A BS charge from this con man, a new carb from a professional and Im back in business. Never again.

He charged us $35 just to take the saw apart. To tell us he couldnt fix it and gave it back to us in parts. He was very rude when my boyfriend tried talking to him about the fact that he was paying for him to just take it apart and he wanted to charge him more to put it back together.

Tried to call about having my mower serviced, yet again. Mower isnt even a year old, so its still under warranty. Was told that they have paying customers to take care of, and even if they did pick it up it will sit in a shed until the paying customers were taken care of first. Good business model.

Makes repairs cuts corners and theyll tell you they will take it off if you buy a new item. Con artists if you ask me
