Dont usually have a problem with this place, but when I came here to get my hair cut they told me i needed an appointment bc they were Booked and didnt have room today. Which was fine, even though no one was there getting anything done. Came back Saturday at 4pm, and the place is closed. They close at 6 on Saturday. This place is a joke.

Always a great experience and always look and feel better afterwards. Good price and excellent service. I highly recommend them

Had my hair done for my wedding by Lydia and absolutely fell in love with it! Got compliments on it ALL day. I also get my eyebrows waxed here on a regular basis and I am always pleased with it.

Have loved coming to this place since it came to Crawfordsville. Have always had the best experience. No complaints from me.

All you hair places need to change your times and not tell people you will BE open til 7pm then when drive there your stinking closed like come on get it together! Very disappointed

I had my first hair cut and perm since before the quarantine. Taylor Howlett Sims did a wonderful job. I am extremely happy with the perm and salon. The salon was very clean and everyone practiced social distancing. Thank you Taylor!!

They got me in quickly,,, my hair came out lovely!!!

Made me wait over a half hour while 2 stylists just walked around and talked. No sense of urgency and didn’t seem to care at all about my business. I walked out and will not be going back. This place is not worth your time or money.

I love the girls that work here! They all know what they are doing and if they do mess up which is very rare they try everything to make it right!

Been here once previously. First haircut was decent for a good price. Tried to go back today only to find only one person working and an old lady already waiting at the counter. I waiting for a few minutes and realized I wasnt likely to be noticed till closing time so I left. Probably wont worry about going back.

My wife and I went in for hair cuts. She had lydia and loved how she cut and styled her hair, she asked and made sure she liked it as she went along. Both did wonderful! And kept conversations too! Will be going again! 😊

They did my boy horrible he looks like stewie griffin all because one of the hairstylists doesn’t know how to cut hair never go to this place unless you want to look like a water melon

My family went here to get hair cuts and dye cost 258.40 on hair. I did not get what I wanted or my husband. My kids cuts had to be redone and my hair which cost the most was not how I wanted itvery unsatisfied. Never had a problem before but will probably never go back.

Crystal is the best! She knows what she is doing with colors. I recommend her to all of my family and friends!

Its one of the better ones in town. Depending on who you get is depending on how good your hair will look. Better than great clips for sure!

I got my hair cut tuesday Feb 26.. am highly not satisfied.. my hair is a mess. Not cut the way I want.. my bangs are messed up and my layers are not what I asked for. I am not impressed which is sad because I have never had a problem. Maybe an off day or the lady who cut it didnt understand what I said. At the same time if she didnt she should of asked someone instead of cutting anyways. Layers could be fixed but nothing else.

I went to this location to get mine and my 13 year old sisters hair cut. Will not be going back. We both had reference pictures that showed all around the head how we wanted our hair cut. Nothing turned out right. The girl butchered my sisters hair, didnt add the layers right, and made her look like a guy. And mine was cut straight and short, the complete opposite of how it was supposed to be. Not sure if it was an off day for the girl, but if you say you can do a certain cut, then you should be able to do it right. Even had to pay extra to have lines shaved in the back that dont look anything like the picture I showed her. We also waited far longer than the 45 mins they said. Worst experience ever.

Just going to say this: I finally found a place that does a good fade, and at a reasonable price. A medium fade for 10 bucks. Thats a win.

Very unprofessional, rude and one employee completely dismissed me when I was simply asking a quick question about getting lowlights.

So when I went their was this girl with red hair and she is BADD. If you walk in she is the 2nd on the right. But besides that it was a pretty good service.

Took wife here on 6/1/17 to have a body perm and trim. We have been going here for several years. We returned on 6/3/17 because her hair was hard, stiff, uncontrollable, and falling out. 2nd stylist told her it had been over processed, and tried to do a trim and suggested a moisturizing priduct to help.Went to another salon about 6-8 weeks later and was told that her hair was so damaged that it would be better to shave her head to allow it to regrow.Am considering filing a law suit against this salon!!!Will not again be going back to this salon again.
