Great store. Very well organized, employees are very helpful and always greeted upon arrival. The store makes it easy for you to find what you need. They also have great prices and deals everyday. Theyve endless variety of outdoor decor, their flowers are very well maintained and at a good price. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

I have no problem with the store itself. I do a lot of business there and usually can find pretty knowledgeable people to assist. My issue is with the kitchen design and renovation department. The contractor used by Home Depot, Absolute Construction, is a complete and total joke. I have managed major construction contracts for years, primarily roads and bridges and I wouldn’t let this outfit manage my daughters tea party. No communication and no coordination between subs. Their only concern is making money and getting the job done as fast as possible. None of the subs have any coordination. They show up, not entirely sure what they are supposed to be doing and do not think about what comes next. Example: drywall guys finish on a Monday, cabinet installers scheduled for Tuesday. Doesn’t leave much time to paint. I could go on and on but I’m sure it won’t matter. Best suggestion, go to Home Depot, buy what you need and do it yourself. Absolute Construction is an absolute joke.

I only went for curbside pick-up and briefly entered the garden center. Overall customer service was outstanding. I appreciate that HomeDepot had regular garden/top soil at 1.66 a bag. I could not find this size and price at any of the usual suspect stores. I also appreciate using my veteran/military discount on my purchases made in the garden center. It was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive had at a box store that sells tools, appliances, building materials, etc.

Extremely clean. Not too crowded. Employees clean after each customer. Employees always friendly and nice. Employees always wear masks. Employees very helpful and always willing to help you find what you need.

They were giving out prizes for giving them your information and when I went to go leave with MY PRIZE I was questioned like I was a thief. Only been here once before and Im never going back.

On a trip across the state from bottom to top, Popped in quick to use the restroom and it was well labeled from the door to the toilet. Everything was clean and well maintained. Wound up buying hanging baskets as we travelled through the store.

If you do work here, expect to be berated by customers with no support from upper management. If you like places that support homophobia, sexual harassment, and a laundry list of other things...this is the place for you.

Didnt have our order ready at 10 as planned....had it ready for us when we got there at noon however...once at the truck and trailer they were courteous...helpful considerate...we had plenty of hands to speed us up bc our driver had other plans also so they roped it in there through the finish line which we greatly appreciated. Had it been on time at ten...we would be giving yall 4 or 5 stars(whereas now im accounting for the opinions of 4 ppl and giving my best estimate

Let me tell you. I use home depot alot. As a contractor they really make an effort to get me square away when Im there. But it is super aggravating to navigate all the stuff they constantly stack in the Isles! Come on people! How can we maneuver large carts full of appliances and lumber through the choked down paths? I appreciate the variety and volume most times but its like walking through tunnels in there. Bigger store needed? Better organization? Idk. Its claustrophobic and worse trying to maneuver building materials. Get it together please.

In the last 10 years I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this store. We have remodeled literally an entire house, and are starting on two more. If there would have been any comparable home improvement store nearby, they would have gotten 100% of my business. The employees at this store are the absolute worst at customer service. I have personally walked up to several different groups of employees, casually chatting, and I ask them for assistance finding something, only for them to barely assist, all while acting like it is the biggest inconvenience for them to even acknowledge that a customer might need something. I would rather shop elsewhere, strictly based on the employees general lack of interest in assisting customers.Now onto the the next biggest complaint, which is the horrible lumber selection. It is impossible to find decent wood in this store. I have been to all of the major chains, and every single one beats Home Depot. This store is no different.This stores employees have given it a terrible reputation, that they live up to, to this day.

I am so impressed with the employees at Home Depot in Crawfordsville I am a compromise so even wearing a mask I worry and with the asthma theyre hard to breathe through anyway so Ive got to where Ive been ordering what Ive been needing for my little project in my kitchen and I go pick it up been using curbside they have a few glitches they need to get worked out with letting you know youre there but all you have to do is call them and they are so nice they bring that out put it in the vehicle even have always said have a nice day and they apologize for the service not being the way it should be for curbside with the text side of it but I highly recommend the Home Depot and especially the curbside pickup it is so easy and again thank you to all the employees of Home Depot you make life so much easier for me with my disabilities and my asthma you do the shopping and bring it out to me thank you everyone

I love that they offer cutting & threading pipe to length. On multiple occasions I have gone to this location to purchase pieces less than 10 long, only to have them tell me that they dont have anyone trained to thread it for us. Of course that was after waiting for someone to help us after they paged twice for customer assistance.

As much as I shop at this store I wanted to return an item and repurchase a different item and the store refused to let me do so for this I will drive 25 miles to Lowes and do business with them for now on

Went in for some blades for my Ryobi multi tool. They didnt have any for my brand only Drexel and Dewalt. Not even a generic. Was disappointed 😞

Only place I have a good shopping experience

We went into the flooring section and when we finally found an employee she didn’t seem to want to help us she basically told us go get a cart and get it yourself even though I told her there wasn’t enough stock there. Finally we find another employee who calls ‘specialist’ Brittany, who was the same employee who didn’t want to help us and then she didn’t have a choice & took forever. We were not satisfied with that, the gentlemen on the fork lift and other employee were very helpful, and then we found Brittany to be helpful after she didn’t have a choice but to help us. Not sure if we will be back to this location.

The customer service was horrible. We tried calling all morning, but we were constantly waiting for someone to pick up, when they did pick up they wouldn’t listen at all and just immediately transfer us back to the person that transferred us to them, and they were very rude. If you need help at this store you might as well go to a completely different store, because you won’t get ANY help here.

Home depot it self is great but the people they have to install your stuff are worthless and very rude. In the last year and a half we have bought carpet for our whole house, stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher and evey time they come to install they have a issue it took use 3 different time to get our carpet put in then with in 2 months the edges start to come up cause they didnt get it down right, then the washer and dryer they was very rude , and lastly the dish washer they came with it looked in my kitchen and rudely told my daughter they could not install it cause it was a double wall. These people need to learn customer service.

My company has spent over $10,000 at surrounding Home Depot’s in 2020 and this one without a doubt has the most Horrible customer service, the night timeManager on Monday got mad after being corrected about pricing and told me “it has to go through me no matter what” and that “she doesn’t do things that way” ok lady well I guess you will lose all of my business to all of the other Home Depot’s who do things the correct way!

Wasnt All that thrilled with it really, high prices, the lady who mixed my paint was a hateful woman, they dont have what I was looking for !

Last two visits here, 6 months ago and then again today, I had to have the front desk page 3 times just to get someone to help me in the lumber area. The store had 50 “in stock” listed on their website and on the onsite computer but employee and manager claimed that the website and inventory is always wrong even though it seems to be right on every other Home Depot I go to. I like to support this brand and am planning on spending significant amount of money but this location has set a reputation for poor service and poor inventory control. At two hour round trip each time I‘m getting beyond frustrated.

There product selection is very limited , so they kinda force people to buy a certain product.

I shop at this store often. Prices and selection are typical but there are a lot of people wearing orange aprons but seldom anyone available to help. If you can grab what you need and go its fine. If you need help plan in spending some time there.....UPDATE: Im off to Ace hardware again after wasting time at home depot. There were probably 10 associates that were in different places chatting with each other and no one available to help find what I needed.

I use professional desk a lot when remodeling or upgrading your house consider that better pricing list of materials and you can ordering bulk its cheaper and sometimes you forget something and the staff remind you

Didnt have what we were looking for but did find something I needed. Only 3 stats because all you had open were self check outs and we were having issues. Not crazy about self checking, if your going to make me work for you, wheres my W-2!

Without going into details sent my framing nailer in for repairs. After waiting the estimated time, I started dealing with Michelle. Customer service is never easy, but Michelle researched, followed up, researched, was honest about what happened. She gets a 5 star for her customer service, bringing resolution to the tool and honesty.

I would of gave no star if possible. Was there to by carpet on black friday. Waited 5 minutes before finding a store employee. Then had 3 that just wanted to stand around and talk. Asked for a manager. Got Wanda. She was just as worthless as the first 3. Tried to convince me they were real busy. I closed my contractors account 4 years ago over their employees. Wasted my time again with Wanda and the other employees. For some reason I get the feeling from the employees that Im disturbing them by asking for help. Wanda assured me she would get the store manager before I left. Of course she couldnt. He was on break and wouldnt come. What has this world came to. What a disgrace.

Orded tile that was delivered wrong and still 3 weeks later has not been delivered. They are still holding my money on the tile they wrongfully delivered until they come to pick it back up. Would like to at least get the right tile so work can be finished!! Why is it the customer pays for the mistake of the company. Dont buy from them or at least pick it up at the store..they are unable to follow simple directions.

The customer service at the store was fine. Delivery sucked. I had to wait a week to get it delivered and they didnt even show. When I called they said they tried to call me. But I was home all day with no phone calls. Then they said they couldnt fine the house. I live in town only about a mile from the store. Now I have to wait another week for delivery. When I asked about canceling my order it would take 7-10 days to get the money back in my account. Very disappointed on the whole experience I will not be back!!!
