I have had worked with Surface Home Design for years and have had exceptional service and quality. They have helped me decorate my entire house, including blinds & curtains for my windows/sliders and full room carpets, rugs & runners. Whenever I have questions or need help (ie with my Hunter automated shades), Surface is there to help me troubleshoot & make things perfect again. I would not shop anywhere else.

Needed some privacy for both front room and lower level windows and Katie at Surface Home Design was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We discussed options and during the in home measurement appointment. She brought various fabric samples to complement the room decor. George was great with installation. I had an issue with the power blinds and their response was to be commended. Definitely recommend.

George and Katie and their associates are top notch. Excellent customer service. We got our kitchen chair cushions redone and wanted them to be a little thicker. They immediately took them back and now they are perfect. Our drapes, and our blinds and other services are exceptional and we couldn’t be happier.

Surface Home Design is very easy to work with. Their design recommendations are most useful and their after market service is second to none.We started with them installing carpet in our addition along with 8 Hunter Douglas Power View honey comb shades.We were so impressed by the simplification of opening and closing shades with power that we had 3 more installed in our living room.We will continue to work with Surface Home Design as new projects develop.

Surface Home Design is a great choice for interior design help. During a recent renovation, we found Katie and George to be talented, well-informed designers with great taste. We needed window treatments and area rugs for our kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. She helped us work our way through the myriad of choices available to help us find what would work well for our space. The result - were very happy with our space and receive compliments on it from everyone who has entered our home.,Weve worked with Surface Home design on several smaller projects since then and theyll be our go-to in the future. While weve worked with the Westerly store in the past, we were pleased to drop in on their second location now in the Garden City mall in Cranston.
