Cozy home feel with coffee in mugs and aroma of fresh baked goods. The staff was very inviting and helpful, my Nutella crepes were to die for! 👍🏼 My toddler sat at the doorway and watched as the cars went buy. Win win!

Mal will make sure you are satisfied with your order.Highly recommend the crepes (sweet or salty) be warned there will be a wait but its well worth it, its busy for a reason.They also have a great variety of coffee that will keep you coming back for more.

Top notch coffee shop with a wonderful assortment of goodies. Inside and outside seating available. Sometimes they open all the doors and the inside is just like being outside. If you are a coffee aficionado you will appreciate Malcolms knowledge on the subject. He does had some very unique and expensive coffees for you to try. A lot of the people who come here are regulars and would not go any other place.

Went this morning to try this place for the first time and even though it was crazy packed we still decided to wait, when we were about to order this guy with grey hair making the coffees(maybe the owner) started yelling “open the god dammed doors” a few times with a bad attitude. It looked like he definitely don’t know how to work under pressure, and at least personally I don’t like my food to be prepared by someone in a bad mood. If he was talking to an employee that’s not the way to do it specially if you have clients around. And if you can’t work under pressure I’d suggest to sell the business to someone else and find something else to do.

We left Boston to travel an hour to come to this restaurant!! It was worth the trip! Crepe, and quiches were out of this world!! Owner was extremely hospitable. You won’t be disappointed. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Instant love for this place!! A must visit!!! The gentlman (master barista) that owns this cafe has the up most charismatic personality and so welcoming he makes you feel like home. This gent knows his products and he makes delicious coffee! I ordered the mocha latte and its the best i have ever had! The perfectionist balance of chocate, expresso, milk, and hint of cherry/cinnamon flavor! WOW! Will definitely come back when Im in RI again. Thank you again!

I have driven by this place thousands of times, and never once thought to go in. A few months ago, I finally did, and I thought to myself that I regret not going in sooner.The coffee drinks are excellent. The fruit smoothies are excellent, as long as they have fruit available that you like.I have had a few breakfast sandwiches here, and have immensely enjoyed them all. Fresh made, obviously not preformed and just reheated. They have enough options available to suit even the pickiest of eaters.My wife usually has the Belgian waffles with fruit. Fluffy and tasty, and good sized, too much for her actually, so I can say they taste really good, as well.The owner also offers a rare coffee experience that is hard to find in the US, kopi luwak. I have yet to try it here, but having consumed large quantities of the coffee, I look forward to sampling his suppliers coffee. (When I was in university, I had a friend who was married to an Indonesian woman, and she would send the coffee in all her care packages to him, while she was waiting for her visa to come here)Prices here are not super low, but the quality more than makes it worth a trip here.I look forward to trying more of the offerings and trying the kopi luwak.Edit 10/16/18. Had a chance to try the kopi luwak. Amazing experience, the flavor was beyond my expectations. I’ve had it other places before, but coming from the coffee siphon, made it taste that much better. From the outside this gem doesnt look like much but thats because they hide all the magic inside. I wasnt looking for anything big when I came in and got some hard boiled eggs and a cup of porridge. But they turned those simple things into something delicious. The porridge was house made with quinoa and the eggs were covered in spices and olive oil. Cant wait to come back and try their delicious sounding menu of paninis and crepes!! (Bonus was the service... The owner came and checked on us. Be aware: cash only!!)

Absolutely love this coffee shop! When i went to this coffee shop for first time and I really like hows it look and this shop smells heavenly (coffee, obviously) :) I got triple shot latte with cinnamon on the top, and it was really delicious! Also, I got their gourmet egg sandwich and it was delicious, too! Today, I decided to get iced chai latte and iced macchiato. They were really good! I definitely will come back again for sure! I would pick this coffee shop over dunkin donuts or anything else.This shop is definitely a hidden gem in here! Worth to stop by! Also, the owner and workers are very friendly, too! Make sure that you bring cash when you are planning to come here!

The crepes were excellent; and the service was good. The owner is a friendly, colorful character. As others have noted, the owner and waitstaff were not wearing masks, but almost all the customers were wearing masks. The owner definitely did not make one uncomfortable for choosing to wear a mask.

They have the BEST Cappucino Ive ever had!!! My boyfriend and I really enjoy having our Cappucino with more milk, and thats what they served. It was creamy with just enough foam on the top to create a pillow of heaven that coats the top of your lips as you drink. The dash of cocoa and cinnamon enhanced the Cappucino drinking experience.The food was also amazing! My sons waffle was delicately crispy on the edges and soft on the inside. It was served with real maple syrup (bonus points!) and fresh fruit. My partner had the sweet crepe, and he claimed it was the most delicious thing ever. Hes a picky eater, so I believe him. I had the egg sandwich with English muffin, and there was so much flavor packed into it! I would definitely recommend this place!! The customer service was also amazing! The women were exceptional in ensuring that we were satisfied with our meal.Easily one of my favorite places now!

We ordered the crepe special with figs, and their Belgian waffles with roasted pecans. Both dishes were amazing, and the portions of figs were especially generous. On the flip side, the recent overhead lighting has a pronounced flicker. I dont know if this was done in order to simulate a candle-lit environment, but it certainly makes reading challenging.We love Caffe Bon Ami for the food, the laid back vibe and the artsy interiors.

Best 3 bean french roast coffee made by someone who respects the bean. Sip it black and taste the oils and true essence of the coffee bean. No dishwatery coffee like some mass produced brands

The food might be great, but I was very disappointed today when I got there and there were people inside and outside without masks. Including the staff, both people working the register didnt even have one on them. My pregnant fiance and I decided not to risk it. This is a global pandemic and its not going anywhere while people dont care.

He was loud and demanding and not only rude/ overstepping boundaries with his hires but when my friend and I walked in we immediately closed up. The owners jokes were rude and belittling. Maybe my friend was intimidating because he was a male, idk but that mans remarks and jokes were more hurtful than funny. We stood in line for a good 2 minutes before making an escape. I was looking forward to the experience for at least 9 mos so this was a major disappointment, the food looks real good :(

I love their cappuccino and they have these amazing cookies (the ones with the plantains and, I believe, mango, and other delicious items baked in them) that are SO good! A homemade, somewhat guilt-free treat, yay! Ive also had their egg sandwiches...made FRESH (aka, not frozen or cooked by Chef MikeCROWAVE ... WOOHOO, and their power lunch. Honestly, If youre looking for consistently AUTHENTIC coffee ( NO, not DD or Starbucks) but genuine, delicious flavorful coffee...this is definitely your place. Ive had some odd/off humor thrown my way and I brush it off, Ive never taken it as ill-mannered and have had pleasant conversations with the owner (and staff!). If you are looking for your toosh to be kissed and pampered like the princess you are, this MIGHT not be your cup-o-tea...BUT if you want to have the best coffee/desserts/snacks ever...I highly suggest you snowflakes get some thick skin, or go to a franchise and get your Mocha Locha Caramela Frappuccino Cocoa Grande, and leave the authentic coffee for us enthusiasts to enjoy, we wont be upset, promise. Great coffee and the owner personally made sure I was served the best possible cappuccino. I go here probably four times a week with no issues whatsoever. Truly recommend giving this place a try over any chain coffee shops. Also have many food items available with options for vegetarians and vegans.

Coming from a restaurant industry, you always have to be cautious with your customers, this guy just says it how it is and i love it. A lot of the bad reviews are not based on the products that are served but instead on his HONEST and Sarcastic humor and i have to respect him fully for that.Malcom, youre always smiling and you love your shop. Who knows! make some comments like eating on napkins how nice for my place in a very sarcastic way, then asked us if we were comfortable,again with that tone of voice,though he was playing but at the time we when to pay the waiter very nicely said have a nice new year and then he said to us not to recommend his place to ours friends,waiter said he was playing and then he said that no he wasnt. Shame on this guy! The thing here is that I have the right to eat whatever I want however I want I pay the price of the food like everyone else I should not be treated like this.

Had an excellent experience at Caffe-Bon-Ami! I had an interview for a job here and between the wonderful atmosphere, the excellent coffee, and the personal service, everything aligned and I got the position! The owner Malcolm introduced himself and was very welcoming - this seems like a place that develops regulars very quickly, how can you not with such friendly service! Keep in mind this is a cash/checks only place - in my opinion a nice touch of the old school ways!

Ive always loved this place....I live in the same neighborhood and would wallk there to meet up with friends back in the summer of 2001, its the perfect spot to have some girl time with your friends especially on the patio....love that patio...you dont realize youre sitting on Park Ave. Its also enjoyable if youre solo...Very cozy, warm and welcoming. My favorite is vanilla chai...very very good and the owner is wicked friendly and helpful.
