The ladies that work this store couldnt be more helpful if they tried. And the selection of great quality cooking stuff is marvelous as usual.

This place has everything you could need in kitchen utensils. They are on the pricey side but the quality is most definetly worth it. The products are built to last. There are very knowledgeable staff and everyone is super friendly.

I had a horrible experience trying to purchase a rather expensive item through this store. Spoke with Joe who said he would honor a 20% off. The next day when we went to purchase it, they would not honor the 20 % off anymore. They told me to apply for a credit card and get the number and call them back today and i would get the 20% off. against my better judgement I applied only to find out it would be another two weeks til we heard from the credit card company for approval, we would not hear today like they said. With two misleading information pieces I would not trust this store at all.

Great store, has whatever you need, however, the store employees would not let a visibly pregnant woman use their bathroom. Did I also mention that we were paying customers as well!!! Not acceptable.

This has always been a great place to go to. This time my husband on his retirement is enjoying trying out different recipes! I am not allowed to touch his purchases but I get to eat some delicious meals!

Well, they were across the street before.Always helpful, will check the store for you, check the website, and even call around to other stores for you.They are expensive, but you get what you pay for. My Mauviel copper cookware is phenomenal. My Shun knives are wonderful, and even better knowing that I bought them before they got popular and the price went up.Youre going to pay more here, but the products they sell are top quality.

I recently returned an Item that was $200 that I originally paid cash for. Jayne would only reimburse me on my debit card. She said it was just like getting cash back, but its not because cash is instant. It has now been almost 1 full week and it still has not been credited to my account. When I questioned why she cant give me cash back, she said that she can only give up to $100 back in cash. I then asked her why she didnt present me with the option of getting $100 cash and the remainder on the card and she said Im sorry would you like me to void the transaction and do it all over? At this point there was a holiday shopping line behind me and I had already spent a long time there for the return, partly because the first associate didnt know how to process a return, so I just declined and left. In the future, please make sure the employees know how to process a return and gives the customer all of their options before processing it. It was the week before Christmas and I would have liked to have the $200 cash back that I paid with instead of checking my account every day to make sure I get it. It is now 2 days before Christmas and I still havent received my refund. I will never enter that store again and will use the power of word-of-mouth to prevent anyone I can from giving you their business.

My aunt would always take me and my little cousin here for cooking classes and would always enjoy it. 😊

The whole staff was awesome at Garden City. We bought new pots and pans for the first time ever, for our new home!!!! Then we bought a new knife set, kitchen knives, bread box, kitchen utensils and a giant Lobster Pot It was an amazing experience, and as the sales manager for Baxters Fine Jewelry, let me tell you, JT gets it! He understands that sales is about making a relationship, not just a sale. Well done brother and entire staff, we will recommend and be back for sure! Thank you

Great selection of items...just about anything you need for the kitchen can be found here. The trade-off for that convenience are the prices. Folks, W-S aint cheap!I found the staff to be really lovely, especially when they offered us samples of cake. When my companion said that she had celiac disease, the sales associate made a special effort to find gluten-free samples. Very kind!

My daughter had a wonderful experience at the cooking glass for American Girl. The instructor was awesome, engaged the girls throughout the entire process. The gift bag was a nice surprise too. We received a coupon to use in the store. My daughter and I had a fun time picking out new pans to make some fun desserts at home. Would recomend the store and this class!

Williams-Sonoma is another excellent store located in Garden City. It carries high quality, albeit pricey, equipment for the kitchen, as well as spices, some foods, and cookbooks. The sales associates are very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous.

Had a great time at their pizza class. Store staff was super friensly and helpfull. Its a small store so def ask if your looking for something specific staff is more thank welcome to help you find or order it.

The store is so small people are bumping into one another. There are not a lot of products there you have to online shop. I have been waiting for a toaster since May 13 that will probably hit their warehouse in July. Im canceling it. Prices are high. Too high.

Worst customer service on the planet. Bought an item in the store. Gave it as a gift and it was the wrong item in the box!! Ordered online and it was wrong again!!! Was offered a gift card instead of a refund. Are you kidding me??!?
