Love the products and selection at this Sallys but customer service is HORRIBLE! The associates dont know much about products and do not offer help at all! The employees at my latest visit went as far as having a personal conversation in front of customers and 1 called the residents of the East side of Cranston GHETTO! I do not recommend this location!

The purple haired girl was very disrespectful to my friend. My friend ended up leaving empty handed and cried because of how mean this associate was to her...we will never visit this location again

Sally’s is my go to for hair products. I’ve bleached my hair and want to try platinum/icy blond. I cannot believe how many videos are about Wella T18, when there are so many other products that work, well better and achieve your color is less steps. The associate that helped me tonight was great! She is very knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction to tone my yellowish orange hair! Lol

I can not forget Anthony he was so phenomenal!! I knew I could trust him with my hair it came out exactly the way I wanted it with much experience he was successful on helping me achieve my hair color! I will definitely be coming back to him for advice and also recommend him for anybody needing help with hair colors!! Thank you so much Anthony !

The hot cashier was helpful and very nice but her coworker with the purple hair was very rude and ignorant not helpful at all

I love Sallys Beauty...I always catch a sale or score a new hair product and this time was no different....Mega sale on assorted nail polish. I found a ton of nail polish in really good colors, too. Love the hair care product Noodle Head, for curly hair...that works amazingly awesome!

They have great products for hair and prices are low. I saved 40% on my purchase which I bought 2 different products for my hair for a price I would of pay in any other store!

Located in a plaza with plenty of parking. Good place to buy beauty products. Aisles are narrow, not good for wheelchairs.

They consistently told me to use the wrong developer when dying my hair. My hair ended up black when i wanted it brown.

The manager is rude and ignores you when youre talking to her. The staff turn-around is nothing to be surprised about, only shocking thing is when you actually get someone that knows what customer service is, other than that, dont expect any positive experience.

They run out of products very often. , Walmart has some of the same product for less.

Came here to get some hair toner and was very disappointed with the store and the overall plaza. Most of the girls had an attitude when I asked them questions and acted like they were too busy to help even though they werent doing anything. The plaza is so ghetto and they have music blasting way too loud outside of Sprint like its a trap house. No one would help me find anything so I left empty-handed.

This place has gone steadily downhill. The prices arent even good here. No real reason to return.
