Excellent place to buy fun learning activities from baby to adults (crafts).

I just left this store after coming inside for the first time with my toddler. I was recommended to come here by a friend. The store is amazing as the products are wonderful. What I am sad about is the customer service part. It’s very sad to walk into a store and not once be acknowledged. I walked around the entire store because I was excited to see what they had and so was my daughter. After not being greeted or even asked if I needed any help I just wanted to leave. There were two employees working. A man and a woman at the register. My daughter and I were the only ones in the store. It made my friend experience here terrible. I’m not sure if it was because I looked different to them but it was clear I was in the store. I would not recommend coming here unless you know what you want and you are just going in and out. I’m literally disappointed that this is still happening today. What’s more upsetting is that I would have liked to have purchased something but decided not to. It is very wrong to ignore someone who walks into a store especially if it’s their first time there.

Great place to shop for teachers and parents! Always having great sales so prices are not an issue. The staff at this store are awesome, always pleasant and helpful!

The lamination machines and lamination costs earn this spot a five star rating alone! Employees are friendly and helpful. The store is well managed and has loads of cool learning ideas.

Lakeshore in general is a bit pricey for me but the staff at this location was so friendly and helpful Id definitely go back.
