Love the store and great, supplies they have. And fun stuff too. Cheaper prices than Murdoch. The one in Craig have the best costumer service, best people ever. Friendly, knowledgeable, out of there way service, always greetings you, and right there asking if you need help

People are decent, helpful. Prices are a little expensive, but it is a small town. They have a good selection of most hardware and lumber.

Everyone at this store is awesome very friendly and knowledgeable. And I love the wide variety of merchandise everything from hunting, fishing all pets and clothing. Definitely our favorite store in town not just your every day hardware store.

Absolutely shocked that this essential business is taking zero precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19. In the 5 minutes I was in the building I saw 1 out of 8 employees wearing a mask and the one employee only put it on as I was approaching to pay. I’ve been very tolerant with Craig and the looseness of the mask wearing but with 300 cases in the past week and the brink of another stay at home order, I’m disappointed in all the MJK staff for not helping our community and other small businesses keep their doors open by encouraging their employees to mask up. In the 5 stops I’ve made around town this morning running errands this was the ONLY business who was so blatantly not taking any precautions to keep our community healthy. How selfish.

Customer service here is outstanding.

Had the product I was looking for, was able to get in and out quickly and back on the road.

Service used to be much friendlier but Im sure its a a really of the covid restriction.

I have always believed in buying locally. But this local business will never get another dime from me. Over the past two years MJK has received over $50,000 in business from me directly or indirectly, and with the construction of two new homes by me and my family over the next two years it would have been that much or more. I recently needed to do some replacement of the privacy slates in a chain link fence. It was a special order of two bundles of 2 inch aluminum slates for a 6 foot fence. I paid with the order. When the slates arrived they were plastic tubes one inch wide. Needless to say they were not what I ordered and would not fix the fence/ I tried to return them and was told, not only would they not refund my money and let me return the slates, I was told in no uncertain terms that i got what I ordered because they no longer make the aluminum slates. Be careful what you order in this establishment, they obviously do not care about continued business even when that business is substantial. In the future I will check other local sources or my family and I will drive to Vernal where the prices are less and the sales tax is only 6% versus 9%. I will make sure everyone I know is aware of how I was treated at MJK and over time additional business will be lost by this establishment.

Biggest hardware store in a 150 mile radius. Often a bit understaffed on the floor. Good selection and prices. Friendly staff. No lumber yard. Has a massive pet section that takes up half the store though.The other ace in the center of town has the lumber sprawled out across a few blocks of random storage buildings at inflated prices.Not sure why Moffat cant get a normal lumber yard lol

For the most part most of the star is very friendly. You always have those couple people or just rude. But they definitely try and help you find what youre looking for.
