The show room is extensive & the staff very helpful. This is my second time to use TLC. We just had 500 plus sq. feet of floor tile replaced. The work crew, again, was pleasant, easy to work with & did a great job. Any small question or concern is dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. I recommend using TLC in Craig for flooring.

TLC did our custom kitchen cabinets and tile floor and did them right. They also did our master bath with new vanity, tile floors and custom shower. Finally they installed engineered hardwood floors throughout the rest of the house. Dave and Dan were better than competent every step of the way, conscientious and knowledgeable. We are very pleased.

Kevin and the team at TLC was very easy and enjoyable to work with. What I needed completed was done in a quick and professional manner. I would recommend and work with TLC again.

We were overall pleased with the work. The workers were a little hard to communicate with, and there was some confusion on how the carpet was to be installed, and Jay had to have one of the workers call him, and explain to him what needed to be done, and this should not have happened, we went over this with Jay beforehand and I believe he instructed the workers to install the carpet to our desires, but they did not, or were not going to install the carpet as instructed until after Jay had to have a stern talk with them. Also, we were expecting them to offer to help move a refrigerator that needed to be put back in a room after that flooring was installed, and they left so quickly after they had finished the job of installing the flooring, that we didnt even get to say anything to them. I feel like they should have at least said something to us like, We are finished, are there any questions or comments that we can help you with. Something of that nature would have been appreciated. We love the product though, and the install looks nice!

Dropped-in to see what carpet they had in stock for my recently purchased home. Bridgette showed me carpet samples with prices and and carpet pad prices as well. When I asked what they were made of, she quickly found the answer, and scheduled for a quote. Price was reasonable, professional service, and quality work. Very Satisfied!

We had about 1,700 sq. feet of flooring redone by TLC Carpet One and the work that they did was fantastic. The demo and installation took about one week total. We were still able to live in our house while they worked which was a huge bonus. I thought that the way they did it was very well thought out. I highly recommend them.

Ive seen companies that do remodeling work who try to cut corners and hope the customer doesnt notice. TLC Carpet One did a wonderful job installing floors in our home and did not skip a single step to make their job quicker or easier. You can see the quality of work in the curves and the trim. TLC Carpet One Floor & Home installed our floor in about 3 days, which for the size of the room, was a pretty big job. Not only did they do it quickly but also that it was done professionally and with quality, speaks volumes to how nicely done it was. Now I know who I will be using when I need new flooring.
