Very poor communication; the quality of installers was questionable at best resulting in a shower door that was not level and left a 1.5” discrepancy in their measurement. We tried to explain it to them but they insisted it was correct even though the door was dragging on the tile of the shower. They were to call us and let us know what the final bill would be only to get a call threatening us for full payment. They were going to call us to let us know what the next step would be, instead a threat! Very unprofessional and not qualified to do the job.

I am posting this review for my husband. He called Black Mountain to get generic Chevy window installed four weeks ago. First time he called to check to see if the window was in, and it wasnt even ordered. 2nd call and appointment the window wasnt in. 3rd call and appointment- same story. On week 4, he called someone else.

I have had the great pleasure of working with Black Mountain Glass for the past year and a half. They are very knowledgeable in their profession, they are always very prompt, and they have always treated me very well. I would trust them with any window project or my vehicle windshield.

Absolutely awesome service and friendly men and women. Replaced 3 windshields and a side window and Im never less then impressed with thier time and attention to both me and my vehicles.

Helped fix a chip in the windshield for us. Took.ten minutes and were so professional. You cannot even see the chip anymore. Would reccomend to anyone!

First of all, I need to start with the fact that the workers who came to our house have been awesome EVERY TIME! Great people, really! However, it did take an awful long time (4-5 months) to get casters for our sliding-door. Not sure if it had to do with a 3rd Party company holding them up or lack of personnel... Either way, I have an unhappy, disabled husband who does not care what the reason is because he cant get out to the back deck where his herb garden is.

These guys are always friendly and reasonable! I wont use anyone else!

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Window was broken from installation, took two weeks to attempt to order clips, of which never came, North west auto glass all the way

Tried to get glass in my table replaced for over a month. Came out and measured it and that was it. Keep calling and they keep saying they will be here but never show up. Horrible service.

They replaced my windshield and helped fix an issue with my sensor for my wipers 2 months after the fact.

Do not recomend for windows. Left job unfinished.
