Affordable storage, 24HR Access. Storage doors being really hard to maneuver is why i dropped a star. Would be great if they oiled them regularly.

Cheap prices, only because you get charged a maintenance fee at pick up. It was not explained beforehand. I called to discuss and they could have cared less. Ive rented multiple placed throughout Atlanta running a construction company, this is the only place with a maintenance charge. Sneaky.

Ive rented from them several times, specifically for trailers. It has always been a very pleasant experience, and their prices are lower than the national chain rental companies.

I won a storage auction and had 72 hours to collect and clean it out .they were closed 48 Hours of that 72 and would not work with me regarding the issue. Very rude customer service.

Im out of town on bussiness and called to make a payment. They have a new credit card machine the owner said and I would have to come in and make a payment. I cant pay on line either so I had to mail in my payment. Terrible inconvenience for me. They dont provide public restrooms for the storage units. I dont recommend this facility period.

INSURMOUNTABLE BUG INFESTATION!!BEWARE...Rent Here at Your Own Risk!!General creepy crawlers & rodents were expected with outside storage so I paid a Professional Pest Control Co. for prevention prior to placing anything I owned in the unit. I will NOT live with what I call bad bugs PERIOD/END!Not even 30 days later I open my unit to get my mop/bucket/brooms/vacuum cleaner etc. to clean my new home & I PROMISE YOU Ive never seen THAT MANY bugs in any book, movie, documentary or online or anywhere for that matter!!!I paid a Professional Pest Control Co. AGAIN, that very day to do whatever was necessary to reclaim the past 50 yrs of my material possessions from An Entire Continents Population of Bad Bugs that probably survived by the ole cliche; Theres safety in Numbers!!!!Exterminator told me after 3rd treatment that week with Industrial & Extreme Infestation Formulas, HE has never witnessed THAT Amount of Differently Sized, Shaped AND Colored species of roaches.He believes because the nature of the business counts on an abundance of paying people from any environment, of any color, race, religion, ethnicity, home hygiene regimen and/or LACK thereof etc. that some of the variety of ppl brought the variety of Bad Bugs, each with their own growing immunities to chemicals & then left alone to become the most ENORMOUS Family of cross-bred roaches that the 67 y/o exterminator of 54 years has actually seen!✓ Never Reimbursed even $1 (of $300) for any of the 4 storage site exterminator services....✓ Nor the (6, yes 6) 3pks of Ineffective, over the counter bombs set off for the vast survivors that ended up moving with me....✓ Nor the $80+ specifically mixed formula that DID by the Grace of GOD, show this fearlessly bold population I was serious about evicting them, their ancestors and their inbred offsprings!!✓ Not .01c was even offered for the 12 month pest control contract ($55/month) I signed to ensure they Would move out or die!I get theyre in business to collect from customers not pay the customers, I do.However, from a business standpoint I find it entirely un-professional that the ONLY responses/actions from this facility was A verbal apology & my $20 security deposit refunded.From a human standpoint I find their LACK of ownership for this potential Health & Safety Violation, plus their LACK of compassion, empathy & sense of Right vs Wrong to be unequivocally disturbing & distasteful to say the least, and quite disrespectful as well!

Horrible customer service!!! You should go to Sunbelt if your in Covington who we often use. The only reason we went with this company is because they had the tool we needed. Went to rent the tool, they didnt want to take our credit card because it read our dba name BGI instead of our S Corp name Baxley Grounds, Inc.. Ridiculous! These guys were jerks when they were on Snapfinger and evidently nothing has changed.Too, many other players out there to fool with these fools.
