Let me start out by saying that I own a business that is in the services industry. Not the same as what R.M. Estes does, but service oriented nonetheless. As a consumer, I certainly have a set of expectations. As a business owner, that set is certainly elevated. I can say without hesitation that R. M. Estes goes above and beyond with every visit. These folks take care of you and make sure that youre satisfied. The cost is reasonable. The services is excellent. And all of that with a wonderful attitude to boot. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Management and Staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and TIMELY. A window unit was brought to cool down the living room while they worked in the HOT ATTIC! I would definitely used their services again and refer them to anyone I come in contact with who may be seeking an HVAC team. THANKS FOR THE GREAT WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! The house is cooling nicely!

Awesome customer service! Goes above and beyond! Mike was completely transparent with all costs and did everything he could to find what would work best for our home and our budget! Finally an honest company! Would recommend to anyone!

Great customer service. Came out the same day I called and were very concerned about my 80 year old mother not having air. I called other companies first, they told me 3 weeks, and were more worried about how they were going to get paid. Ill never call anyone else. One of the few places that still cares about their customers. Highly recommended!
