Decent selection of cigars but no cigar lounge

Gonna charge me by the pack for a carton of cigarettes. $62 verses $58 normally. What the hell a carton is a carton @ reg price not $4 more. Used to be a regular customer.

Great selection, but they have know idea how to keep a humidor at correct RH. Ive seen more discolored and shriveled cigars there than anywhere else. Unfortunately i cannot recommend.

We come in here all the time, well used to.... The last time we went the old guy told us that we couldnt buy these coals for 3.99 by itself when we always used to come in and buy coals by themself and shisha sometimes and we had to go to dollar General next door to get cash back because of the 10 dollar card minimum(store policy) also he was very rude and in a way hostile...

I was impressed! First of all, it was my first time there and after making my purchase I had asked a few questions where the sales rep then told me he had added a discount to my order that I wasnt expecting and wouldnt have even probably noticed had get not told me later. 2nd they were gracious to allow me the use of their facilities they normally dont make public. 3rd I was impressed too at how cheap their prices were compared to other places. 4th They were very clean, well organized, and had a great variety of stock. 5th They stopped everything they were doing to give me their full attention and help while I was there. They showed superior customer service for being a smaller business. My thoughts? Maybe they could give some of these large box store chains some lessons in great customer service, because they sure have a great way of making a customer feel special when they walk through their doors!!!

Drove across town after checking there google page which stated they were open till 4 on sundays. Called upon arrival @ 3:03 pm, cage was down and door was locked.... sign on door says they are only open from 12-2:30 on sundayCall before you waste your time! We went to another cigar shop
