Horrible service!! I saw a chaotic jumbled box where UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, DHL packages were dumped into one bin. I just wanted to make sure it’s the correct place I’m leaving my package and not get misplaced with other shipping company. Old gentlemen there expressed impatience rolled his eyes and said if I were concerned to drop it off elsewhere. Wow, what “great” customer service that was. The store also smelled bad. Will not be coming back here for anything no matter how much closer it is to my home.

I took 3 boxes prepaid by vendor with 3 address labels I printed . I took one box in and the senior looking Indian told me that after I got the 2 other boxes that he can’t scan the label. They were too dark. I found it odd because I have mailed at least 50 packages using the same printer, and never had I had an occasion were the labels were unreadable. The labels were clearly printed. My opinion was this is a scam, the old man want $6.00 for 3 new labels.I took the boxes to Walgreen’s, and no problem with scanning the labels. Beware with this scam, they usually use this tactic for big boxes.

I have been a long time customer of Mail Plus. The owner and his assistant store manager are incredible. With several different accounts I am mailing to I have never lost a package, when issues have occurred- they promptly track, fix and make sure your items make it to their destination. Above all they are kind, always fast and efficient and treat their customers like family!

This place stole my items and sent them off anyway. Went in around lunch and he sent me my tracking info. Between the time I left it with him (the owner) and it reached its destination, it got opened, items removed, and put back in another white envelope.I have mailed from here before without any problems. But this time, I dont see any other opportunity for it to have been opened and repackaged.

Since Day 1 my fiancé and I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and owner. The only reason I didnt give it a full 5 stars is a few times Ive called to check several days in a row they said there was nothing but there ended up being some letters. And I just wish we could get a notification if a package arrives, we moved from Kent to Shoreline so its a journey at times.But very clean, friendly staff and great location as well as nice prices especially for a private mailing address over a P.O. Box.

Super friendly staff. Knowledgeable about services. I go here for everything from stamps to photocopies to birthday invites. I choose to go here over other local shops because of the much friendlier service!

I needed to print a document on an overhead transparency sheet. I had tried putting it through my own laser printer but it didnt look crisp enough so I figured this location would be able to assist as they would have better machines.The owner refused to do it, said I was mistaken about the OHP transparency sheets I had brought in, told me I must have an inkjet printer not laser. He ignored me when I pointed out on the packaging that the sheets were designed for laser printers/copiers.It wasnt going to be a big sale, I get that, but was that worth treating a potential customer like garbage?I drove 6 miles to a local Kinkos and was done in 5 minutes.I want to support local businesses but when my patronage is seen as a burden and as an annoyance, I will take my business elsewhere.

Notary here is a joke! They do not have the supplies needed for it. According to the staff here, using a valid Foreign National passport as an identification record for notary is something stupid!

I like the small shop personal service, convenient location and quality of the printing enlargements I have had done.

Always pleasant and they work as quickly as possible but slow enough to avoid mistakes. My family use their services multiple times per month and we don’t plan to go elsewhere.
