One star is tooo much as is. Negative five stars would be much better. Dont even think of working with this company. They are the single most disorganized, unappreciative and least helpful auction company Ive ever dealt with. The majority of the products I purchased I didnt work and was actually damaged beyond repair. This was not listed in the description of the auction that you had to expect and accept non work items. That would have been ok if I were buying scrap metal. The auction I bid and won was from a recently remodeled or closed Kroger. The web auction showed these in a working environment. Kroger is also to blamed for offering this junk also. THEN THEY CHARGE A 20% BUYERS PREMIMUM! What did they do to earn this? Anyone can deceive the public by selling junk. Sold as is. Yeah, that’s a joke. Vision and also Kroger won’t get another dime ftom me. Stay away - read the other reviews. Wish I had first. I won’t made the same mistake twice.

Dont even think of working with this company. They are the single most disorganized, unappreciative and least helpful auction company Ive ever dealt with. A vast majority of the products I purchased I didnt bring back with me as they took literally no steps to uninstall them from the floor, walls, etc. This was not listed in the description of the auction that you had to come ready to uninstall, disassemble and otherwise rip out to take. That would have been ok, but wasnt prepared. Much of other peoples auction merchandise had been brought to the front and segregated by lot and was ready for pickup - most every lot I bought was hidden in back coolers, around corners in hallways and all over the place and had to be uncovered by my guys just to find it. Im pretty sure that the auction company actually bought much of the equipment (which Im pretty sure goes against the ethics of auctioneering if it doesnt actually violate the statues and I believe that because their people were cooking dinner for and feeding the vast majority of those who were dismantling all the refrigeration on site. In any case - these people dont care, dont want to care and take their buyers for granted. THEN THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE A 20% BUYERS PREMIMUM! What an absolute ridiculous bit of nonsense their auctions are. Stay away - read the other reviews like I didnt...I wouldnt have made that mistake.

I purchased racks from a closed supermarket in Tampa FL. When I arrived and spoke with a women at the front door she looked at my paperwork and told me to look around and find my items. I asked if she had any idea of the area I might find them in and she laughed and said no. I walked around the store, which was pretty much being pulled apart with metal and parts everywhere looking for my racks. Once I found them I wheeled them out and was good to go. As a customer that has handled many purchases from different auction houses, I have never seen such disorganization and none care for the customer.

Vision Equipment sold me, through an online auction, a bread slicer that was infested with meal moths. After contacting the company, and speaking with Keith (Im assuming a manager, or owner), he told me to send him pictures of the machine, which I did. After numerous attempts to contact Keith again, he still has not reached out. Keith had mentioned several times that the equipment gets cleaned before it is sold. And yes, the outside was in decent condition, but the inside was jam-packed with bread, crumbs, and moths. I understand that buying something halfway across the country is somewhat a roll of the dice, but I would expect better customer service than what I have received. Gamble if you want, but I would steer clear of this company.

OWNER: I spent $1714 at your place that day. If youre reading this, refund my $89 and Ill update this review to reflect the refund was given.Invoice #: 1084 Invoice Date: 10/27/2015 Buyer Paddle: 532 Lot #97 SilverKing Glass Door Freezer. ............I bought a bunch of items at an auction a few years ago. One of the items was a small under counter freezer that had a cracked glass door. It was $89 but the crack was not disclosed in the auction. When I picked up my items I talked to the ladies in the office about the crack and how I couldnt resell the freezer with a cracked glass door.Instead of giving me an immediate refund (I had paid in cash at the time I was picking up!) they said they would give me an $89 credit on my next auction items. I should have just said no, give me back my $89+ fees and tax. Well, 2 years goes by and I dont buy anything from them so I email and ask for the $89+ refund. They didnt even respond. Very shady company that I wouldnt recommend.EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNERS COMMENTS: You said I was offered a refundbut instead I choose to accept a credit toward future sales. I was NEVER offered a refund only a credit toward future purchases. Why in the world would I turn down a refund and accept a credit instead? You are a liar! The glass in the door of the freezer was cracked and this was NOT mentioned in the listing. In an auction where online bidding is allowed, it is the auction houses responsibility to describe the items accurately. Especially, if youre going to hide behind the AS/IS clause. To not mention an obvious and large crack in the glass door of the freezer is disingenuous at best and outright fraud at worst. When I arrived to pick up my items I paid in full in cash and then was told to go find my items myself in your messy unorganized warehouse. It took a while but when I finally found the freezer, I noticed the crack in the glass. I told the ladies in the office. They looked at it and then looked at the listing and agreed I shouldnt have to take it. Instead of demanding my cash back, I agreed to her offer of credit on my next auction purchase. Why she didnt just give me back the cash that I had just given her is beyond me?! GREED obviously.I never bought anything from your auction house again. Its too far away to come preview the items and you dont accurately list the items and disclose major flaws so I could never bid comfortably again. In all fairness, I didnt wait 5 years to ask for my refund. I emailed your business 2 years AFTER the auction and ask for my money but you ignored me. I only left this review 3 years after that when I realized you werent ever going to respond. Yes, after almost 5 years you still owe me $89 + fees and taxes. Its not a ton of money and wont break me. I just hope the roughly $100 your stole from me was worth it when you see how many 1000s of people have already read (and will read in the future) my 100% honest review .You can hide behind all your clauses in your contract but the truth is now out there about how you treat your customers who spend almost $2000 and pay in cash. You chose to screw someone for $89+ fees & taxes so you get this review. It goes well with all your other negative reviews... which it appears you have many of.And yes, I have left a lot of negative reviews but ONLY to companies who deserve them. Read them all. Theyre all 100% truthful and accurate. I also leave a lot of GREAT reviews for companies that go above and beyond. You sir, were one of the bad companies I have dealt with and thank god for yelp and google reviews so consumers like me have a voice and can alert others to the bad businesses like yours. For a miniscule $89 you could have avoided my bad review. Instead you chose to bad mouth me, your customer.
