So cute and had a variety of pastries and merchandise! My husband got an iced latte and I got an iced vampire latte. I only tried the cannoli and cheese danish but when I come back again I want to try their macarons! This is my coffee place for when I visit Covington!

I came in today and ordered a last minute cake for my anniversary. The carmel cake was beautiful. When I got home, the cake had broke I the cardboard box. Something told me to go ahead and try the cake. It was so moist and delicious. Of course, it will not look the best tonight, but this cake tastes amazing. Thank you for helping me last minute.

OMG, what a cake! We had coffee cake and goodies and oh sooooo good. I am Keto and was shocked to see a large selection of Keto goodies as well. It was soooooo good that a week later I had a care package delivered to some co-workers in Covington and they loved it too. Make a stop in and indulge, it is worth it!

I love their macaroons! It is the only gluten free dessert they serve. And I love them. I hope they expand their gluten-free menu soon. I would definitely buy!

I ordered a caramel latte and the bacon egg croissant for breakfast. It was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed my breakfast as well as the atmosphere. Wonderful!

I like that a place like this is available. I personally like their sandwiches and sweets selection and the large slice of cake you get for price. What I dont care for is the smart assness from most of the young girl workers. Whew some days you just want to pop their mouths like a mama but I try to just know theyre teens and probably going through a breakup or could be something more. Nonetheless you should check this cute place out!

Today there was confusion at the register, took 20 minutes to warm two pastries and then when brought out, the pastries were cold, not in individual packaging just dropped in a brown paper bag. I am not sure this is excellent service and I am not sure it was caused by Corvid. Just bad service today.

This is a great place to hang out. They have a great variety of coffee drinks, desserts and also food...even vegetarian options. The staff are always friendly and service is pretty quick. Location on the square is just another plus. Depending on the season there are also outside tables which are really great for being out on the square.

Super cool place. The staff was very friendly. I love the unique cookies and the variety of honey, jams, and goodies. My favorite part was sitting on the crushed velvet dark blue sofa, waiting for my order.I will happily stop by for a treat any time in the neighborhood.

Omg, I had given up hope of ever eating a peach again because the last time I ate one prior to theirs tasted like cardboard. Let me tell you something. When I bit into that peach I was so happy!All of their fruits and vegetables look and taste great, as do their eggs! You know you have real eggs when you see the golden colored yolks! I highly recommend them. Excellent customer service as well!

Really liked this place and the location. They had good service, pastries and strong cappuccino.They also have comfortable seating and free WiFi. You have to ask for the password though.

What a treasure right on the square! This place is really amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and even the restroom was painted to be entertaining! So glad we stumbled upon this gem! Everything was delicious...but the pecan bar was amazing.

Dont forget! TIP YOUR BARISTAS AND THE PEOPLE WHO TAKE YOUR ORDER UP FRONT. The employees (mostly up front) rely on tips for it to even meet Georgias minimum wage or even Federal minimum wage.

First time here after a recommendation from a coworker, and do not wait to come here! I had their breakfast croissant and brown sugar cinnamon latte. I think I died and went to heaven. Everything was delicious! I also got two candles, cinnamon rolls, and some of the brown sugar cinnamon syrup to put in my coffee at home.

Whats not to love? Great atmosphere. Great coffee & food. Great people. Highly recommend stopping by!

We stopped here on our trip to Covington this weekend. I got the iced vanilla latte and it was hands down the best iced coffee I’ve ever had!! Highly recommend!!

What a Sweet Surprise!!! I was craving something sweet, and Bread and Butter Bakery did not disappoint! When I walked in, I was floored by the numerous options!!! I decided upon the Butter Pecan cake!!! OMG....It was so delicious! Its a great share dessert or excellent for eating in 2 or 3 sittings. I will definitely be back and cant wait to satisfy my taste buds by trying all your tasty treats!

A few days ago me and my friend went here for brunch because we heard it was amazing i ordered the quiche because i heard it was the best while waiting a brief moment (the only good part they got down) i saw a roach against better judgment i continued and decided to give the food a shot later on in the day i got sick and i know it was from this because it was the only thing i had that day the only good was Ash, Kathryn, and Becca were lovely so they are excluded from this

Okay B&B is so delicious!! I love their cheesecake brownies when they have some left and they have really great macaroons! Aside from sweet stuff, they also have some pre-made quick grab food items on the wall coolers that always look good and you can find a variety of drinks there including some on tap. I do believe they have a small event space, but I’d recommend calling about that. They do have a small coffee bar there as well.

Good place but I’d like to make a recommendation...there needs to be a top over the top shelf of desserts on the counter near the register. I just left out of there and there’s this guy leaning over and talking all over the d@mn desserts. I guess he was trying to talk to the girls behind the counter but dude that’s nasty. I’ve seen other people reaching over the partition and peaking their nasty heads over it before. Please fix that. A cheap and easy fix!

I love this coffee shop. Their drinks are delicious, pastries mouth watering, and lunch foods freshly made and oh so good. When youre in Covington Square, you HAVE to check this place out. Its calm and has plenty of seating, has beautiful natural lighting and is an amazing place to sit and chill on any day.

Super cute place! They have wonderful desserts - and fun kitchy items available for sale (Example: Red Hibiscus Tea in a IV bag). Additionally the staff was very friendly. If I B am in the area again / I will definitely pay them another visit.

Today, there was a concert, on the square. I walked into the bakery, stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes, and no employee was at either the counter. I enjoy their cookies but was really disappointed.

Poor service. The girls behind the counter seem overworked, and less than willing to help their co-workers mend the cashier. Disorganized. Food was alright.

Food was ok, somewhat expensive for the portion and quality. Lovely inside and the bathroom wall made me smile!

B&B is my absolute favorite place. Everything is so clean relaxing. The coffee is the best. I never have to add anything to it.Theres a lady with short hair at the counter, i shouldve gotten her name...her eyes danced with her smile. She had great customer service.

I spent two days in Covington and this was my place to get breakfast both days. The first day was so perfect I made sure to return the following day. Unfortunately, the second day was a flop. Ice cold croissants and ice cold scones were terrible. I assumed I didnt need to ask for them to be warm because of my previous experience. Its a nice place and the employees are friendly. I hope they get their procedures in order and train the employees better.Be sure to tell them if your want your order hot.

Speedy Service and a variety of options! Though I do wish they had more hot food variety. They are all very kind and welcoming. The interior is quite comfortable and spacious with a nice urban feel.

Great little spot to eat snacks with your friends. Of course right not now during the pandemic lol. But the snacks are pretty good, even though it can get a little expensive sometimes. The atmosphere is great and homey. It has that rustic and homemade feeling without losing any professionalism.

After reading reviews I decided to stop by before a meeting this morning and was not disappointed. The staff are super friendly, informative and prompt. I let them know I had never been before so I would need a little help deciding on what to eat (I almost always get the same drink). I ordered an iced latte with coconut milk and the brown sugar and cinnamon flavor, with a spinach puff pastry. I could have ordered 5 of those pastries!! The young lady behind the counter told me they have microwaves to warm them if need be, but the pastries were made fresh that morning.I used to work at Starbucks years ago and am rather picky on my espresso shots, but there is no need here. They were perfect! Not weak, but not burnt tasting. And the brown surface and cinnamon flavor? Amazing!! I am kind of sad I don’t live closer nor pass through very often as this could easily become a regular spot of mine.The atmosphere is so inviting and unique I could’ve stayed for hours. It’s open, yet intimate and has plenty of seating areas and arrangements for any audience.Such a charming place!!! Well done, Bread and Butter!!!

Their gelatos are amazing! However the coffee latte sadly was not as good as it was watery, I dont know if the timing had something to do with it since they were about to close. But the service and the relax environment is super nice. Would definitely go back to try more things.

After moving to Covington this past weekend we decided to drive to the square. Stumbled upon this place and wow. I love the atmosphere here . Very comfortable and definitely worth stopping here. This will definitely be my new coffee and dessert spot.

My favorite cafe. The prices are incredible and the treats are delicious. They have very few dairy-free food items, but they can make any drink from scratch with milk alternatives, and they even have oatmilk. The employees are friendly and the service is always excellent.Edit: the employees wear masks and gloves, and they seem to handle all food items with great care and consideration.I have noticed that maskless customers are often coming and going at most hours, and I only go during hours which have little to no other customers. Still delicious and recommended!

Great little coffee shop, I come here often! I always get excellent service. Anytime I am meeting friends in the area, I always recommend Bread and Butter. It’s right on Covington Square and convenient to several other good spots. My favorite drink here is the iced caramel breve, you’ve gotta try one! You could go to one of the chain places, but why?!? They don’t have half the charm as Bread and Butter! They also have some really good live music on occasion, check it out!

I am starting to visit this shop more and more since I go to school and work in the area. I am extremely happy with the service that I receive. The wide selection of coffees, teas and flavors makes each experience fun because I get to try something new! I will definitely return in the future to partake in the wide array of options that their menu has to offer and the friendly attitudes of all who work there.

I love their spinach and feta cheese puff pastries! Every time I go there, I buy at least two! And the coffee is amazing. The roast is perfect, and its honestly some of the best coffee you can get around here. The highlight of my day every time I go!

I love Bread and Butter and come here often. I get great service every time! My favorite drinks are the lattes and mochas. My favorite food items are the spinach puff pastry, any soup, and the danishes.

Best little bakery ever! Im obsessed with their cinnamon rolls, white chocolate hot chocolate and most importantly their hibiscus tea, I feel so bougie when I have the tea there! The presentation is incredible!!

I went to Bread and Butter bakery looking for a simple sandwich place, but instead got the best chicken salad Ive ever had, and the best tomato soup...and I dont even like tomato soup! The tomato soup was the perfect blend of thick, yet creamy and tasted amazing. The chicken salad lettuce wraps were even better. They tasted fresh and homemade. They had the light kind of flavor that makes chicken salad amazing; with the perfect blend of ingredients to balance the chicken and its creamy surroundings. The staff was also very kind. Bread and Butter Bakery is not only a great place to eat, but also a great place to shop. They had some very cute coffee cups, dish towels, serving platters, bags, and other great things. The whole space is beautiful and I definitely recommend it for a great lunch.
