From the moment I got there, everyone was so friendly. This was the fastest that I have ever gotten my oil changed and tires rotated. I enjoyed being able to sit in my car and not have to get out. I also appreciate the recommendations that were given to me. I have already recommended your dealership to my sister and my mom. We normally go to the Cadillac dealership, but I plan on bringing my cars to you. Please thank all of your staff for making my experience enjoyable and fast.

I had a notice from Chevrolet that my front passenger side airbag needed work as it was faulty. I called Ginn Motor and they ordered the parts and called me and I made an appointment. I went in to Ginn and they performed the work quickly. I always go to Ginn for everything since I always buy my trucks from them for many years

After receiving horrible service from John Miles. I vowed never to go back. I went to Ginn on 8/5/21 and the service was impeccable! I went for an oil change and they were all so friendly,fast and efficient. I got an oil change, they rotated my tires check my fluids and had me in and out in less than 20 minutes all while I sat in my car. They worked together like a well oiled machine. I had to let the manager know that his team was A1. An effective team is a reflection of a great Manager/ Leadership Team. I will definitely refer friends, family and I will DEFINITELY be back. I was extremely happy. Way to GO TEAM.

My experience was the best I have had on buying a new vehicle. Great customer service and sales manager was great. Phillip was quick to respond to any questions I had and he kept me updated on status of delivery. They gave me a great price and did all they could to give lowest price possible. My 2021 traverse high country was still in transit when I reached out to them. By the time it got to lot paperwork was done and they serviced vehicle and had it transported to my home 269 miles away. I was even sent pics of vehicle arriving on lot. Even though I have my new vehicle if I have questions they are still quick to respond. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called the day before to see about an oil change. I was told I do not have to have an appointment and to just come on in. When I got there which is 30 miles from my house, they informed me they were out of oil. How is the “quick lube bay” out of oil?! Never again will I go there.

We are a long time family of Ginn Chevrolet. After the service and lies that I were told from service, we will never return again! I was scheduled for an appointment on one day. I went in at my scheduled time and was told that I could not drop my car off, it had to stay overnight. That I didn’t agree with. I was not told that before scheduling and and the dealership already knew what the issue was and it was not an all day job. I explained to the service manager and also expressed that I did not have a alternative ride. I asked if there was a loaner car maybe and was told NO! She did ask me if I could come in on Saturday, in which she had already told me that they could not work on cars on Saturdays so I don’t understand what made this Saturday any different. As I got to the dealership on Saturday I explained to the service manager about another issue that my vehicle was having and asked if I could have a diagnostic done. She first said they would do one anyway then she changed and said that’s a whole other problem and they would need to keep my vehicle for a couple of days. I’m not understanding what is a couple of days needed??? Still no other means of transportation for me, no concerns about me getting to work or anything. I knew I had to pay a fee and was willing to pay whatever was needed. I just needed to see what was going on with my vehicle but I guess because I didn’t look up to par that I was treated as nonexistent. I was left by the service manager as others arrived. She left me to take care of their needs and came back to me last. I was called when my vehicle was ready and told that my car was fixed and also that a diagnostic was done and only one code showed up in the system and was old. I was also told that the code was looked up but could not be identified because it was (tricky) as I went else where to get the vehicle checked they immediately gave me codes and definitions of what was going on. At that moment I could not believe that I was lied to by the dealership! No kind of concerns whatsoever and we are a family of Ginn Chevrolet and because of this treatment we will not be returning nor referring this dealership to anyone!

Absolutely a great experience! From calling to see if the vehicle was still available to arriving at the dealership the next day. After visiting and talking to a few other dealerships in which no one ever greeted us on the lot, to the dry person on the phone who seemed to be having a bad day, the trip to Ginn Chevrolet was by far worth the trip. Shanna Casey whom I spoke with a few times before making the trip and on the way was AMAZING! Her level of customer service was beyond most that Ive seen. She was so genuine and very helpful. Vince Resko our sales guy was AWESOME! We loved his personality from his greeting at the door to the end of the sale. Everyone we encountered at this dealership was friendly and welcoming. Id definitely recommend doing business with them on your next purchase. The vehicle seems to be in excellent condition and was purchased at a good price. Service Department is horrible. They don’t give you the time of day unless you are paying them money. Any warranty claims are disregarding because they feel as if it’s not worth the time. Typical shading dealership. Only care about money. Also used a wrong email on my invoice to avoid me getting a survey I assume. STAY AWAY.

On April 12, 2021 we started searching for a truck online in different states. Then we decided to ride around Conyers and Covington looking at different dealerships and were told we would not find what we were looking for because of COVID. My husband and I are believers, so we knew we would find exactly what we were looking for. The last dealership for the evening was Ginn Chevrolet and they were already closed, and they had our truck on the lot. The next morning, April 13, 2021 we made an appointment to text drive a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado HD 2500 LT Crew Cab and purchased it. This was the most enjoyable experience in buying a vehicle, because our sales person, Vince Resko was so personable, nice and professional, he made us feel right at home. We are very HAPPY!

I brought my vehicle into your service department for an oil smell and was told seals needed replacing I spent in excess of $2000 for repair got home still had the same smell and there were leaks in my garage, returned to the dealership and was told that there were bolts that came loose and needed to be retightened, at this point my check engine light came on and was told I needed a new transmission at an additional $5000 cost when I was told my car was ready I picked it up after hours from the receptionist, got in my car the next day and it would not shift into gear. I returned to the service department and was given the run around, I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP CAPABLE OF REPAIRING CORVETTES !!!

Do not go to this place!! They don’t make brown skin feel wanted. I called over the telephone and they appear to be very nice and told me to come in at 7:30 in the morning. Upon arrival at 7:40 AM they looked at me and told me it would be next week before they could look at it. I told them what the error code was reading on my dashboard. And they looked at it all right, they came back and told me the same thing that read on my dashboard.

I came in for a oil change, free inspection and tire rotation. All went well except that after they did the tire rotation. My tire sensor does not work anymore. It was working fine before they changed the tires around. they said it was the passenger rear. Now, none of them work. They are telling me that I need to purchase a new sensor.I am a repeat customer. My first bad experience.

I went in for an oil change today. The service crew was delightful. I did have a concern that was above the crew level so the gentleman went to speak to the manager. I waited and waited after a while the gentleman came back and relayed the message from his manager. No I needed to speak to a higher level. I continue to wait, the manager went to the car next to mines but did not come to address my concerns with me. Jason is the service manager there and he really showed poor and lack the skills needed to help customers.

I hope this email actually does reach owner because I really want them to know about my personal experience. I had inquired about this vehicle it was actual truck that match all my options when I did a build and price. I was contacted back by Michael Mann. Michael confirm the vehicle was in transit currently and should be arriving soon. I discussed and conveyed to him that I wanted this truck and even inquired that I know special of employee pricing you must get vehicle before special ends. I want to say that I even said is there anyway I can place a hold or what I would have to do. Was told since it was in transit that could not be done. Michael then took my number and informed me he would keep me updated. Couple days passed and I contacted Michael to ask about any updates on transit or anyway to check. He sent me a message back to given him a call. Once I contacted Michael back he informed me that a regular customer had come in and was looking for a specific truck. I was then told by Michael that Ginn no longer had the truck cause they traded it to another dealer for the regular customers truck. I then told Michael how can this be cause I told you I wanted this truck and was told nothing could be done until vehicle arrived. Michael then proceeded to tell me that my requests were unrealistic since I lived in South Carolina. Yes I live in SC but Im only about 100 miles away. No it wasnt unrealistic I even offered a down payment to hold vehicle before. This is totally unacceptable and poor business. He then went to arguing with me telling me I was wrong and actually told me well you can go to Alabama to get truck. What business argues with a customer then tells them they can drive 400 miles to buy it. I can guarantee you the other customer come in wanting a more expensive truck so the truck was traded to make more money!  Michael had terrible and unacceptable customer communication with me. Since I live in Augusta Georgia he made the trip over there easy. He had all the paperwork prepared ahead of time in the car pulled upfront and waiting for me. The new team they have at the quick service area is great! They asked to check my air filters, which was never done before with the old team that was there. My car is only a year old so I was surprised at how nasty the filters were. I couldnt figure out why my car had a moldy smell when I turned my air on. turns out my cabin filter was also nasty.

Only if we had more people like Jerry! Super job, replaced things no dealer ever mentioned, took my dash off to replace a filter, disinfected my vents and changed all bad filters! I am very disappointed in Ginn Chevrolet on 278 in Covington, Ga. I took my father’s car to Ginn for repairs last month and he still broke down on the side of the road. We took it back last Saturday and it is still waiting to be fixed. The service rep had someone looking at the car while I was on hold. Plus the service rep said I still have to pay 125 dollars for basically nothing
