I just want to start by saying, for a luxury car dealership, the atmosphere is very welcoming. I’ve been to others that just feel off and uncomfortable, but you will not feel that at Lexus RiverCenter even for a moment.Hannah Hope was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I recommend anyone looking for a new car to go see her!! She’s a fantastic salesperson, never made my husband and I feel pressured into anything, and put up with my indecisiveness all while keeping a smile on her face (under her mask of course)! I wasn’t sure if the UX 200 Hybrid was the right car for me, but her relaxed, yet professional demeanor and knowledge of her products convinced me that I needed that car!After I finally decided which car I wanted, it was off to finance. Beth, the Finance Manager, is an absolute gem!! I’ve never had a more enjoyable experience choosing warranty options and signing forms. Beth made the whole process so easy and even taught my husband and I a few things about GAP Insurance that we never knew before (she was totally right about GAP coverage through Progressive having some loopholes). And bonus getting to see her sons amazing artwork decorating her office!I am so thrilled with my purchase and with all of the perks of being a Lexus RiverCenter customer — can’t beat concierge maintenance! I dealt with Lindsey as my service advisor. She was extremely helpful in getting my AC situation resolved, and her mechanics sent me a video explaining all the issues and sent quotes all online (very convenient). They were very responsive to all my calls and questions, and I was very impressed with how smooth this service process was. Spencer in the service drive was also very polite, well spoken, and urgently pulled my car around front for me so I could take it home. A great team they have here in service.

I have had the opportunity to purchase 3 vehicles from Lexus River Center and can say the team there is best in class! Lori in Sales and Lisa who leads this high performance team are second to none! What truly separates them from the rest is their finance team who truly are an industry best! We are in a crazy world right now and the lack of vehicle production has turned new and pre owned cars out of whack. Despite this, the team at Lexus River Center was able to execute a deal flawlessly with minimal time wrapped up in paperwork (under 60 minutes from start to end)! This team is the industry bar!

I happened to come across this Lexus on line on Saturday night. Knowing the would be closed Easter Sunday. I waited to call at 9 am Monday morning. I spoke to Philip Booth on the phone. He quickly found the car. Took several additional pictures for me. He had it detailed and texted me when it was available to see.Being in the car business myself for 42 years , as a New and Used Sales Manager and Finance Manager at Kings Toyota I was impressed with his direct, no nonsense approach! We bought a used car there about a week and a half ago. Sean our salesman was great. We took the car at a little after 8 pm on Thursday October 7. We drove it for less than 12 miles over the weekend. On Monday morning October 11 when I started it the check engine light came on. When I contacted the car lot I was transferred to Walker in the mechanics department. I explained that Id only had the car a few days and the check engine light was on and asked if I could run it over and have them hook it up to see if it would show a code for what is wrong with it. He told me to take it to a Volkswagon dealership. I asked if he couldnt just do me the courtesy of hooking it up to their computer to see if it would give a code since we had JUST bought the car. He proceeded to tell me that hes a Lexus mechanic and has no idea how to work on Volkswagons so even if he got a code hed have no idea what it meant. I know you buy a used car at your own risk but I didnt think Id be having to deal with a broken down car within days of purchasing from this reputable company. Also, when we were looking at the car to purchase we were assured that it had been thoroughly looked over mechanically. If their mechanics have no idea how Volkswagon work how is that possible?

What a wonderful dealership! After months of searching for a hybrid SUV I finally set my sights on a Lexus UX 250h. I called another Lexus dealer in town to set up a test drive. When I arrived the next day they said they had none. The rep who met us offered little in the way of apology, and essentially acted as if he did not need our business. It was a complete one-eighty at Rivercenter! I spoke to Chris who checked the inventory. He assured me they did have some in stock and set up a time for the next day. Now this is where I was impressed with their teamwork. Instead of asking if I could pick another day since he would be off, he handed it over to another associate, Alyssa. My wife and I arrived the next day, and were treated royally. We drove a 250h F-sport which didnt feet my needs. When we returned Alyssa had another 250h ready for me to look at. Thats the car I now drive. It had everything I wanted and more--even the color was perfect! Bought it the next day. Kevin in finance explained everything beautifully, and I didnt have that anxiety usually felt when making such a large purchase. Had it in for service to have the Polysteel application done. Victoria in service couldnt have been more pleasant and efficient. Needless to say Im extremely pleased.

I traveled from out of town to purchase a car at this dealership. Id spoken to a sales rep earlier in the week and the day I arrived to communicate when Id be there. When I arrived the salesperson was helping another customer and assured me it would be just a few minutes which I as fine with. I ended up spending 2 hours (I even left and coming back) there being convinced to finance with them because they could beat my already low pre-apporved rate (FYI they can only match the rates that are listed on your banks website). I ended up leaving because I had been there for hours and was still waiting for the sales rep. I typically dont leave reviews but considering I just got a piece of mail showing my credit score went down due to the unnecessary credit pull I figured it was worth it, especially after being reassured it would not impact my score.Bottom line is I would not recommend traveling from a neighboring state to purchase a car from this dealership.

Forgot to have oil changed on my LS460 prior to a long road trip a few days before Labor Day weekend, but drove to Rivercenter hoping they could fit me in somehow. The service lanes were jammed with customers, but they accomodated me and, instead of it taking an hour and a half as promised, the oil was changed, fluids topped, tires and brakes checked and videoed, and car washed...in 44 minutes. Now THATS service. Shout out to Holly and her crew!

Bought my RX at Performance Lexus RiverCenter last November - mostly because of Covid - just now got enough mile for my first service. Called Mike Massey in the service department. He offered me plenty of options for scheduling the appointment so as not to inconvenience me. Was met by very polite and appropriately masked service attendants, including Mike. I walked around the lot looking at the new cars, Mike came and found me when my vehicles service was completed. Even washed and vacuumed the RX for me. Great dealership with very friendly and professional people.

I originally called this dealer because I was interested in a used car and I live out of state. I spoke with a salesperson named Chris who told me the vehicle was available and he would speak to his manager about my making a deposit on it and call me back later that day. Not only did he never call, but when I called back I was transferred 4 times. After finally reaching someone in sales, I was told that car was no longer listed because it needed $8,000 in work. No one could tell me what was wrong with the vehicle and asked if I wanted to look at a significantly more expensive model. I find it highly suspicious that a vehicle that was regularly serviced (every 3 months) according to the carfax could require that much work and that it would suddenly come up only after I inquired. Overall, I would not recommend working with a dealer that uses these types of tactics to get customers to spend more money!

First timers to your service dept. We wanted convenience for oil changes and other required maintenance. The initial call to your dept was answered by a gal who was not aware that we get 4 free oil changes as part of our purchase from a certified pre owned Lexus dealership, in Centerville, Ohio.We live in Cincinnati. It takes just 20 minutes to drive from our house, over the bridge to you in N. Ky..We were treated professionally, we got a phone call half way through the service, updating us regarding a nail found in the front tire that needed to be repaired.After lunch nearby, we returned to a nice waiting area lounge, had some ☕ and then a young employee in the service dept. Responded to my request to show me how to use and operate some of the extra functions of our 2017 Lexus 350 RX SUV.( we love this car)

First of all their staff with the Service Department is 10+ Stars! Justin and Jason (Manager and Assistant Managers) are 100% the real deal. If it were not for them, some things just would not have been done to correct a few issues on a new to me 2017 BMW 540i xdrive that I purchased a couple months back. It took some time, but they were fixed! Just waiting on some brake parts now, and they have agreed to install them, labor free, (situational issue). I mean who does that??? So a HUGE Thank you, for making that happen!!!My finance girl, (please forgive me for forgetting your name)...You are awesome, and were able to get me into this car. You are amazing and my kids LOVE you!!! The BIG one, in the background of all this original confusion, that made things right... (General Manager, Lisa)! I received a reminder card regarding my complimentary 10k mile maintenance service. Although I purchased the car in 2019, it has only 6k miles on it. The card said the complimentary service would expire soon, so I called the dealership to ask when it expires. The woman on the phone said in a very annoyed, bored tone that she couldn’t tell me, but the expiration date should be on the mailer. I said it was not on the mailer and very politely asked her to check with the service department. She came back and told me it has already expired (so why did I get the mailer urging me to make an appointment?). Rude, nasty tone and incorrect information. I will not do business with Performance Lexus RiverCenter on any level in the future.

The service department is great. Justin and Todd went out of their way to fix my my frustrating technical problem, keeping the car until it was fixed, as promised. They picked up and dropped off the car, kept in contact with updates and worked with Lexus and Enform along with their service specialists to get the issue resolved. They even cleaned the car before they brought it back and sent a walk-around video explaining what they had done.

Even during this pandemic, Lexus goes above and beyond. Had to drop my car off for service and my father was picking me up. When he arrived, he said something was wrong with his tire (not a Lexus vehicle). Mike Massey took his car back to a service bay and a tech discovered he had a nail in his tire. They were able to repair it immediately. Lisa Bernstein was there making sure any customers who had to wait were comfortable and safe. I love my Lexus, and Lexus RiverCenter’s Service Department is the best!

All Smiles Today!!! Hana was great! She worked hard finding this picky person the perfect vehicle. Kelly was wonderful! I went to the dealership to trade-in my Lexus SUV, but shockingly found out that I was upside down on my vehicle. I did not know it, but found that hidden frame damage had occurred on my vehicle before I purchased it. The damage wasnt reported until after the vehicle was sold to me. Finding this out depressed me greatly. So bad that I wanted to cry. I started to just leave - not knowing what to do next. But Kelly didnt let that happen. Due to Hanas diligence, and Kellys compassion and sales expertise, I left out with a beautiful vehicle at such a great price, that it gave me a BIG smile :))). UPDATED REVIEW - We got a call from the Kelly the Sales Manager after posting with a FULL explanation that we could in fact take the car for an inspection.Apparently we just couldnt take it that day as it had to be fully certified and the salesman misunderstood.-------------------Wife finally found her dream car (used). It checked all the boxes. Salesman would not allow her to have our mechanic do an inspection since it was certified. Again the salesman said he wouldnt allow her to have it inspected.

WOW WOW WOW !! Can’t say enough about the stellar service that I received from Lori and Dave Ritchie! I was unable to find the Lexus RX450 that I wanted in Atlanta, so I ended up having to fly up to buy one from Lexus Rivercenter—not exactly what you want to do during Covid times—but had totaled my car and had to have a new one. Lori and Dave were great — answering all of my questions quickly and patiently beforehand, even videotaping the car for me. They picked me up from the airport (with masks of course) and worked on their day off. Thanks guys !

Your 30 day warranty is for engine and transmission failure only so BUYER BEWARE on any used vehicle. My purchase had oil pump gaskets leaks (along with smoked trans fluid) uncovered in the first 2 weeks. Additionally, take all sales team verbal promises with a large grain of salt. Say the car will be detailed and ready at 6 PM, neither will be true. Offering you a full gas tank, theyll give you $20. They also left their dealer plate in the back of the vehicle and asked me to mail it back offering to repay me the cost. I did, they didnt. Get everything in writing.

Went in to help a friend in her purchase of a 2016 Camry XSE. From our initial contact our sales person Hannah was an utmost professional. She listened and understood what we were looking for.We looked at the car one day and returned on another to work on pricing. Pricing on the vehicle was fair. Hannah took us inside and showed us the amenities of the dealership which are extensive. Having worked for a Mercedes dealership for the past 25 years I was quite impressed with this dealership.At no point did anyone in our group feel pressured by anyone at the dealership. The transaction went smooth and seamless.Hannah was quite patient with the young lady buying the car that I was with and answered all her questions and concerns. Wishing this could have been a much better experience. Went here to seriously consider a brand new 2019 ES for my wife after she totaled her car. The salesman was good, polite and showed us the car that fit our needs. Took it for a test drive, the car drive nice and had all the features we were looking for when we built one online. He asked if we had time to discuss pricing and we did. Keep in mind this is a Sunday during March Madness, the place was dead and we were the only customer in the showroom when we arrived. He comes back with no numbers, no paperwork and tries to say his sales manager wouldn’t run numbers for us. She knows we arrived in a new M series BMW, they even commented on it and were impressed. Apparently she didn’t think we could afford a new Lexus or she was too busy socializing with other workers. Her loss. The car was nice and there’s a good chance we’ll purchase one, but after this experience, I’d never give any business to this dealership. I feel bad for the salesman who helped us who had to deal with a manager like that. This was the complete opposite of the experience I had at BMW Cincinnati North. Being a business owner, I would be completely embarrassed if I found out my business operate like this. Stay away unless you like wasting your time or if you just want to check out a model and purchase elsewhere. Very frustrating experience!

Were getting older, and the safety features on the Lexus RX 350 are a godsend in todays traffic. Ask about the stats, and youll understand why we decided on this vehicle. Our salesperson, Nikki Leper, was extremely responsive. She went above and beyond in quickly handling all of our needs once we made the decision to go for it. Serigne Lam was a pleasure to work with! He was very prompt with a phone call after my online inquiry of one of their pre-owned vehicles. He was very welcoming when I arrived and was quick to answer any questions I had while giving me time and space to look over the vehicleI was interested in. Wonder service center! I accidentally went to the service center as I thought my appointment was for this location and it was actually another Lexus location. When I pulled up, they were extremely busy at 10am on a Friday morning. Once I realized I was at the wrong location-I was pleasantly surprised with the hospitality and accommodating nature of the gentleman, Keith, who took care of me. Not only did he fit me in to get my work done but provided a loaner vehicle and to my surprise, my car was done super quickly-before lunch. Keith kept me updated with the status of my car and was super friendly. I am not much for reviews but this experience was noteworthy so I felt I needed to give credit where it was due. I have been to other dealerships where I felt you didnt get treated like a customer and this was the complete opposite. I will be returning!

Had a great experience! We went to just look at a car and really had no intention of purchasing the same weekend, but we ended finding the perfect car for the perfect price and could not pass up the opportunity! We are long time Lexus owners and this is the first time we had a poor service experience! Without question we follow Lexus service schedule. When I made the appointment, I was told on the phone it would take 3 1/2-4 hours and not informed of the fee. When I arrived I was told 4-5 hours. This is routine service. It actually took 6 hours and no car wash! I expressed my concern about time with the service consultant when I arrived but was obviously ignored. Why schedule me for that time if you couldn’t do the job in a timely manner? Frustrating and disappointing

My experience with Lexus river center was horrible. I came in to buy a used car that Ive seen on the Internet. The sales persons name was Amanda. I told her I was trying to reestablish credit so I only want it my credits to be run through one bank, that was the stipulation for me even being there. After running my credit through one institution she decided that we should probably go with Lexus, they have their own financial service I told her absolutely not. Two days went by and two credit inquiries came up on my Credit report, this really upset me. I called Amanda and she still continue to lie , talking to me like Im stupid, giving me all kinds of reasons why theres two inquiries on my credit report. If I could give a -5 for my experience I would. On top of that fact, whoever her manager is his arrogant attitude is out of this world. To all the athletes and professional men and women in Cincinnati that I know, I recommend that you never step foot in the Lexus river center, like most sales people all they care about is selling cars, no matter how underhanded it may be. Im going to suggest to all my friends to never step foot in that place, its a room full of business savvy sales people who arent listening to what you want to get accomplished, theyre just trying to accomplish their own goals Of selling a car. I dont know if Amanda believes everything her managers tell her but shes very naïve to believe anything they tell her. They will lie to your face in order to sell a car.
