What the website shows is not what they have and they are unwilling to help you locate anything after calling 5 Big 5s all said to just keep calling different stores i found what i was looking for at the redmond Big 5. Why no one wants to do there job by helping customers is beyond me. Since Covid no one is held accountable so people do as little as possible . When in customer service your job is to help people. If you hate your job find a new one. Otherwise be an adult and do the job you applied for at the highest possible level...

Good customer service, very helpful finding the right shoe size

They change their own rules each day. The sign says 3 boxes of ammo per customer but depending on who is called to the counter that rule changes. Last week I was the first one in at 10am asked for 3 boxes and was told I could only buy 1 box. They had 20 on the shelf and said the 3 box per person sign was only when they were fully stocked with ammo. When have they been fully stocked in the 9 months.

Price gouging on ammo. Currently they are asking at least twice the price of other vendors. Yes thats 200%

Lousy selection. They carry very few colors of sportswear other than black and white. Employees were extremely unhelpful in getting what I needed.

Very helpful in taking an item I needed from the back room. The store in Kent had the item in the back room also, but didnt want to go check of the size I needed. They told me to go to the Covington store!

Good deals on shoes and a good selection of high-quality brands available. I tried Wal-Mart first and literally none of the Wal-Mart shoes were as comfortable as even the cheapest of the shoes available here.

Friendly staff and decent selection, not as big as sportsmans warehouse but convenient location for maple valley, black diamond and covington compared to federal way or Renton.

I usually shopped with E-Team coupons so I go for bargain prices.This place usually have the stuff advertised, not like other Big 5 stores that they ran out of stuff on sale for the day.Very pleasant staff at this location and transactions are usually quick and accurate.I lean towards coming to this place than any other ones even though I live in Auburn. Two thumbs up from me.

Not a huge Big 5, but all the employees here are very helpful and engaging. Good prices. Great selection for the size of store. We buy all of our kids school sports stuff here every year.

Great one stop shop for outdoor and sport gear! You can also purchase discovery passes and fish and wild life passes and licensing!

Prices r a tad high, but they DO have sales, so watch for em. You can get clothes, shoes, socks, various sports balls n some equipment also.

Wife really likes the Bearpaw boots and slippers, and even better when they are on sale. I gravitate to the guns and accs, but I am surprised they do not carry any handguns, other than air pistols.

If you are needing help or service, good luck, its generally not here (except at the gun counter, and even then it can take a while sometimes). However they are convenient and local. The problem is, you cant trade on that very long!

Went in to get a pair of sneakers. Staff welcome you, ask if you need help and if you say you dont they leave you alone, they dont badger you which is good. Store isnt big enough for all the items they have for sale. All in all I have never came out of that store without getting what I went in for!

Great location with easy access and plenty of parking. The store is narrow and long, giving a squished feel to my shopping experience. If youre claustrophobic you might be a little uncomfortable in this store.

Read a bad review about the shoe department so we were sceptical - but Ethan and the manager were very friendly, knowledgeable, and extended perfect customer service to us in the shoe department - we purchased Puma athletic shoes and will be back for sure!!!! Thanks guys!!

The selection is sub-par, and the employees knowledge is near non existent. I was suggested to use a bake based glove conditioner for a Rawlings glove that specifically said that use in an oven voided the warranty.
